I have been going to this nail salon for 4 years now,, Traci is the Best!!

This place was terrible. Overly priced and they cut both my mom and I. I asked if they could do a gel pedicure and that I had gel polish already. They said yes. Even picked my color. Halfway through they say they don't do gel pedicures. Miscommunication there. Paid for my regular pedicure and left. After they chased me to my car to tell me I was undercharged for the callus removal and gel polish removal. $27 total. Too much in my opinion for a strip mall nail shop. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I usually have Trina do my nails but she was booked so I told her anyone could do my nails. That is the last time I will do that. I needed a full pink and white set. I like them short and square. The lady argued with me saying that they wouldn't look right if I got them short. I told her Trina has done that before and they looked just fine. My nails look somewhat OK but she didn't put enough pink powder. So the white part needed to be shorter because it looks long. I told her that I wanted it shorter and she told me it wouldn't look right (again) and I told her that these are my nails..I will look at them every day and they dont look right to me. I also told her I've had them shorter than that before so to make them short. She still didn't do as short as I wanted. Then at one point she hurt me and I said "ouch that hurt" and pulled my hand away she had such a tight grip on my hand that made it hurt even more. I'm unhappy with my nails but there is nothing I can do. When i sat down i also told her that my nails have some spots of nail poloish on them so please take it off. I can see the nailpolish through the pink part of the nail. Needless to say I will have Trina do my nails everytime. read more

I was a satisfied customer for over 2 years as well as a good tipper for my daughter and I. We came in on a busy Friday and expected to wait our turn. Our turn seemed to turn into over 1 1/2 hours while we watched new arriving customers being seen before us. We figured they could have had appointments. We waited until we realized not that many of them could have had appointments and left. A year later I decided to give it another try and showed up right after they opened up. These ladies did it to me again. I was the 4th customer and 9 girls showed up to work and I am waiting. Unbelievable! read more

I've been going to this salon for nails/toes for a long time!!! But recently I've been very displeased. Showed up at opening time and the employees weren't there. I waited for 15 min for someone to show up. Then waited a little longer to get helped. Did my manicure at a separate time than my pedicure so I was there for a long time, no big deal. The big deal was old nail polish left on my toes, and dirt underneath. My nails weren't fully painted, missing corners and up by my cuticles. Wasn't happy with the quality at all. I visited the salon because I had a problem with an in-grown toe nail. I visited a friend who lives nearby, she told me about the salon and said that I should have one of the techs give me a pedicure so they can solve my in-grown nail problem. I've never visited a salon, let alone for a pedicure, thought it was a woman thing, but I was surprised that there were a couple of guys sitting in a chair having their feet in a bath or spa (sorry I don't know the proper terminology). I was served immediately with warm smiles, the nail tech was nice but focused on her work, after all I didn't want to be chit-chatting while she was working on cutting my in-grown nail!. The nail tech soaked my feet in the spa, which felt pretty good, to tell the truth it was a relief not to have the in-grown toe nail. I felt at ease sitting in the chair watching the television on the wall and relaxing in the chair. The process took around 20-30 minutes including the in-grown toe nail trim and pedicure. The salon was busy but the staff was attentive and the shop was clean. I hope I don't get another in-grown nail but if I do I will be definitely be coming back. read more

Today went to get a pedicure they did a really bad job on it. Went back to have it fix the right way the girl that fix it she was so rude treat us badly. The customer service they have it sucks we never going to come back again. We are unhappy with their service. Going tell my friends about the place never to come here. They treat u badly. I've been going to Final Touch after driving to LaVerne every six weeks. Moved to Riverside and found Final Touch, Been going there ever since. I want to give Kodos to the Manager, Trina who has taken care of me for over two years. Out of respect I also call for an appointment as they are very busy. I want to thank her for making me feel beautiful...Hot towels and so much more, I'v been going to a Foot Dr. for several years and recently she remarked about how health my feel look and praised TRINA.. Never coming here again. I got a pedicure that the lady told me was for 17$ and I gave her a two dollar tip. She asked me if the tip was for 2$ to make sure and I said yes. She changed the total to 18$ and charged 2$ for the tip she basically got a 3$ tip without my permission. Not cool. read more

Tiffany does an excellent job on my gel manicure. She is also very courteous and friendly.

The ladies were nice and very calm with the process but the nail paint didn't come out even.

