I had my credit run twice. I spoke to a kind lady on the phone who gave me an answer from her manager who said "it's on the contract." A manager from your company said they'd call back to better explain this. It'll be one week now and haven't heard anything. Unprofessional and careless. I was never informed my credit would be run twice. I spoke to your rep Pete Cervantes, he said he never knew that they would run my credit twice. And that he was "just informed" about this. Well despite the reviews I thought I would give it a shot because we have been wanting to get one of these. They had us all pumped up and even scheduled installation and than during the time installation was suppose to start I get a text message saying our credit score had to be 645 or higher. Why couldn't they tell us this before running our credit through so many finance companies. If they know they want people with 645 or higher credit they should disclose this before pumping someone up and and running their credit. I had to the rep that came out what my credit score was and they said it was ok. I would not recommend this agency at all and regret initiating any service. The representative came to our house and we signed all the paperwork on Tuesday 8/20 and they installed Wednesday 8/21. From what we were told/per the contract we had business 3 days to cancel after installment, which technically should've been Monday but we contacted the representative that assisted us on Saturday to cancel and he was aware. It became this huge ordeal that we were not within our 3 days because the trial started after the initial contact from 8/20 (which does not make sense at all because how are supposed to test out the system if it wasn't installed until the following day 8/21). We also contacted the 877 number and were told by the receptionist that we had 3 days to cancel after the installation date (which was 8/21). We had another gentleman Tomas come to our residence on 9/4 and he stated we would need to pay a $2,500 cancellation fee in order to take the system from our home, which again, is absurd because we were within our 3 days of cancellation. We wanted Tomas and the 2 other gentlemen to take the system the same day on 9/4, but they refused because we didn't provide the cash/cashier's check. Fast forward to this week, Tomas threatened to take us to civil court, pay for all their attorney fees when we go to court, and place our home on a lien. I have become so overwhelmed with his whole process and wouldn't want anyone else to go through everything we are currently experiencing, PLEASE save yourself the heart ache/stress and go with a different water system agency. read more

My parents' house has their water filtration system installed by Fidelis about a year ago and my mom had been convincing me to have it done at my house. Finally, I gave in and asked my mom for the rep to call me. I have tried the purified water from my mom's house and I am tired of buying purified and alkaline water at the store, at the same time, I do not know what the real contents of those bottled water, might as well get my own water filtration system. Josh was very knowledgeable of their products and explained how the water filtration works. I asked about if I could have purified and alkaline water installed in the sink. Josh recommend for me to get two faucets, one for purified and one for alkaline water at no additional cost! And he got everything installed the next day! The tech came on time and got everything done in 6 hours. Our water was just tested today by Luis, the installation was a success!He even said that I can call him anytime and get the water tested as often as I want! We just had our system installed a few weeks ago. Josh explained everything very throughly and was very knowledgeable about all the questions we asked. The installation was kinda long about 6 hrs but Gorge did it in the blazing heat. We did have a few issues after the initial installation. 1. The water from the osmosis treatment was leaking under our sink 2. we had no hot water. We called the next morning and a technician was sent out that very day. The issue ended up being very easy minor fixes which took Michael a total of ten minutes to fix. A simple switch needed to be flipped and we had a defective valve connection from the water line to our fridge. It was replaced and we've had no issues since. It's been amazing seeing the switch for my husband and daughter eczema. It's a peace of mind. We definitely recommend Fidelis. read more

The bright pink "notice of parcel on hold" card I received in the mail is deceptive, designed to resemble a postal delivery exception notice - which is what I thought it was at first. Why would you trust a business that has to stoop to dirty tricks like this? The number (925) 354-5291 is answered by someone who says "parcel department". Only after I asked what company I was talking to did they tell me their company name, and admitted that the "parcel" is just a special offer which they will mail out if you ask them. Some facts about this card: * nothing to indicate it's an advertisement * no inclusion of a company name or authorization, just a phone number * implies that you have ordered or requested something when you haven't I put this review up a while ago, and got someone from the company pleading for me via Yelp messages to take it down. I agreed to take it down while they revised their offer cards to be less deceiving. They haven't followed through with that and so now I have restored this review. They had been reaching out to us for a while and when we finally scheduled the appointment, everything worked out so smoothly. They came on a Saturday to test our water and go over all the information and once we said we were ready to go, they had our filters put in the next day and we immediately felt the difference in our water. 02/08/22 Yesterday I received a postcard in the mail. This morning I gave them a call and a polite girl answered the phone and set up an appointment for me. 02/11/22 Yesterday was the appointment day and it was set up for around 5 pm, but then a lady reached out around 4:25 pm to let me know that the technician was running behind from another appointment and asked me if it was ok to move the appointment to 6 pm, then I said that it was fine and I appreciated the call. The technician showed me the kind of water I had and explained to me the saving I was going to get with their water filtration system. 02/15/21 Installation day was last Saturday and it was a breeze. Technicians came on time and completed the installation in a timely matter. They were really detailed oriented which I like because they listen to some of my comments about stuff being properly leveled prior to the installation and the final product was great. I absolutely love having this water purification system in my home. So I purchased the system in January of 2017, I am writing my review after having the system for a while to make sure my evaluation wasn't premature. The water is so totally different in my house, I can tell the difference on my skin, I don't need to use as much lotion to moisturize my skin, don't get me wrong this didn't alleviate the ashiness that comes with having skin (lol), but I really can use less lotion, also, now that I squeegee out my shower before I get out, I've noticed I don't start itching from having the water on my body for an extended time (6 minutes to squeegee) and I am virtually dry by the time I get out of the shower. As far as drinking water, I'm not a big water drinker (I have to add some flavor), but all my family and friends that actually drink water say the water is excellent. I know that my ice cubes are totally different, usually they are very translucent/clear, (I have pictures I will try to upload them). I still have my filter on my refrigerator, and probably continue to replace it only because I am anal that way. The system has it's own dedicated "drinking/cooking water spout" which is great, but you can drink from the main one if you choose. I had to have the actual system placed on my patio because I didn't have space in my garage. Not the systems fault, it's just that my garage has cabinets and their wasn't any space available. They outside system drains every couple of weeks (or it could be once a week - lol) during that process the system can be heard, other than that it's all good. Now as for why I only gave it 4 stars****the parts for under my kitchen sink are large. If you have a lot of space under there it would be great, but because of all the piping the tank for the dedicated drinking/cooking water and the other component for the kitchen took up a lot of my under counter space which mean I had to remove things (grant it they weren't things I use daily), but my daily stuff seems crowded now. All in all I will say I am extremely happy I purchased this water system. It was the first "large" purchase I made after I purchased my home. And you know new home owners receive all sort of offers in the first 90 days. read more

