My previous Netgear Nighthawk forces a $30 per year sub for parental controls but the Attune app is free and easy to use.

1 Star Very…read moredisappointing experience with the Verizon store in Raymond, NH. My wife and I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon for a new iPhone promotion. Almost immediately, we noticed the reception in our area was significantly worse than what we had with T-Mobile, including multiple dead spots. At first, we tried to make it work because we had already traded in our previous iPhones and did not want to take the financial loss of switching back. However, during the Raymond shelter-in-place incident, we were unable to reliably reach our daughter because of the poor reception. At that point, we decided the service simply was not dependable enough for our family, and we were willing to accept the loss and return the phones to go back to T-Mobile. I contacted Verizon corporate customer service and explained the situation. The representative told us we could return the phones within the return window and said the store should likely waive the restocking fees given the circumstances. When we brought the phones back to the Raymond store within the allowed return period, the store initially resisted taking them back and stated that corporate representatives "don't know what they are talking about." After a long back-and-forth discussion, the store finally accepted the devices. The biggest issue was that after accepting the phones, the store refused to provide any written documentation proving the devices had been returned. Because of that refusal, I took photographs of the phones and the in-store interaction as proof the devices had been surrendered. About a month later, we received a bill for nearly $3,000 related to the returned devices. Verizon later instructed us to file a police report regarding the disputed charges. We also had to dispute the matter through our bank and are now dealing with collections calls over devices that were returned within the policy window. Customers should never have to fight this hard to prove they returned devices that a store already accepted.

After filing a FCC complaint ( which I advise all to do ) a $454.00 credit was issued, proving we were charged for a device we never had for two years. Don't walk away from Verizon...RUN !!!!!

I would not be charged. I returned the modem and never thought anything of it. Until I find a collection account on my credit for 109$! I couldn't even figure out what it was. I called them and was told, oops that charge is wrong because you did return the modem.. but couldn't be told what the new charge would be. From my experience, I would caution and make sure to not give your social to this hole in the wall company. I am hoping the manager of this business reaches out to me to resolve this issue so I can delete my reviews.

Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.
