We recently purchased a water filtration system for our house from Fidelis. Within a short period of time I could feel the difference in my hair and the coffee and tea taste a lot smoother now. Randal did a great job explaining everything and was always available to answer all our questions and concerns. James came by to retest the water after the installation and let us choose the fragrances for the soaps that come with the purchase of a system. We were satisfied with the service that was provided, everything they said they would do, they did, and we received the soaps in the mail today. Overall great customer service. read more

If I could give less than one, I would. Sent us a handwritten card saying we have package that need to be scheduled for delivery; reference number included. Tried to email the company using their online email for information. Received a kickback response from my email provider saying that the email address wasn't legit. After reading the reviews on here, I called the number to make sure they understood not to send us anything, or contact us again. They said that we did have packages and needed to schedule delivery. When I asked what they were, they skirted telling me and finally admitted it was a water testing kit. I explained to them that we already have a water softener and a purifier, we don't need testing done as we test our water regularly, and to not contact us ever again. They hung up on me. Not two hours later I get an email. Two days later I get another handwritten card, different reference number, same tactic. They are flat out lying to get people to call. I have been very unsatisfied with Aqua Pro Elite Systems. Jared Altic lied about the companies history and the BBB. I went with them because I thought they were a good company with integrity and great customer service. I have had the system for 2 weeks and the reverse osmosis hasn't worked since they installed it, my water is cloudy and I wouldn't dare to drink it. There is standing water in our salt tank from the water softener. They backdated my contract and ran our credit 3 separate times without our permission. When I told Jared I did not want to sign the contact he told me it was too late for that, although in the contract it states otherwise. They are not registered with the Secretary of State in Texas although they claim to be a corporation. They also don't have a TCEQ license. You have been warned do not do any type of business with Aqua Pro Elite. read more

We were a little skeptical at first if we should go with the AquaPro Elite System. There are other products out there that claim to do the same thing for a fraction of the price. After some debating and researching, we decided to pull the trigger and we could not be happier with our decision. The two main points that put this system ahead of the others are: 1. The high quality of the product. Compared to other systems, you know you are getting top of the line quality and don't have to worry or wonder if your system is doing what it's designed to do. 2. The lifetime warranty that comes with the system. This was an incredible selling point. If at any time, there is a problem with the system, they will repair or replace the pieces necessary to keep it functioning properly. In the long run, this turns out to be a great deal on this sole fact alone. Not only that, but if you move, the company can move your system to your new place for a $500 charge. Not too shabby. Taking a shower in soft water is like night and day. It may feel a little different (slimy) at first; but it feels so much better. You can feel the difference on your skin and in your hair. You will feel more 'fresh' knowing that your pores aren't being clogged by the minerals that are in hard water. We are only a couple of days in of having our new system installed and we are loving it already. I had a similar experience as Christopher ... but it gets worse! I purchased my first home and received a light blue postcard which appeared to be from the county as a message through the post office. The postcard said I had a package waiting for me. I called the number and they said there was a gift for me as a welcome to the neighborhood along with a free water testing. My first instinct was that this was a scam ... how does the county have $25 to spend on every new neighbor. I asked if they worked for the post office and they said no but that they are a message company to let you know that the gift card would like to be delivered with the free water test. I booked the appointment. A couple weeks later I received 3 missed calls while at work. I am a teacher and these repeated calls from California disrupted my my classroom. I eventually picked up asking what they needed and who was calling. Turns out it was this water testing service blasting my phone to confirm my appointment. I let them know I would be there and look forward to our appointment. On the morning of the appointment, a tall man with black pants and a white collared shirt opened my front door and walked right through my living room and into my back yard!!!! I was walking into the living room when I saw the man walking through the house. I don't think he saw me cause I heard him asking my countertop installers who were working in the kitchen where the homeowner is. I quickly walked to the backyard extremely confused why someone charged through my house. When I walked out he asked my