Eternally grateful for this place! I recently got into a car accident and my beautiful Yaris had a huge fender bender. Everything in the front was shifted to the left, so I was unable to open the driver's seat door. Since I was the careless one who caused the accident and the other car did not have any damages, I decided to pay for my repair expenses out-of-pocket. Thus, I needed to find a shop that provided great service for a reasonable price. Fermahin's exceeded my expectations. First of all, free estimates. I went to another auto body shop before coming here and they wanted me to pay $50 for an estimate! Second of all, this is an honest and caring family business. I had the opportunity to talk with Brandon. Once I told him about my situation, he took care of everything -- gave me an estimate, provided me a car, and called back immediately when the job was completed. Since Brandon and his dad knew that I had a budget, he tried his best not to replace any parts. Everyone was telling me that it would cost at least $5000 to repair my car, but he gave me an estimate of $3000. When he was finished repairing it, the total cost amounted to $2700. And finally, not only did my car look new again, but they washed, waxed, and vacuumed my car. Bottom line: Great staff, great service, great prices, and overall, great business to support! This review is years over due as we've been coming here since 2010, but like everyone else says, they are very nice, honest and do quality work. They'll give you out the door quotes as well as the other options to fit your situation. Example, we had a dinged up bumper that caused it to damage a manufactured part that properly hung the bumper in place. They gave us two options 1)spend a thousand + to replace the entire piece but the bumper would be new and properly installed or 2) spend a few hundred and repair the existing bumper and refasten it in place best they could by replicating the attachment. Either way they thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each method and did lot try to upsell us on anything, but rather let us make the best decision for our situation. But, this is how they operated the 3 times we've come for other body work. They always give us a professional and honest opinion and the work is great and guaranteed. read more

This place is awesome, not only do they do amazing work but they have great customer service. I came in about 2 weeks ago to get an estimate (which was free!) for the damage to the front bumper of my car. They gave me an initial quote but I told them the situation I was in and they knocked $160 off the total AND they finished my car in less then a week!!! EXCELLENT customer service and HONEST business. I was in an accident that totally smashed the fronte end of my Toyota SUV. The insurance did not cover much of the repair cost, and I could not afford a new vehicle. The car was safe to drive and it required me needed to pay for the balance of the repairs. We agreed on the price and scheduled to have the work done. The work was CLEAN and fast! They washed my car and even put 'butter' on the tires. The paint on the top of my car was starting to crack and the paint on the tail of the car was fading after 8+ years of being parked in he sun. I checked Yelp and read the reviews, and I am glad I did. I went to see Donnie to get a quote, and scheduled my appointment. Although I had to wait for them to repaint parts of my car, it was worth it. The work they did was excellent! They are a quality focused company. Fermahin's repainted parts of my car (top, tail, and door handles), and I can't tell the difference in paint color from the original color. The dealership in which I purchased my car from works directly with Fermahin's, therefore I did not have a choice in selecting a body shop to repaint areas of my car that were chipping. Had I've been given the choice, I would've gone somewhere else. After having my car for three weeks I got it back only to find that they missed a spot entirely! I sent the car back for a second time so that they could fix their mistake. Upon receiving the car back for the second time, I found that the spot was clearly painted with a paintbrush (sloppy), along with a few extra dents and scratches on the hood of my car. Since then Donny has repaired and painted several sections of my 2010 Mazda3's body and he's always been very informative, clear and honest about blending options and pricing etc. Each time I was amazed at how well Donny could match and blend the paint job on my car, especially since it's Satin Grafite Metallic - with little metal flakes in it and clear coat. So a friend of mine recommended me to take my broken headlight assembly to get an estimate and examination at Fermahin's. Ok so most ppl try to get over on you if they can, not these guys. Donny and his son Brandon are the real deal. Got rear ended by someone and took it to another shop first, bad idea. Guys tried to charge me for factory parts and install aftermarket which cost about 1/4 of the cost and overcharge me. Donny was straight up with me and help us deal with the insurance companies to make sure we were getting the quality parts we were entitled to. Honestly, he even pointed out things that 2 adjusters ignored and made the insurance company cover them. Today when most are out for themselves it's good to see people who still know the true meaning of Aloha and actually live by it. So got into a fender bender with a guy who couldn't even speak English, when he was the one who hit me and busted up my entire back right side of car and tire! How I could drive the car afterwards is beyond me. Fermahin's auto is the best period. Donnie is an honest, skilled, and dedicated mechanic. We had a friend visiting us from the main land three weeks before we were scheduled to move back. One night I let him use my car to go out to get some food. Long story short, another driver smashed into the front passenger side of the vehicle. The side panel was destroyed, the front grill, bumper, rim, tire, and a bunch of other parts were destroyed. The vehicle was due to ship in three weeks and it was not drivable whatsoever. We had to have it towed to Donnies shop. I explained to Donnie that the vehicle had to be on a ship in three weeks, and he assured me he would have it done correctly, and on time. Not only did he get it done with time to spear, but the work was exceptional. You could never tell the vehicle had any damage to begin with. My insurance company said I could go to a body shop near where I live. (Dad's Auto Body) I was able to order the parts myself since my wife works at a car dealership. Her employee discount was really good. When the parts came in I went to Dad's and was appalled by the poor attitude I was given when I told them I already had the parts to replace it and just needed them to install it. (Labor charge) They said "how are we supposed to make a profit on the parts if we don't order it AND mark up the price"? Needless to say I walked out the door. A co-worker of my wife said I should go to Fermahin's and see if they could do the replacement of my parts. The guy I talked to was Donnie and I told him my story and he shook his head. He asked me if I wanted to do the work the following day and I said sure. I brought my truck and the parts the following day and 2 hours after I dropped it off, Donnie called me and said it was done. When I got there to pick up my truck Donnie told me the price and was super happy that his price was more than fair and the work looked great. From that moment on I told him that his shop was going to be the one and only I will ever go to if I need any kind of automotive body work done. I am also going to tell everyone I know to go see them if they ever need this kind of work done. I work for one of the largest construction companies in the state and I am going to tell my story to anyone who needs this kind of work done and also to make sure that no one I know goes to that "other" body shop. I should have written a review long ago. I've gone to Fermahin's many times and they are truly as the the reviews say..awesome! I love them so much. When I mean love I mean I LOVE them. They always make me feel better when unfortunate things happen. My husband got rear ended (8 day old brand new car!!) and had to have his bumper replaced and they did it so quickly. Seriously, like a couple hours. We had a rubber bumper that didn't need to be painted. I wish they were on the list of car insurance places to go to. They are fast, friendly and honest people. Honestly is the most important thing you can have when having your car fixed. Best of all they work as fast as they can. They even wash your car before they give it back to you! Servco Toyata can't even wash my car (in the past couple years too) when I get it serviced by them and they aren't cheap either. Anyway, the conclusion of this review is. Go to Fermahin's.
