Service was very thorough! The tech explained everything in much detail! The only complaint is that I wanted winter tune up and the service I got is for the cooling system,so be very specific when calling for an appointment! They did not ask and the tech did not confirm when they came out! I was certain I asked for a winter tune up when I called them up to set up an appointment! Also, the visit felt like a sales pitch at times! Tried to sell me their maintenance service which I understand! Tech was great and just doing his job! Not sure if I will use them again! I have never had an issue with the techs they send out and they are always professional and willing to answer any questions or concerns. They have great mannerisms and not once have they not known what was the problem and always were able to fix it promptly. There is no other company comparable and my mind is always at ease when they come to do anything we need. They are prompt with calling, texting, and arriving in the 2-hour window they give you so, you're not just waiting around long before they show. I have been with Fetch a tech (FT) since they acquired my previous company who was my provider for 10 or more years. I needed 2 value and hoses to be replaced on my washing machine. Since i have a contract with FT I called them. The plumber showed up and discussed different things that could be done. He quoted the price of $926. Since I needed the machine to be back in service I agreed. The next day 2 techs showed up on time and did a nice job. It took them 45 minutes. I began to wonder about the pricing of the job since I have an annual contract I assumed I was getting a discount. What a bad assumption. After researching the job I fond I highly OVERPAID. I think its time to lock for a new vendor who does give a discount to annual customers and does not rip them off. read more

