Great place all around. Sandwiches are a good size and tasty. They have vegetarian options and different meat combinations. The spinach salad dressing is homemade and is delicious. Ask about the cinnamon rolls! They are amazing. There's construction on the road out front, but Stella's is worth the inconvenience. The owner is really friendly and down to earth. On a recent trip we were looking for a late breakfast and found a great sandwich and soup. Stella's does have breakfast, but we were a tad late. This great little place has good homemade breads, pies and more. The folks there are real friendly and the prices ok. For the amount of food you get the prices were cheap. Definitely try their herb white bread for your sandwich. read more

We stumbled on Stella's two years ago after a two hour visit to the National Bison Range. We had burgers and lemonade all made from scratch. We took home an ape pie for later.. So good that two years later the kids remembered their meals and insisted in going back. So we did. Again, the food and service excellent. Alas no apple pie to take home so what did she do? Asked if I could wait until she made me a pie to take home. Of course I could! Thank you!!! We also took away Ham and potato casserol and chicken lasagne to eat at later times.. It was all delicious and none left over. We also appreciated the precautions used to limit the spread of Covid-19. Coming back for more bakery items next week and lunch too. read more

Best breakfast place in the mission valley!! Their menu is small but you can't go wrong because all of their food is deliciously homemade and fresh. All options are good but my personal favorite is the farmers breakfast as it comes with delicious crispy bacon and homemade bread! Stumbled onto this stop and was so impressed with the menu options. The Ronan Rider sandwich with roast beef and the spinach salad with cranberries tasted great. And the fresh baked peanut butter cookie, chocolate crumble bar, and huckleberry lemonade was a delicious dessert. Wholesome fresh ingredients in a clean welcoming atmosphere - totally worth a try. This place is a local treasure! On the road to Flathead lake, we stopped here to get some lunch!! I'm so glad I made it there. I was super hungry and almost stopped at a chain restaurant but then I saw this place. Stella's has a traditional an unique style. They serve sandwiches, soups and salads. Everything made with fresh organic vegetables, they even bake their own breads everyday!! I don't think it can get any better than that! I had a ham sandwich and chips and my husband had a beef sandwich with horseradish, we also had the ham and beans soup. My sandwich was really excellent. Everything was so fresh! and it tasted so so good mmmmm. I was really impressed with this place. Their quality and the quality of their food it's just wonderful!! After enjoying my sandwich I was tempted to get a pie. They looked so fresh and yummy but I decided to get and ice cream. The ice cream was amazing! I love it!! I hope I can come back to this place. This place is amazing! They have fresh baked items daily and daily lunch specials that you cannot beat! The sandwiches are pretty good and served on a homemade bun. The soups are really good! The salads will leave you full in a good way! The staff is super friendly and they take pride in the product they put out. Local treasure joint! I found this via google maps and yelp, and I feel that this place needs alot more social media attention, especially for those out of town/ passer by people like myself! Im tired of eating chain places like McDonalds on the road and I was so happy to find this local restaurant. Its so cute and cozy! I ordered a Mollman's Pass: sliced salami, pepper jack cheese, mayo, dijon mustarard, fresh bread, olive, pickles, tomatoes, pepperoncinis & lettuce. on the side I got one of their daily soups, cheesy potato & a sweetened ice tea. Everything tasted great! The sandwhich came hot and oozing with juices from the meats. The soup wasnt too heavy, you can really taste the fresh quality ingredients. Service is excellent! I was happy to leave a tip because I know these people are hardworking and nice :) read more

What an amazing place! Fresh ingredients and fresh baked goods. Take home their cinnamon rolls and fresh baked pie. They have wonderful lunch menu. And homemade soup every day served with their homemade bread. Right on hwy 93 so an easy stop on your way to and from Missoula. read more

Surprisingly good, for a place in such a small town. Focus on local ingredients, including some organic. Hardly any vegetarian options; I ended up ordering a turkey sandwich without the turkey. They piled on the veggies at my request, though. The baked goods are tasty, and the attached antiques/junk/random stuff store is fun to browse through while waiting for your order. (It came quickly, too, which was nice.). Prices are fair; we fed five for $45. In San Francisco this place wouldn't be anything special, but in Ronan, Montana, it was quite a find. (I was quite disappointed by the styrofoam take-out containers, though.) read more

Overall the sandwich was good. I had the Haystack Mountain and I had to laugh when I got it because on the menu it says stacked turkey and the gal gave me ONE dismal slice of turkey! I did go back to the front and request more and she gave me 2 more slices. The sandwich was much better after adding a couple more small slices but for $9 they should stack it as they say on the board. Another odd thing was I asked for 7 grain bread and what I got is what I consider white bread. It was very soft and tasty but where I come from 7 grain is brown and full of grains. Overall it was a good basic sandwich and if I was super hungry I would come back again. read more

Prices were reasonable, staff was exceptionally friendly, food was delicious, and the decor is adorable! My father and I shared a turkey sandwich (forgive me, I forgot the name) with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cranberry mustard along with their corn chowder. Both were simple fares but oh so yummy! Then we splurged for dessert. He got the chocolate chip cookie bar and I got the iced peanut butter brownie (OMG). Both were absolutely delicious! The cookie bar included a bit of coconut which was unexpected. The peanut butter brownie had chewy edged and the most moist and fudgy like center. It's now two days later and I can't stop thinking about that brownie. If we were any closer I'd have gone back yesterday, today, and tomorrow before I return home just to get more of them!! The food was amazing....fresh and delicious sandwiches, soup and fresh lemonade (best gluten free bread I've ever had). Absolutely stunning! I came here with my family in the morning on our way to Helena,so my family ordered breakfast and I ordered the vegetarian sandwich. My dad was so-so, my mom and my fiancé breakfast sandwich was delicious! Homemade bread amazing bacon perfect egg egg, exactly what you would want in a breakfast sandwich. My vegetarian sandwich was perfect. Probably the best sandwich I've ever eaten. I got it with the feta cheese and I ate the whole thing! If you're driving through Ronan this place is definitely worth the stop. We got some pies to go so hopefully those will be delicious! read more
