He and the owner were always friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. That's why what happened during my most recent visit was so disappointing. I stopped by to have air put in my tires--nothing more. While checking them, the employee noticed a nail and told me he could patch it for $45 plus a tip. That immediately seemed excessive, as tire repairs are typically much less expensive. I politely declined and said I'd discuss it with my husband before making a decision. As I was leaving, he stopped me and told me I needed to give him a tip because he had put air in my tires. I was completely caught off guard. In all the years I've been coming here, I've never been charged for air, let alone asked for a tip afterward. I could understand paying for an actual repair or service, but putting air in tires is something many shops do as a courtesy. To avoid an argument, I gave him $5, but then he told me it wasn't enough and that he deserved more because of the labor involved. At that point, I told him to call his boss because the entire situation felt inappropriate and unprofessional. It's a shame because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. If this is now how customers are treated, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I only hope that $5 was worth losing a loyal customer.

The staff kept me updated the whole time and gave me an accurate estimated finish time. They installed a new tire, replaced my wiper blades, balanced the tires, and rotated all four tires incredibly quickly. I was really impressed with how efficient and organized the service was. I noticed the front guy, Chris, he kept a calm demeanor and got the line moving quickly while also manning incoming calls very professionally, and coordinating with this guys. The smoothest, calmest, multi-tasking I've ever seen! I work in customer service, I recognize amazing service when I see it. This guy is efficient, professional and knowledgeable. While in the lobby, 3 people said they moved over an hour away but they make the trip here because they only trust Chris with their car diagnosis and repairs, (services beyond tire service). I had to come back next day Sunday and saw Chris perform solo efficiently, but with the same calm, collected demeanor despite less staff. A customer in a Porsche came in and she said she has been coming here for over 10 years, because after trying other mechanics, only Chris gives her a sense of confidence her cars will be taken care of. We had it towed here and of course it was just after closing. I intended on following the tow truck and leaving the vehicle for them to take care of in the AM. When I arrived behind the tow truck, there were still some workers finishing up other vehicles. I was inside where they were getting my info with the purpose of finishing in the morning. Again, it was already after hours. I turned around to the manager saying they'd have it done in 10 minutes. I was floored. I was in town for a few days and with family things happening, I did not have the chance to make it back to thank them with treats as I intended. I cannot recommend this place enough. After a quick inspection, he showed me that my alignment was off, causing all four tires to wear unevenly. Since I'd only bought the current set two years ago, Brendon initially offered a credit toward a the same set for replacements. However, when I mentioned I only plan to keep the car for another six months, he didn't pressure me. Instead, he pivoted and found a good-quality, 60,000-mile rated tire that fit my budget and timeline perfectly. Even though my tire size wasn't in stock, Brendon ordered them and predicted a next day arrival. To my surprise, he called by 4:15 PM that same day. Brakes: took back in due to brakes pulsing when applying brake at high speeds. Not sure what they did. Was told it was ready. Came and picked it up. Seemed fine at first then it started squealing and pulsing again at the pedal. Took my vehicle to another shop for a starter problem, they let me know that whoever resurfaced my rotors did a poor job. Can I get my money back or can you do the right thing and replace the rotors that you damaged? Update! Went back this morning and talked to Adam. Adam was very helpful. Warrantied my brakes and replaced the rotors with no charge. Was in and out in a little over an hour. Adam thank you for your professionalism and taking care of this.