I brought my sister here for the first time because she's from out of state on their board it says a fill in will be 15 dollars she gets to the chair and they start and say it'll be 18 dollars cause it's long. On the board it does not say anything about the size or the length of the nail and how it'll cost more. Not only that but fill and gel is equivalent to the same price your paying for a full set which is $28 dollars here. The prices are out of this world and they suck at saying how much it really will cost half way thru them doing it. If I had the choice to give them a 1 Star I would read more

I was at this Nail Salon this passed Saturday and as usual there was a line because they do not have enough staff, anyway I was getting my pedicure when a young lady and her daughter came in and added their name on the waiting list, right after they came in a lady got there and was told to put her name on the list as well, she stated she was going to come back in a bit and left. I was about to leave when they called up that lady for her pedicure, the young lady then got up and told Trina and Kathy that her and her daughter had gotten there first. Long story short Trina which I believe is the owner of the place took the lady anyway and the young lady walked out with her daughter. I was upset for her, I could not believe what had happened! I tried to go out and offer to pay for their pedicures elsewhere because I felt so bad for them but they were gone. Don't get me wrong they have always done amazing work. But honestly all that goes out the door once they start to disrespect their customers. I walked in at 6:29 & they all look up at me as if they're telling me go away with their eyes, and one lady rudely tells me we're done for the day. I got there as soon as I possibly could have and figured they have so many nail ladies they would want the extra business but I was soooo wrong. Im really upset.. after a day of walking i fugured i was due for my pedi. Against my better judgement i decided to do it here. I had come several times they never have what i ask for in color and alway give excuse when i ask for additional things. I pay extra for the additional things i want. She litrerally cut into my skin. I tried to suggeat that it hurt by pulling my fot away then i told her please be gentle. It turns put she doeant speak english. Great for me finally she poked me with her instrument i just couldnt take the pain i litteraly got up and left. read more

This really doesn't deserve any stars.. So this is my second time coming to this salon and both times I received NO SERVICE whatsoever. The first time I came, I asked how much the full set was and then proceeded to pick my color, however, once I went to get polish, she came up to me and pointed at the door indicating that I had to leave.. The second time I went, they asked if I could wait a few minutes and I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before I left. A lady was actually finished doing someone nails and just sat down and read a magazine and that's when I got fed up. I RECOMMEND NOBODY TO GO HERE. read more

I have been here a few times before not too bad. But I have been here for two and a half hours for a simple mani-pedi and eyebrow wax. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and had a forty five minute wait to be seated then had to wait another 20 minutes to get my manicure and I am still currently waiting for my eyebrow wax going on 35 minutes now. I will stick to the salon at the mall they're quick and have way better customer service. read more

I have been coming here for years. Last pedicure was a whole different story. I witnessed the nail technician simply rinse off tools she had used on a previous customer and then get ready for my pedi. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. After that, I realized, I haven't really seen them grab tools from the "CLEAN TOOL" box for my pedicure. I cringe at the thought. Anyway, we made a comment to one of the owners and she told the tech. The tech simply got up, and scrubbed them with water and a brush that was just sitting by the sink. No soap. No disinfectant of any kind. No NEW tools. And God only knows where that brush had been used in the past. =[ If you want cleanliness, you may want to reconsider this place. read more

Rude service, the wait is about an hour long and they don't do a great job. Forget it, not worth the waiting.

I went to Final Touch nail salon today off of Limonite and Camino Real. I was getting my nails done and the lady was being very rough and was hurting me. I asked her multiple times if she could be softer and not so rough, she didn't listen at all. I was very nice to this lady and NEVER got rude with her. I went in willing to pay full price. The lady never asked me how short I want my nails. I had no idea what order they do this stuff in, and when they are supposed to cut them. Every time I go they ask me how short I want them. This time they did not. My nails were bumpy and the acrylic was coming off the ends when she asked what color I wanted, I asked her if she could cut them down. When I asked she got very rude with me. When I asked she rolled her eyes, slammed what she had in her hand into the cart, and then slammed her cart backwards into the wall. I told her that she was being very rude. She proceeded to yell at me while she trimmed my nails very roughly. She cut one of the nails COMPLETELY diagonal. I never once got rude with her. I asked her if she could fix it, she yelled at me and told me it was fine. Everyone in the store was looking at us because she was causing a scene. She then asked me to pay and I told her that I would pay but I was not going to pay full price because of how rude and disrespectful she was being. She jumped up and started screaming at me, she ran over and locked the door and would not let us out. Thank you for reading, I hope that everyone will see how awful of a place this is and will not continue to give this place business. Deserves absolutely no stars. read more
