    I have been a Fields BMW Winter Park customer for many years. I recently had my car in for a recall. Christopher my service advisor checked me in and kept me informed about the progress of my car. I knew it would take one week. My car went through UVeye and the photos were sent to me. The inspection was done on video and sent to me upon completion. My car was ready as stated and washed.

    My experience started back in 2024, after purchase of the vehicle!!' A few months out I started having issues with notices come on my dashboard like the ones attached, they had my car weeks, and stated it didn't happen with them and they couldn't duplicate it, well Of course it did t do it with them!!' Frank the only one that seemed to care reaches out apologized and made things right, he stated to reach out if anything further happened, well it sis happen like 6 months after that it came in briefly and went off, came in again 3 months ago dis the same thing, I already knew they were going to say we can't duplicate it, I have been having issues with my trunk popping up, I even reached out to Chris to see if I could fi an early trade in, however this week bmw have proved again who they really are, they don't care what you have to say, what proof you have, they just want money!!!thru ste saying I need 4 new tires, I work from home, 2 tires were replaced already, do they telling me since July until now that new tire supposedly have worn!!!the excuse is oh my car heavy!!! I had took my car to Firestone because I kept having to put in air in my tires,Firestone told me I had a small nail in driver tire but he couldn't patch the run flat tire! However bmw is telling me all 4 tires worn, I purchased the car may 2024, 2 tires have been replaced and I work from home, and the issue with the trunk they have not found , they supposedly gave me a whole new switch board for my wires when I had the issues, however supposedly I need wipers again too , after speaking with frank fernandez I started to trust bmw again, however they are not trust worthy and the sales managers are a joke, they talk down on you like you stupid because you have caught on to their game!! God sits high and he looks low, with all my power I'm trying to take this to court, and this time I'm not stopping, I don't like the face they try to take advantage of of a woman!!! Don't buy here, and someone is going to get stuck with my car with electrical issues because that is exactly what's happening!!

    I'm am in love with Ms.Blue! She is an upgrade from my 2005 525i! The salesman Levi was awesome! The dealership is state of the art and provides breakfast and lunch to its customers. BMW finance gave me a pretty good interest rate on the car loan and completing the paperwork was a breeze. I believe my experience was good because I did my research and knew the price was fair based on the mileage and amenities of the (previously leased) vehicle. I would recommend this dealer in the future.

    Unfortunately things didn't go well the second time around. I thought my seatbelt would be covered under warranty, it's a 2023, they're not. I was told the entire assembly needed to be replaced for around $1400. The belt was operational, the plastic covering had fallen off. I thought that was expensive, after all it was operational. I opted to not fix it. When I came to pick up the car I was shocked to find out they had charged me a $249 diagnostic fee. I have never in my life been charged a fee like this, unless of course major labor was involved in the diagnosis and I have owned BMW's Audi's Mercedes Benz-, never, especially for something as simple as a visual diagnosis, as was performed on my convertible. I was able to get the issue fixed elsewhere for under $200 including labor, and was told by another BMW mechanic who was doing me a favor that they were replacing parts that weren't necessary, and actually ordering the wrong parts. Only after I posted my experience on social did the manager reach out to me. He agreed that if I provided him with proof that I paid $167 for the parts he would reimburse me the entire $249. I did as asked and received a check for $132.59? That's an odd figure Richard Gaffney, no??

They replaced my AC compressor a few years back and everything was working fine until about two weeks ago when my AC stopped blowing cold. I verified that the system was completely empty and could see oil dripping from my vehicles under cover. Unfortunately, my vehicle sits low to the ground and I don't have a means to safely lift a 4,383 lb. vehicle so I decided to take my vehicle to Brad Green at Green's Auto and Marine. We used Brad Green previously for my wife's vehicle, she also had a bad AC compressor. Brad did a fantastic job and got her back on the road the same day we dropped it off. Since then, Brad has moved to a newer and much larger location with more bays which allows his team to work on just about everything except European vehicles. While we were on site, he was rebuilding a Corvette LS motor and servicing two larger commercial fleet vehicles. Brad's diagnosis was that the tech from Tire Kingdom who installed my new AC compressor must have lost the OEM bolt that holds the compressor to the block. The bolt used was not the proper thread or length. The bolt held for a while but since it only caught 2/8" of the female threads inside the block and cross threaded the threads it did catch, it was only a matter of time before it would break loose. Fortunately, my AC compressor was still in good working condition. As soon as I noticed the issue I kept my AC off until repairs could be made. Brad re-tapped my block to repair the threads and replaced the improper bolt with one that is the proper length and matching threads. After evacuation and recharge, Brad had my vehicle back on the road again. My total bill was $436.03. Brad charged $189 for the Vac/Recharge, $135 for an hour and half labor, and there was a $16 charge for using a credit card. So, if you are looking to save a little, I recommend using cash. Brad was very friendly and informative. He answered all of my questions and walked me through all the steps required to diagnose and make repairs. He did not try to charge me for things I did not need, and he listened intently when I explained the sequence of operation leading up to my AC failure. Fair warning, during my visit I was a little worried Brad would not be able to get to my vehicle right away because he is currently only a two man show and has recently taken on a large fleet of vehicles, 300+ for a contractor that performs traffic control systems throughout Florida. Regardless, he was able to make same day repairs to get me back in business again, which I really appreciate; thank you Brad! All-in-all, I highly recommend giving Green's Auto & Marine an opportunity for your business if you are in the need for auto repairs. Brad and his team are honest, hardworking, and truly care about helping the customer, we will be back!

He also can do oil changes tire rotation and he can fix and plug tires if you get a nail in your tire. He is kind and super honest but he is busy very busy. He works very hard And takes extra time with your car to make sure he gets it right the first time.!!

I was feeling a slight vibration on my steering wheel upon braking and since I was due for an oil change (Amsoil) I took my car in to have J. D. Runner check it out. He and his technician, Bryan Chardello quickly determined that I needed new front brakes. J.D. gave me a transparent upfront quote and as usual, didn't try to upsell me on parts I didn't need. But I want to make an exception here and point something out: These people absolutely own me. I've brought my cars to them for a while, but most recently I brought in a small Class B motorhome that my wife and I were about to take on a 15,000-mile road trip. I was getting a hot coolant smell under the hood--like maple syrup--and wanted to make sure it wasn't going to become a problem on the road. Bobby, the mechanic, did a two-hour leak-down test that didn't show anything conclusive. He asked me to put a few hundred miles on it and bring it back in two weeks. They declined to charge me for the visit. When I came back, Bobby ran another leak-down test, and this time tightened three hose clamps. Then the amazing part happened: Bobby and William (behind the counter) conferred and agreed--again--that there should be no charge. Who the hell says "no charge" in 2025? The point isn't that they work for free--it's that Larry, the owner, has put together a team of deeply knowledgeable professionals who act with integrity. They're not being squeezed by corporate overlords or pressured into shady upselling. They prefer to work with other professionals, and it shows. Service like that is worth going out of your way for.
