My friends and I walked into this brewery as a party of 8 but needed a table to accommodate 10 and we were seated within 5 mins of our request. We were promptly attended to by our server, Brittany. She made our separate tabs with ease and saved me from walking 3 blocks to an ATM for cash. I was unable to make up my mind on the menu and asked her for the most popular dish. I ordered the fish and chips.. not disappointed in her choice at all. Others in my party got the: Jackson burger, French Dip, pb n jam burger, Chicken and Waffles, and Eggs Benedict. Complaints? My friend would have liked more hollandaise as she found it just a bit dry. The sour tropical cider was just "too medicine tasting", against the other flavors of the sour flight. No check in on how the food was after it was served. The stand out? The PB and J burger was an absolute knock out of the park. Onion rings are house dipped and the side sauces are house made, with finesse. The peach cider was tantalizing to the taste buds. The environment was clean and welcoming. This place is a great spot for sports, beer, cheer and food. You can ask for small tasters if you are undecided on a flavor of beer and servers are willing to recommend popular choices off the menu if you just can't pinpoint what you want. My personal tip? If you're only drinking water, ask for a small pitcher for refills. To our server, you're so sweet but keep an extra eye on when plates are done for clearing and if runners are getting your food out, have them check in with you so you can do follow up with your customers before they are done eating. Five stars for the enormous variety of excellent beer. Reportedly, they're all(?) brewed on site by one fellow. How they can maintain inventory on a few dozen different microbrews -- let alone managed by a sole person -- is beyond me. Four stars for the solid pub food. We dropped in twice in the span of a week for a post-gym Cobb salad large enough to share between two. We also sampled a side of tots and the wings appetizer. Tots were as expected -- I routinely reproduce something similar with Whole Foods tots chucked in my air fryer. The wings were enormous and juicy, but the buffalo sauce didn't quite hit the mark for me. Admittedly, I'm a bit of a wing snob, so no marks off here. Three stars for the service. Each of the servers that took care of us was exceedingly sweet and friendly. Execution left something to be desired. During our first visit, our server proactively offered us several conveniences that never materialized (e.g., splitting our salad for us, or fetching some mayo as we requested). After a single visit, our knowledge of their beer selection apparently exceeded our second server's. All told, Final Draft is a pretty great find just for the brews. I visited final draft for the first time recently while out with a work group. We all agreed that it looked perfect: good looking food, large menu, lots of beer! The service was excellent and we were treated great with lots of smiles and friendly accommodations. The building is really cool and the bar area is nice. The food looks so very good. I had the brisket burger and it was huge and juicy. I ordered medium rare and it arrive well done. The brisket is smothered in a lot of sweet bbq sauce and I found it to be a little too rich for my taste. The salad that came with it was ok but nothing more than ordinary. I didn't finish the salad either. The beer selection is extensive - ok it's huge. There were so many beers on tap that I immediately wondered why - it looked like overkill. I had the west coast and the hazy IPAs and found them to be just ok. Others in our group thought the beer was pretty good but not amazing. I would try this place again, for sure, and would look to find something a little less rich on the menu. read more

Beer was yummy, we had: ay Chihuahua a little bitter finish but good, Carnegie kolsch good, blackberry and blood orange both very flavorful. We opted to sit outside, and since it was a warm day there were definitely some flies out there, but overall very pleasant. I got a light pilsner-type beer (forget the name) with my fish tacos and the hubby got a red ale with his peach and beet salad. Everything was great; my tacos were enormous and really tasty, and the salad too, was very well done. We were more impressed with the food than beer here, but the beers were fine. First of all... how the faaack are you serving people beer at a brewery, but you don't drink beer?! Maybe they were short staffed or something, but why would you have someone behind the counter that doesn't know anything about the taps?! That's just mind boggling to me. But anyways, I got a few tasters and everything that I tried was good. I'm not a huge beer drinker, so when everything that I try tastes good, that's a huge win for me. One of my friends who is local suggested because of the beer.... 100% approve of the IPAs and tater tot's, but otherwise I wouldn't come back. We ordered at 3:37 (check the flight receipt), and we didn't get checked on until we were handed the tab and told "you can order beer or dessert to go if you want".... That