boyfriend if his name is Laurie. My boyfriend looked extremely confused and I told the man that my name is Laurie and I booked the appointment. He asked if we could used the kitchen sink for testing and I told him we would have to use the bathroom cause my kitchen is being renovated. This man gave me an "ugh" look as if my bathroom was a burden. I replied to his look by saying that the bathroom water runs the same water as the kitchen. I walked the man into the house to show him the bathroom. When we walked inside he turned around looking for my boyfriend. I was confused, why does this man walk wherever he pleases in my home. The man asked him if he was busy. My boyfriend said yes (he was cutting crown molding in the backyard). The man said he needs him to watch his water testing for 20 minutes. Ooooo at this point my boyfriend was pissed. This man not only barged into my house but is also telling my boyfriend what he needed to do!! My boyfriend was also pissed he belittled my abilities to watch a water test on my own. What a sexist move!! My boyfriend told the man to leave but I interrupted the request and assured to the man that I was the one who made the appointment and I firmly told the man that this is MY house. My boyfriend does not own this home. The man turned around to follow me into the bathroom and I saw him roll his eyes.!?!?!! OOOH IT GETS WORSE! Long story short, this man knows nothing about scientific units, ratios or data analysis. He argued with me that numerical ratings needing some sort of standard to determine its value. He could not explain to me what gave water a value of 1 versus 100 in terms of units. His water read pure water to be 2 but could not explain what parameters rates it a 2. I told him I am a SCIENCE TEACHER and that your device has to have a unit particles per volume of water to indicated it's ranking. I want to know what units it is measuring in. This man started to backpedal by showing me a video of another man doing a test on rain water. Then he started repeating what the man said in the video "parts per million". I asked the man what parts per million measured in units (ml, grams,liters) ... he gave a blank look then turned his head and rolled his eyes!! I told him it was time for him to leave and I walked out of the bathroom. The man was still in my bathroom by himself for way too long. He finally walked out where I was in the living room and we got into an argument about him leaving and I was fuming by this point!! I then threw science in his face explaining pollen count in the air and how it measures particles per volume. The man still would not leave. My boyfriend walked into the living room behind me and told him to leave. The man finally left. I teach students of many different cultures and I believe this man may have been Turkish or a similar Islamic culture. I feel this man had huge issues with me knowing more than him, owning my own home and telling him to leave. This company is a scam! Told me someone would be out in a few days to take my soap order as well as test the water... well a fee days turned into a few weeks. they bait you in with the mailer (still waiting on my free hotel getaway as well as gift card that was promised during the call to set up the appointment). Once the young lady finally arrived with the contract, the info on there was incorrect as well as them wanting me to give up my mortgage info. When asked a few questions, no one could seem to answer. So now Im not sure if my water is being contaminated by the water thats sitting in the bin. Once I signed saying I want to cancel, I havent gotten a call or anything. also, the osmosis filter leaks from time to time. this is a major headache. This company is very misleading with the mailers and things of that nature. They promise you this and that and you get nothing but a headache and added stress. My experience with the Auqapro Elite system has been great. The rep Justin Watts was very knowledgeable about the system and was really great at introducing my wife and I to their products. They arrived the next day and installed the system very fast and made sure it worked perfectly. When our appointment had to change times Justin made sure he gave us a call and kept us informed on what was going on and made sure we knew what time to expect the team to arrive. Lastly the next rep Charles Wisham helped us get the soaps, sprays, and everything else. We would say this has been a wonderful experience. I just wanted to come here and give a huge shout out to Dee!! Her presentation was amazing and knowledge on water filtration helped my family understand the purpose and benefits. She definitely made my family feel as though she wasn't there to "sale" but to provide us with information about the harmful effects along with a healthy solution. I cannot gush about Dee enough! When we had our water filtration system installed the team who showed up were extremely nice and even put our system inside a storage shed they provided which may seem unimportant but with 3 big dogs it keeps my equipment safe and clean. After the installation process was complete Dee came back with a follow up and even brought along a GIFT FOR MY KIDS. This was totally unexpected and a delight. I promise you as long as there is a Dee working for this company there will be very happy customers. I highly recommend (at the very least) having someone come out and test your water. If nothing