The store has 4 interior doors that we would like to be metal. I explained to the gentlemen what I was looking to do. I had the door width and height, swing and that we wanted them to be metal. He asked me if I was a contractor, which I responded no. Every question I asked, such as, is the door depth inclusive of framing and sheetrock for metal doors, I was met with some snide comment about how a contractor would know this answer. I asked what other information he would require so I could come back with the complete information he was requesting. At lighting speed he rattled off about a half dozen things. I asked if I was bothering him and he said he usually works with contractors who know this information. I said will you only sell to contractors, his answer was no, but they know all the information he is looking for. So rude, so condesending. Off to Tull Brothers.

I don't usually write reviews, but after dealing with the service department I feel I should save…read moreother people the trouble and aggravating experience I went through, after charging me a pickup and return fee, my tractor sat there for over three weeks without being looked at and after me telling them what it needed, the told me that they couldn't get the part because it was a brand that they didn't deal with,and they asked me if I was able to get the part. I then asked to return the tractor untouched and without a refund. Their unprofessional treatment left me with no other choice but to go somewhere else.