was at 4:20. We had gotten our food and finished eating by the time the waitress came to check on us ‍ however there was a table of four guys right diagonal to us that she checked on every 5 minutes or so, and stood there chatting and flirting with. So, service wise, horrible. Regarding the environment: it was cute, but seemed very dark. Otherwise, your typical pub/brewery type. Food was basic, she said the filet mignon salad was the most popular, so that's what I got. It was delicious. I wish there was more steak, but the dressing, crispy onions, and blue cheese was all complimented for sure. My friend got the chicken Caesar wrap and it was giant, but had more croutons than chicken, and the chicken was not spiced enough, so that was disappointing. Kinda hard to give this place even 3 stars, but the beer and the salad I had were good, so gotta compromise with the ratings. Showed up one hour before closing time. Got started with a couple drinks, only 7 dollars each. Quite the deal. Then proceeded to order the bbq brisket burger. It was an excellent burger, beef was juicy. The tater tots were very crunchy. Service was excellent. I was notified last call was coming, so they let me order a beer and keep it in their fridge. My first time at Final draft was disappointing I we there with about 12 guys and for the size of the group we were seated pretty quickly so we were off the a good start the server was absolutely amazing handle all orders properly got all the checks right ,but my salad was the problem the lettuce was welted, the grilled chicken was dry and not very hot the dressing was good but welted lettuce ‍ Chuckee Cheese salad bar is 100 times better. The burgers looked good I had a bite of my Son's and it was good the peanut butter and jelly burger was good. We came here about 4:30pm on a Tuesday after checking into our hotel. My wife did a quick search on Yelp and chose this place. She also commented they have a happy hour weekdays from 4-6 pm. When we arrived it was not too busy but there were several tables seated both inside and out as well as some people at the bar. We asked to be seated outside. The outside seating is covered which we are sure is nice during the hot summer days. We checked out the menu and we each ordered a drink. I chose and IPA which they brew and my wife chose a blueberry cider which our server recommended. We decide to order exclusively from the happy hour menu which is limited but adequate. My wife chose the carne asada street tacos and I chose the chicken street tacos. We also ordered an appetizer of spicy mac and cheese bites to share. Our drinks and appetizers arrived quickly and all looked great. The mac and cheese bites were creamy and delicious and the drinks were refreshing. It was nice to relax and enjoy the spring weather! Overall this Brewery was great Dog friendly, great customer service, delicious brews and food.... Except, it was a hot day and since I was traveling with the dogs of course we expected to sit outside unfortunately we didn't expect the amount of flies to hover over you when you eat. I would suggest small fans, maybe some traps, or enclose the patio with a net. I mean can you imagine trying to eat and every other second you have to wave you hand to ensure a fly doesn't land on your meal?? It was torture! We eat here exclusively every time we come through Redding- at least 4-6 times a year. We are huge fans! The menu has something for everyone- the ahi sandwich is delicious, the salads are always amazing, and even though I've seen complaints about the pretzel bites with beer cheese, we loved them! The beer variety is unparalleled! I love to get a flight and sample several varieties each time I come. My faves- the True Blood (can be purchased in cans, and we always leave with some :), grapefruit, PB porter....the blackberry blonde was awesome too- I actually can't think of any I tried that I didn't enjoy. After a much needed dose of nature at Burney Falls- we rewarded ourselves with some eats and brew from Final Draft! My first impression: I'm loving the industrial look! And the location is huge! We went on a Sunday so they were still serving brunch! I don't recall what time it starts but know that it ends at 4pm. However, my eyes were drawn to their Peanut Butter Jelly Time Burger! YES... a burger with PB&J!!! If you loooove PB and/or PB&J, this burger is a must try. Angus beef, candied bacon and PB&J! What a combo! The PB&J really complemented the angus beef and was not overpowering at all. I wish I took more pics but I couldn't wait to eat! We also ordered their fried artichokes, fried green beans, spicy mac n cheese bites, and dirty fries! Dirty fries?! Mhmmmm. Spiral thick cut fries topped off with some yummy ingredients AND BRISKET!!!! What an appetizer. As for the beer- I ordered their Amplitude Attitude? She wanted to come to final draft because it has outdoor seating. We are not comfortable dining indoors any time soon so outdoor seating is a must. Parking is typically available across the street & a few curbside spots are sometimes available in front of the restaurant as well as bicycle parking.
