Had an appointment to visit the showroom, park in a handicap space. Go inside the door, the showroom is upstairs to the left. I need a rollator, my mom has extreme difficulty with stairs. So we went to the front desk, which had no one there. There was a map of the first floor, with no obvious elevator on it. I called both numbers that show up when googling, one of which went to the store, and another to a call center which transferred us to the store. No answer. We heard someone talking down the hall, I tried loudly to get their attention asking for help and was ignored before they disappeared. Called another number on their website, which went again to the call center. Asked them to try calling the store, given our results. My mom by that point found the phone number for the person we were meeting, which also went to the store. I was starting to walk around a little more, hoping to find an elevator, when apparently the the call center got through, someone came down to talk to us. They have no elevator. Their solution was for the person we were supposed to meet to facetime us while we wait downstairs. The person who spoke to us claimed we shouldn't have have been ignored and the phone should have been picked up, that neither thing was normal. Well, the other reviews here, which I did not read beforehand, tell a different story. This definitely isn't the place to go if you have mobility issues, and it seems like their customer service level in general is awful. read more

Brought an old (27 year old) bathtub handle that mysteriously lost a critical screw in to inquire if they had one. Parts dept laughed and offered no help so I went to showroom where Jennifer was most helpful trying to figure out who the manufacturer was. We struck out but she was able to offer recommendations and a plan B if I cannot find this critical piece. She was able to obtain a new handle for the faucets for another bathroom since they were under warranty. Her customer relations acumen made up for the parts department that blew me off. The convenience of a local supply store for all your bath, kitchen, and lighting needs cannot be more helpful, especially at the recommendation of contractors. Support local business, right? For Ferguson, you would be wrong. The wife and I are doing a major reno project including adding on 2 bathrooms. We visited Ferguson a few times to pick out our fixtures, price shopped against a few big box stores, and decided to go with them on everything due to the convenience and local-ness. It was a bad decision. The sales people are perfectly nice and helpful with picking out your selections, and giving recommendations. The good experience stops there. They will promise to give you a quote "by end of the day", and you will never see the quote until you follow up with them repeatedly. Hello? I'm trying to give you money? That should be the first and most important sign that the customer service will be horrible. We ordered a bath tub, nothing fancy or customized. It arrived defective, so we called to have it exchanged. The second one came, again, defective. I understand it's not your fault, but now the plumber is on a time crunch and everyone's schedule is backed up. So we would need the third one examined, verified, and shipped out first thing in the morning the following week. "Yes, of course, me and manager are both on it!". Great. Monday arrives, nothing came. We called and called, they gave excuses after excuses why it's not here, even though they promised it was going to be. Don't go there. Find other reputable local places who will follow up with customers as they promise, instead of the customer handholding them to get everything done. read more

I spent $600 dollars on a water faucet for my kitchen, once it was installed the water stream was so thin/small....I returned it the next day...sorry NO refunds or exchange policy?!! Here is a tip, if the show room can't demonstrate how the faucet works, DO NOT BUY IT!! I will never buy from this place again. read more

I got a lemon GE Profile from Ferguson's and no one on staff bothered to call me back or respond to my requests for help, even when the fridge broke twice in 2 weeks! Working with an interior designer, I ordered GE Profile appliances from Fergusons. My Profile fridge broke when it was 6 weeks old. The fridge temp was fixed at 59 F and the freezer at -30. Despite repeated calls, Ferguson's was non responsive. After 5 days a GE tech came out and fixed the unit, saying it was my fault. 4 days later it broke again. I emailed, called, and tried to get help from 3 different Ferguson's offices. The two contacts in Boston never got back to me. Robert Johnson, Operations Manager ignored my emails and our sales contacts simply didn't call back. I had to wait 4 days (w/a family of 2 little boys) with no fridge. NEVER have I experienced such poor customer service. I will never shop there again and I suggest you take your business elsewhere too. read more

Buyer beware! We purchased all our Jenn-Air kitchen appliances from Ferguson less than 2 years ago. On Tuesday we woke up to a warm refrigerator and freezer. They had stopped working during the night. Everything in the refrigerator and freezer were completely spoiled. We immediately called Ferguson to have the refrigerator serviced since we purchased the extended warranty through them. The first person we spoke to said that it could take up to 24 hours before a service provider could call us. I called back on Tuesday and was told they would call them and call us back. They called us back before they closed and said Supreme would contact us to schedule a time. I called Supreme Appliances and left a message as well. We never heard anything that night or the next morning. On Thursday I called Ferguson again and they repeated Supreme Appliances. I told them that the number they gave me was a voicemail. Ferguson said they would contact Supreme again. I asked the rep if we could switch to another service company and they assured me that they would be out as soon as possible. Supreme called my husband back and told him that their tech was out of the country and would not be available for another week. My husband said, "we have 4 kids and the refrigerator hasn't been working for 2 days. We need someone sooner." The rep hung up on him. We called Ferguson again and told them what the rep had done and asked for another service company again. They said they would put us on a rush service with Whirlpool. On Friday I called Ferguson again stating that whirlpool had not contacted me and now it's been 4 days and I still had a refrigerator that wasn't working. I told them I was concerned that now we are headed to the weekend. Again Ferguson repeated we were going to be all set. I called on Saturday and Ferguson True Blue was closed. So now I am on day 6 without a refrigerator and no service date in site. Do not buy anything from this company and definitely do not buy their service plan. Ferguson doesn't deserve even one star but I have to give them 1 to post this review. read more

My shower drain valve was broke and could not find the same brand at HD or Lowe's. As I did not want to replace the whole drain just the top part I was glad to find it at Ferguson Lynn. read more

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE by the parts department. I went for a replacement of a 30-year-old shower faucet. I had already looked on line and was having trouble finding the right fitting. Ferguson sent me home with one and told me to bring it back if it didn't fit. When I returned it, they referred me to a competitor two blocks away. The other company had what I needed and I'd not have even known about them if not for Ferguson. read more
