This is a family staple we use it for special occasions, dates nights and more. We love the food, the atmosphere is romantic yet perfect for family too. We have been for very special occasions like Christmas and Valentines Day and the extra specials like live music and having Mr and Mrs Claud at Christmas have been so memorable. Victor the Chef originally from Puerto Rico is a very dinamic, well-known restaurateur in Central Florida. The food and the ambience is excellent for a romantic evening with great service and good wines. The location is perfect with plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. This was our first visit to Fig's Prime. We ordered from the Magical Dining menu and found everything to be absolutely amazing. The goat cheese appetizer was small, but very good. My wife got a medium rare filet and it was cooked perfectly. I had the shrimp and scallops and they were equally delicious. The included grits were some of the best I have ever tasted. Our server, Chris, did a fantastic job with suggestions, info, and keeping the dinner flowing. Overall the meal was impressive and we will definitely return. read more

The food was good, no issue there. They advertise a happy hour but that is misleading. It is only at the bar and the server will only give you happy hour prices on the first round. Our waitress Lori was very rude about it and made insulting comments regarding the happy hour drinks, and would not get us drinks, since I went to the bar first. read more

Beware when you make plans to come here, apparently they only take reservations and no walk-ins. Otherwise you'll have to sit at the bar like we did tonight. We did the magical dining menu with: cesar salad, filet mignon, tiramisu and the chocolate torte. Cesar salad for both of us was tasty, the dressing wasn't skimping and the cheese shavings were a nice touch. I ordered my filet medium well but it was more like well done. It was still pretty tender but no pink in the center, also could have used more seasoning. Came with mashed potatoes (skin was visible, potatoes were smooth and kinda sweet almost) and steamed veggies. For dessert the tiramisu was very light in texture and flavor was nice but not too overbearing. However the torte was almost like a solid slab of chocolate so if you're a chocolate fan, this is for you. Otherwise it was very sweet. Interior was dimly lit and smaller than expected, so the reservations required made sense. read more

If you have never been there, DONT go without reading the reviews. I went there on a recommendation. I got there it was warm(that should have been my Q to leave. They(the owner/manager, 2 others) came and apologized for the warmth-problem with smoke). I ordered the summer prix menu, bruschetta, salad, pork tenderloin(medallions), the sides, lumpy smashed potatoes a veggie medley and bread pudding. The pork was somewhat tasty, the salad was lettuce thrown on the plate with a few sunflower seeds and a few Crain raisins and a terrible vinaigrette dressing, the veggies were tasteless and the bread pudding left something to be desired. Most of all, no one offered any type of compensation at least for the discomfort, the warmth. I sweated and fanned until told the server to package up the pork and I left. Needless to say, I will NOT return again nor will I recommend this restaurant. I have already told everyone I know, do NOT GO to Fig's prime. This is hands-down one of my favorite restaurants in Seminole County. We've had probably everything on the menu at this point, but their burgers are what I always recommend. Danielle behind the bar makes the best martinis in town, and their happy hour can't be beat. Definitely worth driving for! read more

I was really mad at myself that I did not know this place was here. It was recommended by a coworker and after her review I knew we had to go. Everything was simply amazing. The service went along with the food. Everything exceeded our expectations. When it comes to steaks I'm very particular and the second that I had the first bite I knew my ribeye was perfect. We also got the special of the night which was the Seabass and it was perfectly cooked. Overall this restaurant is an amazing experience and after the night we had, we decided this will become a routine spot. The owner and chef stop by to say just to say hi and it was nice to see them still being able to go by Covid regulations and provide an amazing experience at the same time. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 7 year anniversary of being together and we decided to go to Fig's which has always been one of our favorite restaurants in the past. He ordered the filet with the lobster and I ordered a chicken dish. Both the filet and the chicken were extremely salty. and by the way...I love salt. I generally add salt to my meal. So happy that I just didn't add salt to the meal or ask for a salt shaker since there were none on the table...maybe they knew. LOL! We spent over $250 between the 2 meals, the bottle of wine and our drinks at the bar. What a disappointment!!! We did tell the waitress and she did apologize but nothing from the chef, not a discount, not a coupon on a future meal. Needless to say....we won't be back for sometime to this restaurant! read more
