He asked about my previous barber, and I explained that my barber is generally good with hair. Since this shop has good ratings, I decided to try it, expecting a high-quality hair and beard cut. Unfortunately, the result was far from that. One side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other, my head was covered with cut hair, there were uneven cuts around the ear level, and the beard trim was extremely basic, something I already do myself at home. I was charged $55 for this. Because the cut looked so bad, I had to go to my regular barber afterward and pay another $30 just to fix it. In total, a simple hair and beard cut cost me $85, which was very frustrating. I do not recommend this barber and will not be returning.

Alex has been such a great barber and she always tries her best to make sure he cut is exactly what he ask for. She even suggest that it might not look exactly like the photos because they hair thickness and style of the person in the photo is not the same. No matter what my boyfriend ask for, Alex always tries her best to make it happen. I also love that, if I don't go with him to his appointments, Alex always ask where I am.
