James was very kind to me and even though I had my frustrations with them, I'll never say Ramon and Bo were ever rude to me either. Customer service in reference to tone has always been 10/10 even with the fluctuation in the service. I get it, no one is perfect. It's the holiday season and I'll chalk it up to a brain fart so if you are visiting soon I'd recommend keeping things annotated on paper for reference. Then I went around the corner to the front of isle 39. I saw some flush mounts, but not what we needed. My husband left isle 38 and entered isle 39 from the back. He found them. Ugh! 1.
