I can't say enough great things about fetch! We've been using Leslie to feed our dogs when we go out of town for a few months now and she is fabulous. She always sends me a text to let me know that my boys are ok and we always come home to a clean backyard and happy dogs. While its always the dogs who see Leslie, I feel like I know her well too. I usually leave Leslie little notes about the thermostat or a reminder to text and she always follows through. This last trip we left in such a hurry that I didn't have time to leave her a note but she still texted me right on time. Thanks to the efforts of Leslie and the other folks at fetch we have been able to spent more relaxing weekends away without having to stress over the dogs. If you are looking for a regular or occasional dogsitter fetch will help you out and make sure that there is someone responsible there for your pups. Happy that I've found Fetch Pet Care since moving to the SG Valley. I found them through Yelp and new for sure I had my pets in the right hands after all the reviews I read through. Melanie has looked after our 2 cats several times and she's great! She's very thorough and detailed. One of my cats needs medicine and she was fully capable of administering 2x's a day. The litter box is always cleaned, food is provided and water is filled. She even helps bring in the mail and water the plants too. I highly recommend them if you're in the Pasadena area. We recently used Fetch! while we were away for a couple weeks on vacation. We did Almost Overnights, which ensured our dog and cats had ample time with their sitters, and gave us more flexibility with how much we wanted to spend. Tom, Henny, or Leah came each morning for an hour, and again in the evening for a couple hours. We also had 15 minute potty breaks for our pup each day. We received messages, often with pictures, of our pets having a blast without us! Our dog was absolutely spoiled by each of their sitters, and our shy cats even came out to greet them (which is really saying something)! Our dog was showing stress before we left for our vacation, but Tom and Henny were very reassuring and made sure to get to know him a little before they left. Not only were our pets well taken care of, but our house and garden were in perfect shape when we came back. They left detailed notes with everything we needed to know. We've been using Fetch! for a few years now. We have a Newfoundland, Murray, who is a lovely, 140 lb., and sometimes reactive dog. He gets excited about squirrels or even flying leaves. She is very responsible and always on time, informs us of any changes in schedule, and informs us of anything unusual that might be going on with our dog. She used to walk 2 of our dogs together until one of them passed away. She is very caring and takes excellent care of her. I've been using Fetch for 4 years now and have been extremely satisfied with everyone on the team. Tammy used to be the manager years ago, but Elizabeth has taken over since. She is consistently super responsive, accommodating, and professional. Regardless of how many visits I needed, when I needed them, and how short of a notice I give them, Elizabeth always make my requests work with her team. Heather is my go-to dog sitter and she's wonderful with my little critter, Lola. Heather has been on top of all my very specific requests while I'm away. I've never had any issues with her over the last 4 years. Heather would send me daily text updates and photos during their walks/play time. Recently, I had to leave town for two back-to-back trips. Heather was out of town as well! Whenever Heather isn't available, Elizabeth would find me another sitter. Fortunately for me, Brittney stepped in to help out. We did a quick orientation to familiarize her with Lola, her routes, my requests, and to ensure she had a copy of my keys. Brittney sent photos, boomerang videos, and text updates on each of her visits. It was really nice receiving these updates while I was away and seeing that she's in good hands. The only thing I would change about Fetch in Pasadena is that I wish I could bring the team with me to my new place. I recently moved to an area that's way outside of their service area, but Elizabeth was nice enough to direct me to their West LA office. It looks like I'll be working with a new team soon (*boohoo*), but if the West LA team is anything like the Pasadena team that I've become accustomed, I'm not too worried. We have been using Fetch Pet Care for the past year whenever we travel and they are great! We usually work with Mollie, who is awesome, but this time she wasn't available when we did our holiday traveling so Simmone took care of Preston the Cat. We were able to meet with her a few months prior to make sure she and Preston were a good fit and she was great! We flew on Christmas day and Simmone immediately sent us a text with a photo of Preston sitting under our Christmas tree with a title that read "Merry Christmas, Love Preston!" This was a Huge hit with our family and every day people were asking us if we had heard from the cat. Simmone continued to send us text messages updating us on his activity throughout our vacation, sometimes with photos. When we got home, he was relaxed and glad to see us. Simmone left a nice note along with some homemade "hot chocolate on a stick" which was perfect after our travels. She is awesome! Excellent service!! I absolutely recommend using Fetch to take care of your pets while you are away. They always send me text messages and/or pictures during the visit to let me know that my two kitties are ok. My schedule is somewhat unpredictable so I sometimes have last-minute requests for a pet sitter, and they have always been very accommodating when I give them short notice that I need their service. I had no idea there were services like this before. A few weeks ago we were planning a trip to SD for the weekend. The night before we are expected to leave at 5 a.m. We notice the dog has escaped the yard and there is not enough light, time or energy to research the source of the said escape artist. In a last minute effort to figure out what to do with these things while we are gone the weekend, we were just going to leave plenty of food and they have auto water, we contacted Fetch.....the owners had no available sitters in our area on such short notice so they offered to do the job themselves. Tammy and Stedman were such gracious hosts to our two pooches. They asked all the important questions about routines, habits, likes, dislikes, walks, medical needs, emergency contact info, and they really showed love for our dogs as we dropped them off at the house. Their house was totally doggie friendly with two gates at the front to keep them from escaping if they passed the first. They walked them every day and even offered to bath them just because they were bathing their dog and it was no big deal. Rates were very reasonable for two dogs, free range of a house and constant email, and text message updates on how they were doing. Very professional, I feel like they are our friends now after the experience and wouldn't hesitate to leave them again for any length of time, that is if I could afford it, reasonable does not mean free after all, but I am willing to pay the price for my babies. read more

I have a very...well...special dog. So, after my last dog walkers retired I panicked. I came onto Yelp and found Fetch. My entire world has opened up. It's a combination of things really: 1) whereas most other dog sitters treat this business like a hobby or something they do after they retire, Fetch treats this like a business. Everything is very organized - from the paperwork to the finances to the dog sitter I personally work with to the follow up. The entire experience is extremely (and refreshingly) streamlined. 2) after never being able to travel for long periods of time (my dog had never socialized well with other dogs and putting her in a kennel always made me feel guilty. I know. I know. I'm more than aware of my...eccentricities) I finally have that freedom. My particular dog walker (Kim) suggested I try to bring my dog over to her house and socialize her with their dogs. After laughing hysterically and kind of vomitting - I agreed. It. Was. Amazing. My dog did great, their home and their dogs were just set up for success. It was...well, there was crying. So now I can just drop my dog off over there for Camp essentially and travel - knowing she's being taken care of. We just had a terrific experience with Fetch staying with and taking care of our mastiff. Rudi was amazing with him, his ease with and love of animals was obvious from the first minute. We came back to a healthy, contented dog. Our dog is on a medication currently, and Rudi gave him his daily pills without problem or complaint- a very slobbery business in our dog's case! While we were vacationing for 1 week, Simmone did an awesome job of taking care of our house full of animals: 1 dog, 2 cats, and 2 fish tanks. Our dog Jackson is not an easy dog to take care of. He's very scared of strangers and not a very pleasant one to be around if he's not your friend. However, Simmone was very patient with him and by the end the week, she and Jackson became friends!
