If you notice, there is even a hole on the right side of that white epoxy for water to leak into the back wall, I called someone else.

Do not let the charm and seemingly professional attitude of these incompetent idiots fool you. They are well known for overcharging for services. I had so much more than an inflated bill. When cutting into the shower wall granite, the operator didn't put up any barrier to block the silica dust from spreading through my entire house. Granite contains respirable crystalline silica (RCS), a hazardous material that can cause fatal lung disease, including incurable silicosis, lung cancer, and COPD. Granite contains 10-45% silica, posing significant risks to workers if proper wet-cutting, ventilation, and respiratory protections are not strictly enforced. There was so much dust in the air I couldn't see the other side of my bedroom. Fortunately I had the understanding of the dangers, and put on appropriate PPE, I.E. a full face respirator. Unfortunately the man cutting the granite didn't ( he had a paper mask on that MAY be NIOSH approved , but the dust must have clung to his clothes and I believe a full face respirator should be the minimum requirement, however I am not aware of the protection his mask provided him; I offered him a spare full face respirator and he refused) and didn't use water, air filters or cheap painters tarps to section of the work area. I swept up afterwards, however I have noticed my breathing has steadily declined since the "work" was performed. The other issue is when I complained about numerous inconsistencies with the work, such as cutting into the new fixtures because there wasn't enough clearance for the shower handle and the spout for the handle to turn all the way; instead of spending the time to move the handle up which should be fairly straightforward for a COMPETENT plumber, they made a cutout with a grinder on a newly purchased fixture, and sealed it with visible epoxy. When I complained about the issue that I called them out for; a sever leak somewhere, and when they turned the water back on and quickly left, the leak clearly wasn't fixed. They sent out the inspecting technician to confirm that the water leak wasn't covered and that wasn't part of the entailed work. So I ended up with potential contaminants in my home, a poorly appearing fixture that cost $2600 including services, and a company that refused to do anything about it. Fetch-A-Tech seems to only be qualified to fix sprinkler heads in the garden and that might even be a stretch. DO NOT HIRE THEM, based on my own experience. Were they nice? Yes, and their scheduling operators are professional, however its possible that their large group of plumbers require them to overcharge so they can keep their inflated business practices afloat, and possibly to cover insurance claims and canceled credit cards for when they are sent to fix something that A true professional should be handling. When another plumber came out and actually fixed the gushing water leak, he took a picture of the shower fixture work, shook his head and laughed and asked "WHO did THAT?" when i told him, he said "oh, well that doesn't surprise me, the forum will LOVE this one. Is it ok to post it to my group chat?" If you find some websites or the BBB saying they are a 4.7 star company, do not believe these lies. THEY WERE THE WORST!

decided to let hvac people come check out my unit looked at Guy comes over, starts doing his normal sells tactic and says I need to replace my unit and it will be $25000. Really? I got another from a trusted friend come look at it, said there was nothing wrong and reworked my ducts for $450 dollars and works better than ever. Thanks Bryan for your shady tactics! These guys will prey on your older parents and will say anything they can to get that money from you

He did advise me that an Anode Rod needed replacing. Although the home warranty replaced the water heater last year and wrote on it to replace every 2-3 years, Tim said after one year, it looks like it might be failing. After thinking about it and working with my water osmosis filter company and them having to replace my water softener, they also confirm replacing the anode rod is probably the best thing for me, so now I will look into this company replacing the anode rod as suggested. I just have to do research enough to learn more to make these better decisions. Thank you to Legacy for their services and how they handled my account.

We have had excellent experiences with Nevada Residential Services (NRS) in the past with…read morereplacement of our AC units. When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. Many THANKS to Arturo and the NRS Team for spotting a potential plumbing issue and providing a great solution. That's what every homeowner expects. We would highly recommend Nevada Residential Services for your AC and plumbing needs. Sincerely, Lee & James Duncan

I'm glad I waited to review Bumble Breeze HVAC and Plumbing Services. Had I initially reviewed this…read morecompany based on my plumbing needs, I probably would have rated them higher. However, after the two pleasant, informative, and professional plumbing technicians I had earlier, I later had a third technician come to my home for an HVAC matter, and he was anything but. About a month ago, I had a toilet backup and called Bumble Breeze. Hugo, the first technician, seemed to clear the clog and warned me that wet wipes should never be used, as they will clog your toilet faster than anything else. Unfortunately, a second technician had to be called days later when the clog returned. Adrian, the second technician, was also pleasant and professional, but after being told I would have to pull the toilet and potentially pay $1,700 to $1,800 to permanently clear the wet wipes, I decided to go in another direction. That direction cost me $300.00 and has completely fixed the problem. After the toilet incident, I was in the Bumble Breeze database and became inundated with offers of a low-cost HVAC inspection. This is where it all went bad. The third HVAC technician was nowhere near as professional, informative, or pleasant as the first two. After he left, I had to call Bumble Breeze for a return visit to fix what the initial technician had inadvertently caused. I asked for a different technician, but the same one returned. Since those visits, my HVAC system isn't working as well as it was prior. I was given an estimate of $800.00 - $1,100.00 by the HVAC technician to fix non-critical findings. Then I received another estimate from the Bumble Breeze office for approximately $2,800.00+/-. This HVAC process is/was extremely distressing and concerning. As a result, it is unlikely I will be contacting Bumble Breeze again for either plumbing or HVAC services. Nothing bothers me more than "low-ball" unprofessional estimates.

I called to make an appointment to assess the problem with the HVAC and Jared came. Jared was a professional and provided me the situation and didn't lie to me at all. Jared provided me with all details of his assessment so that I could "possibly" compare with other HVAC companies. Jared never once tried to upsell me only anything and he said the assessment was free. I did call 2 other companies to make an assessment. Both companies provided me with a list of "things" that is wrong with the unit. One of them tried to upsell me a brand new HVAC UNIT and they offer financing. Per my calculation I would be paying $18K for an HVAC unit if I financed with them ($12k for the unit & $6K for interest). I called Jared and asked him to write me an invoice to purchase a new unit, which he did and I was surprised by how much different the cost was (way lower) from the other company. I asked Jared what is the actual total with tax, labor and dumping the old unit....he said "that's the whole total...with delivery, pick-up, removal and installation ". I agreed to the terms and scheduled the replacement. A-Tech team showed up at 8am on the scheduled date and immediately went to work. Jared explained to me the whole process and he even invited me to watch their work. 3 hours later the guys are done, cleaned up and ready for payment - which I was glad to pay in full. The warranty was great! I highly recommended A-Tech to ANYONE needing repair, replacement or even an assessment done to their HVAC system. Brad is a small business owner and employs professionals like Jared! 5 stars for sure!
