Foreign Auto Solutions is the worst place to bring your car for repairs! Their prices are through…read morethe roof (the highest in the area), and what's more, they refused to diagnose the engine light in my car. These are the basics, right? The shop has flatly refused to diagnose the engine light in my VW Beetle. Their sales pitch about using "the best oil" is no more than a full synthetic compatible with your car. Any shop will do this. What's more, Foreign Auto Solutions doesn't care about their customers other than getting paid. They don't clean up their parking lot nor do they salt it. Right smack in the middle of the winter, I slipped and fell on the black ice in the parking lot, and a kind bystander helped me back to my feet. Bystander, and not one of the shop workers. I walked inside and grabbed a piece of a paper towel to stop bleeding in my hands. I was actually lucky to even find a piece of paper towel; it was almost used up and not refilled. This was the last time that I visited this shop. Never again, and don't recommend it to anyone. Enough said.

I limped my car into the shop and asked if they had any spares. He quickly went out to inspect the damage and went through his inventory seeing if he had a replacement. Unfortunately my car had a weird size that wasn't easily found, but he did have one brand new. However I didn't have much money on me to pay for a brand new tire (which was a reasonable price) but he ended working with me and found a gently used tire that was very near my normal size and way less price. All in all I stopped her by random chance and I plan to be coming her for my needs in the future. He's very honest and doesn't play games or overcharge anyone. I listened to him talk to other people on the phone while waiting for my car to be finished and was really impressed with how he handles all his customers. Highly recommended.