I've been trying to get a hold of the owner or manager of fidelis elite systems because this filtration system ruined my water heater. We've had a tech come out and confirm that my water heater did have a code that confirmed It was burnt out. Their supervisor also confirmed in an email to the owner Dan stoica and the manager Frank Cortez that he also noticed once our system was turned off our water heater worked perfectly fine. I have asked them to remove the system entirely and they agreed if the problems continued, in which they have. I would send the supervisor images of my hot water heater after they said the problem was "fixed" still showing the same issue. when I ask them why won't they just remove it, the supervisor states "well the company has already lost a lot of money trying to help you guys and we haven't even made a profit, so they really don't want to buy back the loan." absolutely disgusting!! we loved the system because we did notice a difference in how clean the water was but if the system is not compatible with my home remove it!!! read more

Very satisfied. The flyer in our mailbox probably isnt the best form of advertisement since it seems to bother so many people. It didnt bother us much. We called, got the info and set up a water testing apt the next day. Unfortunately the first guy showed up 1 1/2 hours late, woke up my baby, and told us to call back when we were actually ready to buy a system. He didnt do the water test, provide results or anything. It was a waste of time. I called the number back on the flyer, provided the "parcel number" they asked for and I told them what happened and how frustrating it was. The man on the phone was very understanding, said he would inform management right away, offered an extra amazon gift card for the trouble, and made a new appointment for me. The issue was rectified well and a different salesman was on time for our next apt. He was very informative, did a thorough test of our water, answered any and all questions and concerns we had, and did not pressure us at all. But the proof was there, our water was hard and filled with toxins, which was not surprising. We set up our installation. Miguel and the team he came with were incredible and did a thorough job. Explained everything as they set things up, super friendly to our dogs, installed everything with precision and left everything clean. Very professional and polite. We have alkaline water through our fridge and reverse osmosis through a small faucet they provided for our kitchen sink. The rest of our water is purified and softened. Minimal upkeep, annual filter replacement and a phone number to call any time for issues. I will review again once we get a good feel for our water quality but I have no doubt it will be 5 stars. I highly recommend this company for a water refinement system for your home regardless of the type of advertisement. If you are looking for a system you want the best and you are paying for your service and your system..not what kind of advertisement they do. Look past it and give them a call. read more

Purchased this system a while (2 years)a ago since the day I purchase it was a scam from the payment of the system to trying to get a hold of the guy who sold us this equipment to show us how to set up as he said he would. I personally would not recommend this. For a couple of weeks now we have been hearing loud thumping sounds coming from the tank. We called customer service (a couple of times)to have someone inspect and the first thing I was told is that I have to pay a 175 fee my system is fairly new. On top of that the operator insinuated that by me tampering with the buttons to shut off that I probably messed up the system. Crazy! Here's an update I was surprised to see how fast the owner got involved in getting this matter corrected,offered to exchange equipment, and kept his word as new equipment has been installed. The technician(Cesar) that came over to do exchange was extremely knowledgeable and to my surprise extremely clean and organized. After installation and a final FaceTime call with Cesar (keep in mind this is at 3am) due to noise issue; we did a walk through with the system comes to find out that my sprinklers and water system come on a the same time causing pressure issues with softener equipment. I followed his instructions and sure enough system returned to normal operation. I'm glad dan (owner)sent someone over with this expertise. Cesar assured me that this is a great system and this company has a great team, I can see now why he says that. Issue is now resolved for anyone reading this post and for Fideliselite technicians review with customer any interference with (automated sprinkler system and valve) during installation. This company is really a joke! They came to me and had me get this system! I had just moved into my house while also going through a kitchen renovation due to a kitchen flood before I even moved in.
