This is my own personal experience so don't let my review falter you from reaching out. I reached…read moreout for a dented rim repair as shown in my photos. The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

My door was remove and reassembled but the genius (for use of better words) over at R&M used Wooden 6 inch screws to hold my door panels back together.. vPlastic clips are $10 for a 500 pack on amazon.. This man charged my insurance over $6000! just to leave paint runs everywhere, couldnt wire in 2 aftermarket headlights (Plug and Play), overall just really spotty work and I jumped the gun on a place as I needed my vehicle back immediately. I could go on and on about what I have found since Ive pretty much disassembled everything he did since having my truck back and I wouldn't wish this shit on my worst enemy

Ramon did an incredible job on our car and was upfront about what truly needed to be fixed. It's a family-run shop, and you can really see the care and passion they put into their work. Before coming here, we got a quote from another company that was three times the price - suggesting unnecessary work like removing doors and replacing entire panels. Ramon, on the other hand, gave us an honest assessment, ensuring we only paid for what actually needed to be done. It was refreshing to work with someone so trustworthy, authentic, and experienced (20+ years of experience). The owner's father has always treated us with honesty and care -- he never took advantage of our lack of knowledge and even went out of his way to check my brakes when I first started driving. Because of that trust, I've continued to drive 45 minutes just to support this shop, even after the father stepped back from working full-time. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. I came in needing two tires and spoke with a worker named Adrian. When I asked for the price, he said two used tires would be $120 and new ones $155. He never specified that the $155 was per tire, which any reasonable customer would expect to be the total price for both based on how it was presented. Later, when I found out it was actually $155 each, I felt misled -- that should've been clearly stated upfront. When I said I couldn't afford the new set, they still tried to charge me even though the misunderstanding was on their end. Things took a turn when I told them they could call the police if they intended to hold me there over the misunderstanding. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, Adrian responded by calling me "stupid" as I was leaving -- simply because I questioned the unclear pricing. If there was a language barrier or miscommunication, I would have gladly spoken in Spanish -- I understand both languages. But to handle a customer this way, especially one who has supported this business for years, is deeply disappointing. I can't imagine the father who built this shop ever treating customers like that. These were not expensive, top-tier tires; they were Kumho tires, a more budget-friendly brand Talking about a customer in Spanish right in front of them, when they clearly understand Spanish, is disrespectful I'm sharing this experience so others are aware, and I'll be reposting this review across other platforms to ensure my story is heard. Hopefully, the shop takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and professionalism.

There is never a dull moment in coming here between laughter the job gets done and right the first time around. He is very respectful and honest with the work he does, dosnt beat around the bush or adds extra services. I have nothing negative to say apart from, show him some grace. Based on some reviews I noticed, this man handles his business mostly if not all the time by himself so if he happens to be closed on a random Tuesday at 11am- best believe he would have been there if he could. I'll keep coming here, he has a gained a loyal customer.
