Each time anyone wanted to order anything, she had to go back to the bar to get her order book. I watched her make 5 separate trips to deliver food to the table next to ours when any normal waitress would have done it in 2 trips. After we finished eating, it took another 20 minutes to pay the bill and get out. Be aware that the tip was included on the bill. The restaurant is not in a great part of town, but I did not feel unsafe. My wife was a bit uneasy walking back to the car. Despite the service, I will likely go back because the food was so good.