else you will gain knowledge of the process your water goes through to from start to your faucets. I too was trapped by the postcard offer and scheduled an appointment for the rep to stop by. On Monday January 7th, 2019 I and my wife met with one of your salesman and entered into negotiation for the Hyperion Water treatment system which included the Pure Advantage Reverse Osmosis system which has partially been completed. The reverse Osmosis system has been properly installed however the Hyperion System has yet to be completed. The Reverse Osmosis system was installed on Tuesday January 8 however in the middle of the completed installation the installers advised that they had an emergency call whereby another customer called in a leaking system and they needed to postpone the remaining portion of my installation to utilize the Hyperion system that they had intended for install at my residence to satisfy the other customer leaking system. They were to return the following morning (10:00 AM) to complete my installation . After waiting a full day with no contact I made a number of attempts to contact the salesman, no response and subsequently had to contact the office in regards when I found out that the company could not secure the appropriate financing for the full installation and now all work has been halted. They then promised to do an in-house finance/lease program option but could not secure it fully as well. I am now stuck with the reverse osmosis system and no contact about what has to be done to fully secure the full system. All phone calls are met with false promises unless I come up with $4000.00 for them to complete the system installation. What company proceeds to install a $7000.00 system without the assurance of full financing. I know feel as though this is a trap to get people to purchase something they know they can not fully pay for and I have a hole in my brand new granite counter-top, a plastic water line running outside the wall in my garage where the treatment system was supposed to be placed and reverse osmosis equipment underneath the sink to prove it and I have not secured the proper credit necessary to have their equipment installed in my residence. Guess I just inherited a reverse Osmosis system for free huh?? read more

Really only deserves one star because the sales guy was nice. We spent extra $1k on a fridge to have water and ice on their door and now can't use it since the filter doesn't have enough power(we have a small kitchen) and I have holes in every cabinet for no reason. Installers made a huge mess in our home and let our cat outside, luckily he is use to being out, but they didn't even ask if he could. We changed our minds, but couldn't contact anyone since the salesman was in the hospital so when he was better it was "too late" without paying $2,000. Yes TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. We hadn't even signed any contracts or gave them payment info which the contract says 3 days from them, but they wouldn't honor it. They don't stand by their word. Spend money on your own system and it will save you about $6,000 cause the "free" soap isn't very good. Our package came with several leaking anyways. Biggest regret about buying a house is letting them in it. Way overpriced for what you get. read more

What company is this, and how did they get my info. She only answered the first question. When Mr. H tested our water, we were disgusted at what was actually going into and onto our bodies. I was almost immediately hooked because I am already very picky about water as it is. I try to be as chemical-free as possible, and knowing what goes into our water system is honestly a nightmare for someone like me. We have had the system for a couple days and I wanted to write a review now so I could give you an accurate review on how we feel about it. The installation happened a day later and took a little long since the guy was working until 1am (because our appointment was later in the day). But this is what we expected to happen since it's an invasive installation. We are happy with our decision to join the Fidelis team. The water tastes amazing! My hair and skin don't feel as dry after taking showers either. Our water was so gross and I essentially HAD to buy this system. The water, with the filter, was so much better tasting, softer, and just felt way cleaner. Not only was the system awesome, but with the added soaps, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, etc. we're getting a steal. I work in the food manufacturing industry and deal with industrial water softners and in my opinion Aquapro elite works at the same standards. The system we purchased for our home is one of the best investments we have made this year. I recommend Aquapro elite over any other company. The installers work was one of the most professional jobs I have seen. The crew John our sales rep sent in worked over two different days to install our system because of the city plumbing was not ran right. The crew installed a loop and replaced all the dirt and spread grass seed to ensure our lawn returned to the state they first started with. The crew that followed up to test our water after the first initial 15 days were very professional and went over all water test results and the continuing commitment from Aquapro elite over the life of the system we purchased. I live in New Braunfels and all of these crews came from San Antonio, showing that Texas communities care about other communities and the people that live there. read more

