This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought 6 slices of cheesecake and the cashier threw them in a box meant for at least a dozen donuts, so the box could barely hold everything and was flopping all over. Right before the birthday party I got the cakes for, I went to take out the cake slices and the box completely collapsed and everything fell everywhere. I called and after being put on hold was told I could bring in the cake that HAD FALLEN ON THE FLOOR and "exchange" it for new ones if they had any left. Everyone going to the party had immediately started cleaning everything up and had already thrown the remnants away and were cleaning up the giant mess. Apparently I was meant to save cake from the floor and bring it back into a food establishment in the middle of a party. I told the manager on the phone that they had already been thrown away (because why would we keep cake off the floor) and I was put on hold again for ages. When someone finally picked the phone back up I was told that if I brought my receipt in they would replace my order for 50% off. What an absolute joke. Do not recommend. read more

Walked in looking for a birthday cake for my wife and there was a 3 layer buttercream chocolate cake that they put a customized message on. How did this place get such good reviews? The desserts and dry and flavorless. The ingredients seem cheap and not well thought out. Everything left a strange aftertaste, like the kind you get with mcdonalds french fries using cheap oil. Picked up a variety of delicious pastries (cinnamon rolls, donuts and cookies) and all were so fresh and tasty. My youngest will not stop going on about how much he loves the smiley face cookie and he thinks everyone should have one as it is the best cookie he has ever had. I have been going to this bakery for about a year now because my elderly uncle loves their apple pie. I recently ordered one on 6/13 on the phone for pick up. When I received my credit card bill I was charged on the 13th and the 15th. When I called so they could correct this they were very rude and said I was lying and ordered two pies on two different days. This absolutely did not happen. I do not even eat sweets and my uncle lives 45 minutes away and I certainly did not see him twice in a week. DO NOT give them your credit card information and I will never go there again. read more

Stopped in here on a whim and I'm glad I did! I got an eclair, pumpkin chocolate chip scone, and key lime oat bar. The eclair was really full of cream and delicious and the scone was great and not too dry even after a day. I didn't get to have the key lime bar myself, but my husband thought it was great. Total home run on all counts. Not only were they able to accommodate me and bake a fresh, whole cheesecake ready the next morning, it was amazing! (I don't know if they will always be able to do this since I have a feeling they are going to be quite busy and quite successful!) Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the donuts I grabbed were also very good! When I picked up the cake they mentioned how good the crust was and they were not kidding. This is probably the best cheesecake I have had in my life. Sumptuous brown butter crust, the cake itself was light and fluffy, yet creamy and no lumps. And even the top was a perfect golden brown with no cracks or blemishes. A true work of art. I think this is also a woman owned/run business and I am always looking to support small businesses that are woman or minority owned. They have a wide variety of pastries (both savory and sweet) and cookies. I also overheard they might be looking to get into bread. Small bakery where just about everything has to be special ordered. The cup cakes we ordered were excellent, however.

Called to order a cake the gentleman that answered the phone took my order and said some one will call me to go over the design. Asked me to email it to them..I sent it over right away! I waited never received a call. I phoned the bakery on Friday my order was scheduled for pick up on Sunday. Mind you this was an important event both of my grandchildren's birthdays. My conversation with the Manager.. was not productive! Blame seemed to be the most important thing on her agenda. She said they emailed me.. I looked it wasn't in my regular email location. She then said did you look in your spam? I never have had a business think that's appropriate, or an excuse to not follow up on an order. She was talking over me! I then said maybe I should call another bakery and she said yes you should. The whole conversation made me feel very uncomfortable..
