When I got there, first the office lady said the chip wasn't repairable so asked for the owner to come check. He said it was definitely repairable and will look great. They even spotted a couple dents in the window frame (from where a crowbar was used to try and break our window probably) and tried to hammer them out. Got a quick response and an extremely reasonable quote, and was able to schedule a technician to come out to us first thing in the morning. I'm not sure if they set up the repair with one of their own technicians or with another local auto repair shop (westside can be a bit of a stretch from van nuys) but the technician who came to fix the window did a very thorough, careful job shaking out all of the many shards of glass caught inside the car and putting in the new window. The whole thing took about an hour and by the time he was done, the car looked good as new!

I messaged the top 3 auto glass repair businesses near my area, all 3 had 5 star ratings and out of…read morethe 3, only two were very responsive to my inquiries even though it took me a month to respond back to their replies. All 3 were also close in pricing, but the main reason why I went with Mosaic is because they had more hundreds more reviews than the two that I got pricing on. It only made sense for me to go with a reputable/established business for a little more cost than to maybe regret going with a cheaper offer from a newer business. Brandon was also accommodating and even responded back to me when his business was technically closed on Easter Sunday. Hopefully I don't have more windshields to fix, but if I do, I will surely reach out to Mosaic Auto Glass again.