I just spent $125 on a service call that took less than a minute to fix and could have been resolved over the phone troubleshooting it with me. My drinking water dispenser suddenly had a low flow issue. The service tech simply pulled out the drinking water dispenser's gooseneck spigot and blew into it to get some debris out that had somehow gotten passed THEIR filter system that I had JUST had PM serviced 2 months ago for $375. Apparently they have no one trained in the office to troubleshoot that with their customers over the phone. Also, when they installed it, it would have been nice if they had let me know that could happen and what to do if it did. Aqua Pro Elite is about making money through service calls and PM calls. Also, I mentioned my dissatisfaction on their contact page and received no reply or phone call back. These are expensive systems and I want others to be warned before they invest in one. read more

We received our Aqua pro system about 3 months ago and love the difference it has made. Clean drinking water, awesome 5 year supply of soaps and cleaners and veteran discounts, can't complain. The way we received our initial sales pitch was a little deceiving by which we were contacted into hearing about ththe system which I wasn't happy about but gave Jared the benefit of he doubt and heard him out. 3hrs later and we were signing papers to have it installed. Bottom line, I'm not happy with the sale transaction. I was hesitant to agree to the sale and if I would have known the aftermath was going to be such a hassle I would not have agreed in the first place. The Customer Relations Associate could tell I was hesitant and leaning towards not agreeing so he offered incentives to get the sale. I figured in the long run the purchase would be worth it so I agreed. Before he left he advised where the equipment would be placed outside and mentioned a shed would be built to protect it. The installation did not go as smooth either. There was only one person to do the job and he had to dig a trench to get to the pipes. He had to call for assistance and then left to go to the store to pick up merchandise and then left to visit another location that needed assistance. The trench was dug even further than expected to allow the equipment to be placed under the backyard covered patio versus against the side of the house with a shed to cover. Once that was complete, the installer had another member assist with the drinking water installation inside the house. This other member was complaining the whole time that it was his day off and he hated the fact that he was called into work. Once everything was complete, the original installer was professional and explained everything. On the work order it has annotated to install an ice maker, however, the installer stated he wasn't able to do that. The Customer Relations Associate added that on the work order, however, was not required. At the time of sale I had stated I had someone already coming out to install and he said you don't need to since their company would take care of it. So it was an inconvenience to call the ice maker installer after my scheduled appointment was cancelled to request for a new appointment. Then another Customer Relations Associate came by to go over the contract and select the fragrances for the soaps. I had to stop the process and was not going to sign the contract since the monthly payment amount was different then what was agreed upon at the sale and the amount of supply for the soaps was wrong too (5 year supply vs 10 year supply). The original Customer Relations Associate was contacted to clarify the sale agreements and this matter was straightened out. For the soap fragrances, it was mentioned I could add other natural products to the soaps, however, he did not have a list or know the products that could be added. I did not add anything else since I had no idea what to pick from. Then I received a call from the Finance department, again the monthly payment amount was different and they had to verify with the Customer Relations Associate. The original Customer Relations Associate contacted me for my availability to drop off a Gift Card as a means to provide a Band-Aid fix to my hassle with the sale transaction process. He did not show for stated time and then we rescheduled and still did not show for stated time. Finally, I was done with the whole sale and regretted agreeing to the transaction and advised him to keep the Gift Card. Lastly, I received a package in the mail for the soaps and it was missing an item (Glycerin Bar Soap), the amount of supply was incorrect (only provided 5 year package), and there was not enough extra dispensers. I called the Pure and Gentle Company and advised of the error and they are working the corrections. Again at the time of sale, it was mentioned that there would be extra dispensers for all bathrooms and sinks. All that was received was one additional dispenser; which does not cover all the bathrooms and sinks. I am not sure if anyone else has encountered these issues like I have, but I hope no one else will in the future. Sadly, I would not recommend this company to anyone just because of the hassle I went through with each step in the transaction. I hope in the end the water treatment and soaps are worth my expense. read more
