Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

I loved their honesty. The big issue was a sensor problem, not a safety issue, which saved us over a thousand dollars. They also took the time to explain things for a second time after having just spoken with my husband earlier on the phone. They made time to fix a minor problem, the air conditioning. On the way out we talked to two of the mechanics, wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving, and learned they also checked all of the cars fluids and made sure they were taken care of. I could tell we weren't the only happy customers because there were gifts on the counter from other happy patrons. I can't recommend them enough.

I am beyond frustrated with this mechanic. The next morning, I woke up to find my car leaking oil, which was never an issue before. I brought the car back to them and explained everything, but after nearly two full days with no communication, I had to call myself. They told me they'd have an update in 20 minutes and that it would be ready by then. Instead, I received an estimate for over $1,000 worth of repairs. Keep in mind, I explained the oil wasn't leaking before the service, but they just kept insisting it was a "broken cover." They didn't even seem to consider that their oil change might have caused the problem. What's worse is they weren't even willing to take responsibility for any of it, only agreeing to cover a small part of the repairs--yet that still wouldn't fully resolve the leak. This place used to be amazing; I've recommended them to so many people because of their great customer service and unbeatable prices. But after this, I'll never be coming back, and I certainly won't be recommending them anymore.
