I initially hired Gerber to tune-up all my existing pavers, add a new paver driveway, and add some new path lighting. Adding the new driveway was somewhat of a challenge as the adjacent paver sidewalks were initially constructed over 10 years ago. So, Gerber was able to find a great match to my existing pavers and masterfully piece the new driveway together in such a fashion where old and new appear seamless. Amazing!!! During the process, we learned that his team also offered landscaping. So as the hardscaping and lighting was coming to an end, his team met with us for a design consultation. Both Kathy and Katherine brought some great experience/knowledge to assess our current situation and offered wonderful ideas to the overall design. I found Concrete Solution based on some people raving about their work from a facebook group. I had this company, as well as two others, come out to give me a quote for doing lots of work including a patio in my back yard, a new walkway, repairing damaged/sinking area in my driveway, a large pad for a fire pit, and a large pad for a future gazebo/shelter. Out of the three contractors, Concrete Solution seemed to stand out with their price as well as competency. Nerli, the owner, was a pleasure to work with right off the bat and welcomed the challenge of working for a home inspector. They did great work and overall I am very happy with how everything turned out. There were a few audibles along the way, which can be expected with any large project, but they handled them well. They also were very responsive to my requests whether it be from minor changes to asking them to wait a full 28 days for the concrete to cure before coming back to seal it (this is best but most homeowners want the project done fast and don't want to wait that long). Nerli and his team worked hard and did an excellent job - the colors turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted. The stamps look nice and the quality of the pour was great. I will definitely be using them again as needed and will be referring them to any of my friends/family/neighbors who want to get stamped concrete (or any concrete work for that matter) done. Several masonry companies had quoted me ridiculous prices and insisted that the veneer stone would have to be replaced. Mr. Avelar came out to quote the job and was positive that he could get off the efflorescence and would also repair the flagstone. He also quoted me less than half of what the other masonry companies quoted me. He did the job efficiently and in under two days. He removed the efflorescence completely, thereby avoiding the extra cost of replacing the veneer. I highly recommend Avellan Masonry LLC for any stonework that you require.

Several of them did it the second they began the job. The owner doesn't care and will turn it around to make you look like the problem. However, know that you'll be paying a premium price for a company and project crew that couldn't care less about disrespecting you or your property. Just an honest review.
