Best dry cleaning experience I've ever had! I was looking for a place that can properly clean Canada Goose jackets when I stumbled upon this family owned business. I have heard horror stories of how people have had their jackets ruined because they went to a place that claimed to be able to clean it. I didn't want to go through the same experience since those jackets aren't cheap. I'm so glad I found this place! The prices were fair, the owner and his wife communicated promptly w/ me if there were any issues or delays in the promise time, and most importantly, all of the items I sent to get dry cleaned came back to me undamaged! The customer service and the type of care they provided will definitely have me going back! I highly recommend this place and wish I could give more than five stars! read more

I moved into the neighborhood a few months ago n had tried couple of other places nearby. Laundry service at other places were k but when i dry cleaned my expensive suits n fur hooded jackets, two places ruined them. Yelped dry cleaners nearby and found fine touch's reviews a bit more hopeful. Although the reviews r not a lot, i liked some of the reviews saying their expensive things like wedding gowns n tuxedos came out looking flawless! I had first given them laundry n they came back nicely folded. I love that the Paul(who seems to b there most of the time) is very nice, yet seems to b veey understanding when i need my clothes to b done the same day as an emergency (i was recommended NOT do to same day from a friend so nothing gets rushed which can increase the possibility of getting sth done wrong) & ive gotten their service for several times now n its been superb! Totally recommend it if u have clothes that u treasure! Worth every dollar! Update: my sister was going to spend $75 replacing my nephew's "master piece" that he has ripped, im talking about his Peg Perego high chair. Since i really am impressed w Fine touch's jobs so far, ive brought it in one day w my nephews fave cars patches& voila! They covered the ripped spots nicely! Saved my sister $75& my nephew loves the patches on his high chair! Now im thinking of getting more patches & decorate more! Thanks Fine Touch! Gotta bring more stuff for them to "Voila"! read more

Do not go here!!! I went here twice and both times they ruined all of my sweaters and both suits. They don't handle the items with care and your clothes will come out with holes all over and ripped items. They also lost one of my sweaters the 2nd time around. Go anywhere else. Avoid this place at all costs. The owner was very rude and the pricing is double compared to other places. read more

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a dress for a wedding that I needed altered up as it was far too low cut. The man who I presume was the owner did such a great job I couldn't get over it! It actually looked as though nothing at all had been altered on it and the dress was bought sewn up the way I wanted . Really nice friendly guy to deal with too- Thanks again!! read more

I love this place because it was the first place I tried here, and everything always comes back perfect folded and clean... I've never done dry cleaning though. Also very close to the apartment. $1/pound.... so really I'm spending $30/2 weeks... and they will deliver it to my front door which is key because I don't get home until 6:45 and they close at 7..... They are super friendly too and now remember the name when we come in. I first went with a garbage bag full of clothes and it came back in a nice laundry bag that I've now kept. I was recommended to try this cleaners from a neighbor after trying Bright cleaners across the street and a few other ones around. I wasnt happy w anyone's service bc it was either their cleaning sucked or the customer service Til i used Fine Touch! The guy who is there is a bit shy at first but hes super sweet and nice once u see him a few times! Not only r their customer service superb but Paul makes sure every item comes out perfectly! Im very picky and i get pretty upset when the dry cleaning doesnt come out right and even the ones other cleaners couldnt clean, this cleaners somehow made it come out! Paul is a very reasonable person so if theres a problem w ur cleaning he will try his best to accommodate u by try cleaning again w no charge. Recently found out theyve been in this business for over 35yrs! No wonder! I ALWAYS ask him to take his time cleaning my things bc i hate it when people do it the same day and rush my items n possibly ruin it.......! Ive been going there at least once a week for the past 6 months and never had a problem! Cant wait to get my expensive dress dry cleaned once i wear it in a month! Great place with an incredibly nice owner. My family has used a different dry cleaner for years but I needed to get a vintage coat with a huge fur collar dry cleaned so I found this place on yelp when looking for a specialty cleaner. I was unsure about leaving the coat, but when I showed it to Paul he seemed very knowledgeable and immediately knew how it had been made and I was convinced I picked well. He wasn't sure how much the fur would cost but told me exactly when he would know and then called me early. It took a week for specialty cleaning , but I'm sure it would take less for other items. I was recommended to use their service from someone whos been using them for a few years now bc i had to dry clean the wedding dress, my hubs tuxedo, fur coats& other very delicate n expensive clothes which i did not trust cleaners around me. So ive decided to give them a try. I had first sent them my hubs tuxedo since that was the easiest out of all the things i had that needed dry cleaning. It came out flawless and same day!!!!! So i had sent them the rest of the clothes that needed dry cleaning. I told them they didnt need to rush (bc id rather not get the same day service n get all of my clothes back in flawless conditions). So when i was asked to choose a day, i told them a week later. When they were delivered, every single gown to clothing, ALL came back PERFECT! Im a very picky person & so is the owner there! I fell in love w this dry cleaning! The owner there is also very friendly & was told theyve been in business for over 35 years! No wonder they r superb!
