This. Is. It. If you want Mexican food, hop in your car and drive whatever distance needed to get to Fiesta Habañero. It's hard to call it a restaurant as there's no inside seating. I'd call it more of a taco stand. And frankly, some of the best Mexican I've encountered comes from places like this, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised with how delicious the food was. I saw a couple people eating out front in there respective cars, and now I understand why: the food was too tasty to make it home. Fantastic tacos, worth the long drive to Quaker town! It's just a window and picnic table

Passed by this quaint, family-run walk-up kitchen during an evening walk. The girl who took my order was incredibly polite and patient, as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Their menu is extensive, but by no means overwhelming--I eventually settled on one beef and one chicken empanada, to take home. The empanadas--which appeared to be made fresh, rather than purveyed from a bulk frozen food supplier--took about five minutes to deep fry, and came to me wrapped in restaurant aluminum foil with a good handful of paper napkins. These were simply a quick, end-of-day snack, and I was anticipating a deliciously quick few bites when I arrived home from my walk. Unwrapping each empanada revealed a dark golden crust, filled with a slim serving of what appeared to be an 80/20 beef crumble, and pulled chicken. The dough was sweet and crispy, and the proteins ample enough for a good-sized snack (or a light lunch), with a modicum of seasoning perhaps reflecting the more modest tastes of the area's populace (which is not known for its indulgence in "spicy" food, other than when eating hot Buffalo wings). Overall, a delightful snack from a local, family-owned-and-operated eatery, which 100% "hits the spot" if one has a hankering for a meal a few steps beyond the typical fast food offerings found elsewhere in town. read more

Everything here is good and relatively inexpensive. Not going to be super fancy but will be good. Have had a few different things: fajitas, tacos, tostadas, and they were all good. The servings are not huge like traditional Mexican restaurants but they make up for it with the taste and freshness. Has anyone ever wanted cheese whiz on their nachos? Because that's how they serve them. They were horrible. Ordered a large amount of food for Cinco De Mayo. Took a few calls to get through and the wait time was longer than normal. Went to pick up the food and although I had to wait a little longer our food was hot and fresh when we got it! Everything was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. Great value, The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. This is one of my go to places for a casual lunch or dinner.

There are some Yelpers who will tell you that Casa Toro serves the best burrito in the greater Lehigh Valley area. Others will tell you that honor belongs to Cali Burrito in Allentown or Tulum in Bethlehem. Some long-ago-fried stoner may even tell you that The Green Pepper in Center Valley serves a pretty "lit" burrito. But all those people are uninformed. Fiesta Habanero serves the absolute best burrito in the area--and its not even close. Look, I'm not going to throw around words like "authentic" or "legit," because I'm a white boy from Schnecksville who has never set foot in Mexico. But over the course of my life, I've probably eaten my weight in burritos equal to that of at least one Great Pyramid of Tenochtitlan. It doesn't matter that Fiesta Habanero only has outdoor seating. It doesn't matter that their weathered picnic table benches are to my ass what high school Algebra II was to my brain. (Really, really hard.) It doesn't matter that service can be curt, and sometimes slow. None of this matters because eating a stuffed-to-the-foil, hearty, gooey, meaty, spicy, savory Fiesta Habanero burrito is a damn near spiritual experience. But you have to follow a few rules to achieve this Burrito Epiphany lest you fall short. First off, don't you freakin' order chicken. Everybody I hear ordering a burrito here orders chicken. Stop being boring. Order the beef tongue, which has a tender bite and intriguing richness despite the meat being so lean. Or order the carnitas, which slay Chipotle's feeble attempt. Fiesta Habanero's version comes shot through with a musk of garlic and herbs that I wish they sold in bottles so that I could coat myself in it on nights I'm feeling sensuous. Or, for the love of God, order the chorizo. It's spicy and salty with just the right amount of char. And it's not chicken. Second, insist on the red sauce. I don't know what combination of chilies they use to make this stuff, but I've never tasted anything like it. It's more smoky than spicy, with a backbone at least twice as strong as Vicente Fox's. The color, a hue of ripe cherries and seduction, looks even sultrier as it caresses your burrito. Third, make sure you reserve at least one bite that is composed of at least 80 percent cheese. This is no cheap shredded cheese we're taking about here (ahem, Cali Burrito). This is straight-up Oaxaca cheese, the Mexican version of string cheese that beats the stuffing out of Polly-O. Heated through, Oaxaca cheese takes on a stretch and chew that elevates the entire handheld meal. I wish I could say I've dabbled in other sections of Fiesta Habanero's menu. I ordered the flautas once, and they were good, but I felt as if I were cheating on the burritos. Also, don't order chicken. Not sure if I mentioned that. read more

I'll preface this review by saying I'm really picky about my Mexican food. Picky because I was born and raised in New Mexico where the question is always "green or red". Chile that is. And Mexican food is a bit different in the southwest than it is in Mexico. Lets call it border food. I've been to Fiesta Habanero's twice now and both times were great. The tacos carnitas are perfect and served with a green sauce that is amazing. Exactly what I'd find in the Southwest. A friend had the chicken tacos and those were served with a red sauce that was also very good. The Macho Nachos were yummy and the chips were super fresh. I can't wait to try some more of the menu items. I live within walking distance and you can bet I'll be visiting often. read more

Came here for the first time tonight and it was delicious! From what I could see from the window the kitchen looks super clean. I had 3 beef tacos Mexican style with fresh cilantro, onion and lime. So good! I think the tortillas are even homemade, they tasted like it! I also got a side of rice and beans and both were delicious. My boyfriend got the steak fajita and the steak was very flavorful, but there were a few big chunks of fat on the plate as well that were inedible. Overall, very good food, decent prices. It's as authentic as it comes! I've eaten at many Mexican eateries over the years, and this place is one of the bests.

The food here is authentic but you get very little for what you pay. The girl at the window screwed our order up, overcharged us like 4$, and then argued with me when I tried to point out something was wrong, and we got no receipt. They have a couple picnic tables to sit on. I would imagine if they get busy you will have to stand with your food somewhere--which sucks--or take it to go. All in all we ordered 2 tamales, 2 chix tacos, a platter with extra beans, liter soda, 16 oz soda and we were (over) charged $34. A Really frickin expensive when you consider its mostly rice and beans, with very little meat. The tamales obviously have no meat.. One of the things we ordered was a platter, with the skirt steak and extra beans. They socked us like $4 for the extra refried beans. ouch. Frankly I think it was overpriced for what you got.. a pile of rice, beans and about 4 oz of meat or so.. Anyway the sole bright spot here is that the food is authentic. I was not impressed with anything I had, and the service absolutely was horrible. We did not get a receipt and had to argue as to what we originally ordered--the girl appeared to have charged us for 2 tacos and then forgot and only gave us 1, yet charged us for 2-- and then she was very slow to understand how she screwed up until I pulled out my ipod calculator and went through everything we ordered and finally, we got $4 back plus our missing taco. I frequent two restaurants and this is one of them. They pay attention to what you order, and nothing has ever been wrong, even with weird requests. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the food is great. Spicy pork tacos are my personal favorite. Their verde salsa is the best, the red is a smokey flavor. Great simple place to grab a bite. I've had the chorizo burrito and quesadillas, and both were good. The burrito isn't like Tijuana Tacos, nor is it like Chipotle, but it's good. The quesadilla was cheesy and yummy, just wish they had a bit more pico and sour creme to go with it, but other wise great. Get a lime or grapefruit jaritos soda to go with your order. I'm an implant to this area (from Utah) and these tacos are authentic. Get napkins and green sauce aka salsa verde sauce for your tacos.