This company sent out mailers for a free AC and water heater flush. There are better companies that do more with an AC System check, the tech even suggested a system failure and purchase before the hot season got started. Regarding the water heater check, I had told them beforehand that I just wanted the water heater checked because I had a doctor's appointment to go to. The plumbing techs who showed up refused to do just the water heater check, they said they had to go thru the whole plumbing system in the house. Why would I allow two male strangers to go thru my bedroom and then check my bathroom? I did not tell them there was a plumbing issue in my house. This company was the one who offered a free water heater flush, and then refused to honor it if they could not go thru the whole house checking for plumbing problems. I became a member, and I have to say, I actually trust the work they do. All the techs I have worked with, both HVAC and plumbing are friendly, informative, and not pushy, including today's tech Colby. Their prices are competitive and tend to be lower than other companies I have used. We have been using fetch a tech for our dual HVAC units for ongoing health checks since purchasing both units new in 2019. Cal-Air was the installing company at that time, and our duct work was old, over 20 years and needed replacement. Fetch a tech notified us of this concern a few years ago, and this year we finally pulled the trigger and scheduled the work in early June. Our concern was would we have an operable unit while the work was being done. Fetch a tech helped us by scheduling our work for 2 days, so only one unit is down at a time. This really helped us deciding to do this. Another item that was installed was a central filter for each unit's return along with UV protection. They gave us choices, not only with products to buy, but with financing. Having choices really helped us decide what was right for us. Let's begin with the quickness that Fetch-A-Tech Plumbing Heating responded to my call. My household went all day before finally finding out that the original company that sold me my a.c. , in 2020, had been bought out. I was glad to get a working number for all existing customers. The customer service I received from beginning to end was great. The agent scheduled a tech to come do an evaluation the very next morning to figure out why my unit wasn't working properly. Jorge was promp, and within the time I was told he would arrive. When all was said and done, I did have to invest about 2 grand into my unit. Which for my family and I, was worth it. The summer heat in Las Vegas is unbearable. I signed up for their membership program also because I learned that preventative care could have saved me some of the damages that had occurred. My system suffered the unbearable heat the last several years but hopefully now, with proper maintenance the longevity will pay off. LIARS !! This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. Had this company come to my house for a "diagnostic" check. They wanted to charge $15,000 which is the "cheapest" to change out our unit. Went as far as showing a picture of "my ac system" saying it was an R22 and that it's outdated and made up this whole story about the unit being dirty. Literally was only up there for 10 min. Told the guy we'll think about it. We had a family friends friend come out a couple hours later and he told us we have a 410 NOT AN R22 saying there is a HUGE sticker displaying 410 and that the guy who came out from this company FETCH A TECh straight up LIED TO US. Our system is okay just needed to replace a part which cost us $120 !!!! How dare you guys take advantage of people like that ! Showed us a FAKE picture of a FAKE problem trying to talk us into financing a new system !!!! This is not right and this is not how you should do business !!!! So despicable ! DO NOT COME HERE! I am now on the phone trying to get Joseph back out here. I had called last night because our AC wasn't working. I turned it off for a couple of hours and then turned it back on. Yay! It's working. Called the company to let them know we didn't need them to come right away so they could help someone else who didn't have AC. So Joseph comes out just to check the unit to make sure it is working properly. Tries to sell me something for $400. Not doing that. Tells me the capacitor needs to be replaced. He does that and now....now it WON'T TURN OFF!!! I call the company again and tell them he has to get back out here and fix this....today. The receptionist tries to get me to agree to have him come tomorrow. NO. He has to come back TODAY! I will update this when he comes back to fix this. They showed up on time and stayed until every last thing was taken care of. They were really nice and respectful. They left my house spotless. Back on July 1, me and my older brother met with Brent Buckley, one of the owners of Fetch-A-Tech. He provided us with information concerning the different heating and cooling systems currently on the market, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Brent discussed the efficiency of an (inverter system), builder and mid-grade systems, just to name a few. Of course, the cost was a factor, and we were offered several financing plans that we could manage and stay within our budget. We did receive a senior discount which helped to defray the cost a bit! My brother understood the HVAC "language," and we moved forward with the installation of a DAIKIN air conditioning system in our mother's home in Las Vegas. Fast forward to the day of the installation. The young men arrived half-hour ahead of the 8:00 a.m. hour. They were neat, clean, and greeted me at my mother's door with an introduction and a welcoming smile. The men worked in pairs, two outside, two upstairs in the attic, and two in the garage area. The technicians: Chris Y., Jamie T., Richard M., Carlos C., and Derean T., were no nonsense about getting the work completed in a timely manner. Las Vegas was extremely hot back in July, and we had little or no down time as it relates to air conditioning in my mother's home. The guys were knowledgeable about their expertise and was willing to answer questions that my brother and me posed to them about how certain mechanical things were being connected. As a woman, I did not feel that I was imposing on any of the technicians by asking questions; they were eager to answer my inquiries. With the job completed, we had a few areas that needed drywall attention and holes that had to be repaired. Brent set-up the repairs immediately and those were handled. We have one final repair to the vanity top, and I expect that to happen soon as a contractor came out before I left Las Vegas to survey the damage and submit a bid to Fetch-aTech. Since July 3, the date of the HVAC installation, my mother's home has been cooling nicely, both upstairs and downstairs. I'll need to update this review come wintertime! STAY AWAY!! 4 months ago, I contacted Fetch a Tech to come and repair my main powerline that has exploded. Attack came right away and said I need a brand new part. As I was literally desperate I paid everything they said and he change the part using glue and tapes which was a bit odd but I let it go. Now, four months later that part has exploded once again and it is the main waterline of my house. I called them to come immediately and fix this as I have no water in the house and the Lady said they cannot and will come "maybe tomorrow". This company is interested in making money over the needs of their customers. We recently had a leak in our ceiling and since we had a similar leak a year prior which was fixed by Cal Air (sold to fetch-a-tech), I called them to inspect it. They told me that we had a bad coil and drain pan which was causing the leak. Rather than spend the money fixing it, they recommended that we replace our a/c unit with a mini-split for $11,200 then reduced to $10k. I called Carl's Air Conditioning for a second opinion. There was nothing wrong with our a/c unit. I called Precision Plumbing and discovered that the leak was caused from the upstairs bathtub overflow drain. Prior to this experience, we had a maintenance agreement with Cal Air when Fetch-a-Tech took over our contract, and as a courtesy they inspected all of our units and recommended that we replace them at a cost of $25-30k each. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company for anything they do. read more

