After the years of living in the Town, I had my car broken into. I found my car's window was smashed in around midnight on Friday night. I sent in a request around 2 a.m., Yanny sent me a quote by 9:15 Saturday and I had my window replaced by 1 p.m. at a very reasonable price. Yanny was friendly, helpful, and speedy. Took a little back over a few weeks to get my windshield replaced but it finally happened. Apparently my windshield was one of the "hard to find" (luxury car with a lot of features). I went to 3 other places that couldn't get the part. Yanney did some research and was able to find it, it just took a loooooong time over many weeks. I really appreciated his effort though because I almost gave up and went to the dealership. The price for the generic glass ended up being $500 vs $2,000 at the dealership. Do NOT trust this business. The business straight-up LIED to me (see messages below). He did respond very quickly to my original inquiry and got the glass fixed, however the quality of the glass was mediocre (it had glass warps that distort vision). I called him out to my place a second time to look at the glass and see the problem and he said yes, there is a problem. Then when I asked about getting better quality glass, he said he did NOT see the problem and told me he saw it just to make me feel better and would fix it but getting the same quality would have the same problem. It would only be fixed if purchased the higher-end glass. Why would a business offer an unacceptable quality purchase and then offer an up charge for a lifetime warranty? This is not a "business tactic", it's extortion at best. Then when I asked him to give me some money back for the poor quality, he said he would.
