However, after looking at a handful of other slab yards I still hadn't found *the one*. (I was shopping for a quartz countertop for my bathroom and kitchen) I went back to Pacific Shore Stones on a Saturday in early January and it was busy. Anthony was working that day and even though it was busy and he was helping multiple other people, I never felt invisible or smothered, I was checked on, and I was offered guidance on some of the slabs I'd liked in the warehouse, as well as the slab options in the showroom. Anthony gave me a lot of helpful advice that I would have not known to ask about or possibly overlooked because I wasn't aware to even consider it. I was able to find my slabs and will update the review once my project is complete. I'm really happy I went back into the store and worked with Anthony, he really made the experience a great one.

He recommended that we install two GFI protected circuit breakers on circuits that weren't grounded, and in doing so we uncovered a problem with the way one of the circuits was wired as turning on the kitchen lights caused the new GFI breaker to trip. He came back the very next day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The electricians, Jordan and Justin, were right on time when the work was ready to be completed and finished the job in the early afternoon. Jordan returned to complete the stucco repair and after painting you could not tell that it wasn't the original panel installed when the house was built. Amazing delivery guys at Ferguson! We just moved into a new building for work and ordered a refrigerator and microwave from Ferguson. From start to finish, our delivery guys, Shawn and Leo, were amazing. The delivery guys called an hour prior to arriving so we would be ready for them. When they arrived, they were extremely courteous and professional. The fridge was a little big for the doorway, so they carefully removed the handles and were able to safely move it in. While they were installing the fridge, they also reminded us to run the water lines to clear it of any debris/contamination as well as dumping the first few loads of ice made. They also offered to take our old fridge and dispose of it for us as a part of their next level service. We actually had another fridge in a different part of the building, so we asked them if they would mind moving our old fridge from the kitchen to swap it out for an older one in our lab space. These guys were amazing! Not only did they haul our old fridge back to the lab space, but they took away our gross old one. This was above and beyond what was required and it saved us a ton of work ourselves and helped keep us from having to take a separate trip to the dump. We've been using the fridge and microwave for about a month now and things have been absolutely perfect! I would definitely feel confident about ordering and having appliances delivered by this company! read more

Brian Ortiz went above and beyond to help me find replacement parts for my shower. This may sound like an easy task, but the company that made my shower faucet stopped making them and faucet valves have very specific dimensions that are not easily interchangeable. If I did not get these parts, I would have had to pay close to $2,000 to knock out tile and sheetrock to have a new valve installed. Not only did he contact multiple people, he found that there was a warranty for the parts I had. I highly recommend this company. read more

There is a rental counter in the left of the store when you first walk in which never has a line. Cashiers were efficient and lines moved quickly. Yellow price tags indicate clearance aka discontinued items. There is also a drive through lumber yard but I can't speak on that as I haven't done that yet.

I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway.
