I placed the order at the restaurant & my food was ready in about 15 minutes. 2. Does it travel well? - Yes! I was a little wary about transporting the consommé, but the staff at Orale double bagged it. There was no leakage. 3. Does it reheat well? - Inconclusive! I didn't need to reheat anything this time. The food was still warm by the time I got home & I finished it all in one sitting. 4. Is it still visually pleasing, even squished into a container? - Yes! The birria tacos were still a sight to behold. They somehow still "plated" them beautifully in a styrofoam container. Brava! 5. Is the portion size comparable to the dine-in size? - Yes! I could spot no difference between the takeout portion & the dine-in portion. Two birria tacos with a side of consommé was the perfect portion size for me for dinner.