They came out to inspect my AC units. The man was very nice and changed my AC filters for me. He found several things wrong with my units but did not give me a written report as was promised. Later another man came to my house and after that I received some quotes. That seemed high so for one of them I got another quote and had the work done for about 1/10th. I can't not tell you how disappointed I am in this company, mostly in their manager Dennis Thompson. I had a leak in my bedroom wall, they came out to fix this leak but I was told I had moisture in my wall. I was recommended to a restoration company from them. So Eco Dry came out and took out my bedroom wall. I still had water coming out of the wall. Was told by a Jacob a sup from FAT that it was my roof and the needed a roofer, got a roofer. Needless to say I still had water and now my bathroom ceiling had a water bubble. Had Dennis come out to my house after techs had been out here 5 times, been dealing with this since July 21st, telling me we can't find the leak and had the ac tech come out again bcuz maybe it was my air conditioner. Dennis comes out looks at the wall and says it's right there, he says it's so obvious, HIS WORDS, I'm thinking he understands my frustration, I say, I work hard for my money I just need my house back together. That was sept 9th today Monday sept 12th when calling Dennis this morning it was like I was talking to someone different. My bathroom is ruined I now have to replace the whole wall and ceiling of my bathroom, to be told by Dennis well we will come out to fix the leak but it will not have a warranty and we will not be responsible for the line. Really my bathroom is ruined bcuz the techs couldn't find the leak. I had to take the ceiling down myself and low and behold their was the leak. If they were already cutting through walls go the extra mile and FIND THE LEAK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In fact one tech Jesse told me to use another company. This manger had no integrity. We used Fetch-A-Tech to replace our leaking hot water heater because we had a maintenance contract with them for our air conditioner and furnace. We ended up paying $2750 for installation of a new hot water heater and taking away the old one. Since we had no hot water, we didn't do any estimates from other companies and "trusted" a company we thought we knew. We are also senior citizens. I decided to do some "after the fact" estimate checking because the amount seemed a bit high. I received 2 estimates, both coming in at $1750. I sent the estimate break-down to the owner showing that we were overcharged and asking for a partial refund. The owner wouldn't budge. I will never do business with this company again and do not recommend them to anyone! read more

Not only were parts outrageously overpriced, they were two hours late to the appointment. Honestly the cost of those parts had to be marked up 1000%! Lesson learned. not good is an understatement. i would give you negative stars if i could. this company should be ashamed for ruining people's lives with their shady tactics. they are all scam artists. i recently had a tech come to do a hot water heater flush. it was advertised for $49 along with checking all the plumbing in the home. when the tech got here he told me that the full home check is an additional $200. he acted like he was doing me a favor by just charging me the $49 to flush the tank. then he tried to tell me that i need a new anode rod before he even pulled out the old one. that would be an additional $400. he said he would pull it out and determine if i need a new one but didn't. and just flushed the tank. i looked up the price of the anode rod and it was $35 at lowes so i told him not to replace it as i will do it myself. he was determined to upsell me so he did something that caused my tank to start leaking after he left. now i have to get a new water heater and mine is only 5 years old. everything was fine before he showed up. i am so upset at how i was treated and if you think im going to call your company to replace the tank you are crazy! i will never use fetch a tech ever again. i had a similar issue with another tech of yours last year with my a/c. you are all a bunch of shady ass scammers and i hope your company goes bankrupt. assholes. read more

Called Fetch-A-Tech to come out for a preventative maintenance at my office/warehouse. We have one swamp cooler and one AC unit. They quoted $180 for the preventative maintenance service. During their preventative maintenance, their tech advised a part needed to be replaced on the swamp cooler. We were charged $1,600 for a part that looked like a clamp plus the $180. A week later after never having any issues with our AC unit, it went down. I thought after having a "preventative maintenance" service the week before, we would not be charged, or it would be a minor charge. We called them back out and the tech was up there for an hour. Showed us that there were melted wires and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Our business buys these kind of fuses and deal with melted wires so I know the cost of these two things is under $10. The tech advised the fuse was $250 and with labor the total bill would be over $700. When I questioned the price, he got angry and kept asking, you don't trust me?? I got his manager on the phone and again questioned the price. The managers response was, we have a lot of overhead. 50 employees and 50 trucks to pay for. The manager eventually reduced the price to $250. I walk in to my office less than a week later and the AC unit is not working again. Obviously, the tech did not diagnose the real issue. He just reattached the melted wire and replaced the fuse without identifying the real issue. I am now out $2k and still don't have working AC. Horrible experience!! read more

One of the owners actually stopped by during the initial consult (Brent) super nice and down to earth guy.
