I stopped in last weekend to get my oil changed and the oil pump was "broken". They offered me synthetic for my vehicle which uses "regular" oil at double the cost. I declined and said I would come back. I went today only to be told they had just serviced their last car. I was there 20 minutes before closing and there was no other cars! I said "you close at 3pm". His response was "the pumps are shut off and we need to mop". They've lost another longtime client with multiple vehicles. It's unfortunate how terrible the service has become over the years. It's not like this was the first time. However it will be my last.

Thankfully B2T was open this Sunday, so we headed there. Sam is the Store Manager, and he runs a tight ship. He is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. His 26 years in the industry helps. We discussed if the tire could leave with a patch-plug, safe driving speed, and more. His crew was good! Found the culprit - screw. Tire off, patched, back on the rim, and back on the car. The tech was good! Glad to see younger guys putting in hard work. Before we left, Sam explained their company's affiliations and found a place near my home. The shop did a thorough job and was even able to change a back light for us that was added in the end of the service. I came in with my daughter, but her wheelchair took up the entire trunk, so I did not put my old tire with the rim in the car. Obviously, that rim was essential. We arrived at about 4:30pm (shop closes at 5pm). They advised we needed a new radiator. They scheduled us for first am the next morning. They patched us up so we could drive to a nearby hotel (walking distance). They made recommendations for hotels and restaurants. We were able to drop the vehicle off first thing in the morning. We walked back to the hotel until check out. There was a dog park about 3-4 blocks from the shop... and a starbucks. They had us back on the road that afternoon. While it's quite easy to get frustrated because of the unexpected cost of a repair and a hotel, they were great. The crew kept us updated on the timeline. Their fee's are in-line with what shops charge. They did not price gouge. When you are at the mercy of car repairs it is a fear. Trash company. I…read morecame to get an oil change that really needed. Hours state they are open until 6:00. I arrived about 4:45. The guys working were all hanging around the gas pump playing around and socializing with someone at the gas pump closest to the station who was not getting gas and blocking on Kylan's of traffic to go anywhere else. This went on for over 20 min past 5:00 but was blocked in and couldn't leave. The guy finally left and I went up to see about the oil change and they said sorry we close at 5:00 and completely blew me off. If you weren't going to help me fine but you all saw me the whole time and left me trapped there when l could have it gone somewhere else.
