I had never tried Detroit style pizza before.... Until I tried this place. Yes it does cost a bit more, but it is delicious. The pizza sauce is fresh and not at all fake-the toppings are fresh, and the ranch has dill in it, almost like tartar sauce! Very fresh, and large portions make it very good-it would almost be advisable to split it with somebody. The staff are very sweet and caring and the service is very good. It's a converted industrial spot, so it's not a super fancy place, but it is very good when it comes to the pizza. Give this pizza a try.

I was able to pick up pizza the very first Friday they opened! And, then I got 2 different pizzas later on this fall, and they are spectacular! The crust is ideal, very substantial and satisfying. I also love the topping choices- recently I tried the BBQ TOFU and that was a fun treat- cuz not many pizza places around Eugene offer BBQ Tofu as a topping, so it was nice to have non-traditional toppings and they were curated really well.

Amazing Detroit style pizza with a twist. Very fresh! Light and crispy crust. Delicious! And love the staff. Excellent addition to West Eugene!

Fittis Pizza is an absolute must-visit if you're anywhere near Eugene. This place doesn't just make pizza, they perfect it. The crust is that ideal mix of crispy and chewy, the sauce is rich and full of flavor, and the toppings taste fresh and thoughtfully chosen. Every slice feels like it was made with real intention, not just thrown together. And then there are the cinnamon pull-aparts... honestly, they deserve their own spotlight. Warm, soft, and coated in that sweet cinnamon goodness, they come out gooey and irresistible with just the right golden edges. It's the kind of dessert that makes you pause mid-bite and go, "okay, wow." You'll order them to share, but immediately regret that decision. Between the standout pizzas and those dangerously good cinnamon pull-aparts, Fittis has nailed both savory and sweet. Easily one of the best food spots in Eugene and the kind of place you'll keep coming back to.

Stopped by to try the garlic cheese bread. The bread was so delish; hot, fresh and greasy in just the right way. Will return to try the pizza.

The best red sauce on the pepperoni.

Within minutes of choosing a table our freshly prepared salad was already there. A few minutes later our pizzas were delivered. There are a lot of great breweries in Eugene and this is one of them. I took the bartenders suggestion and it was really good. Many options in Eugene and this one should be on your list.

However, the crust was way too thin toward the middle of the pizza to even hold the toppings. It just flopped over. It was maybe a mm thick?? Toward the outer half of the circle, the dough was good consistency and quite delicious. The arugula salad was nice. With some orange slices and lots of cubes of beets, pickled red onions and sunflower seeds. Too much oil in the lemon vinaigrette IMO since it all tasted a bit oily. The beers were excellent. Service good (order at counter and they will bring it to you). Parking in the neighborhood, a bit sketchy.

I was enticed by the pictures of fresh salads and wood fired pizzas. We ended up getting a few pizzas, a couple different pastas. They were all so flavorful (not salty) the texture of the gnocchi was so soft and absorbed the flavorful sauce. We were all blown away. We used QR to order, and were advised to order in waves. Drinks first. Everything came out promptly, even though the restaurant was pretty full. The last few days we ate at some incredible restaurants. Cold Springs Tavern in Santa Barbara, Nepenthe in Big Sur, then we come to Osteria DOP and all agreed the food here was unmatched. The best. For driving many hours, I liked that the atmosphere was casual, but it still looked modern and nice.

The pasta was a nice al dente and had a good coat of sauce. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, the food came relatively quickly! The restaurant has limited tables, so expect a wait! There are also bar seats and seats that face a wall. There are QR codes at tables to scan and place your order, and the waiters that bring/bus food were super friendly. All and all, Osteria DOP was a great experience! I will be back to try out more items from their menu.

Because it was a 12 inch...and because of the oven the pizza came out perfectly. It was midmorning, so the place wasn't packed yet, and I needed a bite before I got on the road. I wanted some light pizza in this place made an exceptional sausage pizza with olives and onions called the Brooklyn. I requested fresh basil to be added. Kyle offered me a glass of water while I waited and then told me about their happy hour which goes from 2 to 5 and four of the pizzas are discounted and the beer on top is also reduced in price. Briefly stepped out into the parking lot for a minute and a stranger stopped and offered me a beautiful single rose. It was a lovely surprise and made my crazy morning easier. When I went inside a really delicious hot pizza -- made with the thin crust I like -- was ready for me to take with me.
