He asked about my previous barber, and I explained that my barber is generally good with hair. Since this shop has good ratings, I decided to try it, expecting a high-quality hair and beard cut. Unfortunately, the result was far from that. One side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other, my head was covered with cut hair, there were uneven cuts around the ear level, and the beard trim was extremely basic, something I already do myself at home. I was charged $55 for this. Because the cut looked so bad, I had to go to my regular barber afterward and pay another $30 just to fix it. In total, a simple hair and beard cut cost me $85, which was very frustrating. I do not recommend this barber and will not be returning.

BARBER Honestly, it does take awhile to find your "go-to" barber, had to trial and error a few places once I moved to Concord (used to reside around Union City to San Jose Area and Vallejo). Jaydakris has a fine eye to detail, and always makes sure that you leave looking nice and fresh! Additionally, he would also give his opinions and suggestions for your cuts just in case you want to change it up, if you decide to go with it, he will not disappoint! When I come here, I did get acknowledged that I was here for a hair cut, so I do give points for that! BARBERSHOP Location is in the corner of a plaza within Concord, can't miss it, lots of parking. When he heard what happened, he informed me that he would do his best to get back to me within 40 minutes. Shortly after, he called back to let us know they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment (which we are grateful for!) Alex was so kind and patient with my 5 year old. Throughout the process, she took her time and gave him tiny breaks when needed while also making sure I liked how it was turning out. She was able to keep the hair that he had left, so he's not bald. The end result exceeded my expectations & my son is happy with his new haircut. Based on prior reviews I chose Los Barberos. They were able to get me in right away. 1st impression is clean, friendly and a great atmosphere.
