Woke up to someone breaking my car window at 6am. Found full glass all over my seat, and inside my car. I called le auto glass and got appointment right away. I was in distress, but they told me they would handle all the loose glass for me and promise to get me in and out 1 hour max. Once I arrived and they worked on my car right away. I was put into a warm room with refreshments. There was even a restroom, coffee, tea and fruits. I was also able to charge my phone as I waited. I was guaranteed and was done within 1 hour. I'd like to preface this review by saying that I used to work for the corporate office of one of the leading national auto glass repair companies, Auto Glass Now and I chose not to go to them for my services because of their terrible business practices. My experience with Le Auto Glass could not have been better. My passenger window and vent window were both completely destroyed. I called first thing in the morning to see if I could come in at noon for the repair. They quoted me $320 which is a steal. They didn't ask for a down payment. I arrived promptly at 12 and they were ready and waiting to get me all fixed up. She told me it would take an hour and I could wait or come back. I waited in the lobby with her and it was done right before an hour had passed. They wouldn't let me pay in advance which to me speaks volumes of their character and the work they do. Not only had they fixed my windows perfectly, but they vacuumed my entire car. This is true professionalism. I will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you to the amazing team at Le Auto Glass. Things to be aware of: 1. They're located on International blvd. if you're not familiar with the area already, I'd bring a buddy. 2. The waiting area is a small office, if you don't want to wait, have a friend pick you up or get an Uber etc. *I'll update this review when I take a pic of the repair! My car got hot wired so it is at the mechanic...and Bay Area luck...my rental car's window got smashed I am not exaggerating: I arrived at 9:23am and was out with a perfectly replaced window by 9:36am. I called the shop around 8:50am to inquire about pricing and provided the make/model of the car. Trang was very kind and told me I could come the same morning. Super fair and affordable pricing. My deductible is low ($250), but it was way more cost-effective to pay out of pocket. They have a welcoming, bright, and clean lobby with a bathroom to wait in. I made some coffee, but they finished so quickly that I didn't even have time to savor it because it was still piping hot My rental car is even cleaner than before the window got smashed because they vacuumed every spec of dust...including the trunk! truly incredible service from Lee's Auto Glass. They worked with my insurance to get a windshield replacement covered. They called me 2-3 times over the course of a week to keep me updated, and check in on status with me. My front windshield had a huge crack that the windshield needed to be replaced. They did a great job placing a new windshield on my Honda E. No wind noises coming from it when I'm on the freway. I was afreaid that could happend but they sealed it pretty well. The wife and husband are very profesional and kind. This must be the 3rd or 4th stellar review I've written for Turbo Auto Body and this is my first for Le Auto Glass though I am a big fan of both businesses! I've been going to the shop for over 10 years. Every single time I go in, get warmth, clarity, and excellent auto body service. This time was a little different. I had a water leak in the back of my trunk which led to expensive audio damage. I thought it might have been the result of damage to glass that was replaced across the street at Le Auto Glass. I took my car in to Le and the wonderful people there checked it out. They found there was some leaking, but it had nothing to do with the glass and instead to do with the body of the car. Then, I went next-door and talked to Enoch from Turbo Auto. First, he gave me a big hug and walked me across the street to my car to check on it. He spent about 30 minutes with me pouring water on my car, opening plugs and peering into the cavities behind various molded panels analyzing the situation, and then gluing and screwing them back together until he found the leak!! Not only did he find the leak, he and Le staff repaired it on the spot and, they all did it together at no charge!! I have been going to both of these businesses for years, but I do not believe they took such good care of me because I am a regular. I believe they took good care of me because they are conscientious, professional and community minded people who want everyone to be well. As I left, they all sincerely wished me a good day and they had just made my day!! I cannot recommend these two businesses enough for your auto body and auto glass needs. Happy new year Oakland. Woke up to my back window bipped last night. 2nd time within the last year, stealing nothing. Both times, the small rear triangle window. I would recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment in case they're busy. But today, I just drove up early this morning and thankfully there wasn't a line. They repaired my window within 20 minutes and vacuumed out my entire car, even the front seats -- all for $140. They're fast, affordable, and friendly. I was horribly upset this morning, but walked out of the shop actually feeling better. I felt taken care of. Hopefully I won't have to get another window repaired anytime soon. My windshield had a crack that grew exponentially in a small amount of time. I got to work at 7am and the crack doubled in size a few hours after that so I called them for an estimate and was told I could come in right away because they had the new windshield already. Was referred to Le Auto Glass by a friend, after I needed to replace a window from a break in. Called in the morning, got a quote, set an appointment in the afternoon to bring it in, and was told it would take an hour. Upon arrival, I received a warm and friendly greeting from the woman that I spoke with in the morning, and was offered tea / coffee in the waiting area (which also had 2 pretty comfy couches). Immediately after they pulled my vehicle in, the installer made sure I was aware of an existing issue on the interior door trim panel (I was), before they touched anything or removed it. 30 mins or so later, and less than an hour from when I pulled into the lot, I was driving away with a new window and the entire front of my vehicle freshly vacuumed / free of glass! To make this awesome experience even better, the installer fixed the door trim issue he pointed out to me when reinstalling the door panel, free of charge! Definitely going to recommend them to anyone in the East Bay, and will be returning in a couple months to have them replace my windshield. Getting my window smashed with nothing in the car to take, was frustrating, to say the least. Le Auto Glass truly made the repair experience as pleasant and easy as could be! read more

Great service! We needed the car window replaced as someone broke in, yet again, to steal nothing. This window replacement service is ridiculously good. All in all it's easier, and faster, than a car wash. I called and they were very flexible with scheduling. I scheduled next only because that was my first availability, they were willing to rush it same day if I really needed. Next day they called one hour ahead to remind me of the appointment and make sure I get the address right. I got there, they were ready for me, and said it will be ready in a bit over on hour. They underpromised and overdelivered, it was all done in half an hour. Including cleaning up the broken glass from the seats, etc. Did I mention their prices are very good? I felt bad I didn't have cash on me to tip them. I didn't expect to tip at a repair shop, but it seemed unfair to pay so little for such great service. read more

My Tesla Model Y got an attempted burglary situation earlier this week resulting in a cracked front right window by 2 loonies in SF (cameras got them and promptly reported to SFPD!). Tesla insurance got a high deductible so I decided to go another route. Heard about Le Auto Glass great service so I called them. Not only did I get an appointment 3 days later with a replacement glass in tow but they were all ready for me when I got into their spacious workshop at 3pm today. 3 workmen got into action and meticulously got the glass replaced. The whole process was such a joy as they explained what was going on (yes! - I stayed throughout as it was a delight to see them expertly plied their craft). Afterwards, the windows were completely wiped clean! But the best is yet to come as the price was very reasonable - about 1/3 what Tesla would charge!! The shop is a family business and run by a wonderful couple with decades of glass-repair experience. 45 minutes later and all too soon, it was time to drive off my car as time went by really quick when the entire experience was so professionally executed. Trang was very helpful over the phone and answered my questions regarding pricing of OEM glass vs. FYG (Fuyao Group) glass. They were able to get me in when it was convenient for me to have the windshield replaced on my 2001 Toyota Tacoma - one small crack and one chip, mainly replaced due to lots of pitting in the window from years of use. I origanally went to Honda as soon as I found a crack longer than a dollar bill on my windsheild and the honest Honda attended suggested I find a local business. Le Auto Glass in Oakland had such great reviews so I went to visit them and they scheduled an appointment the next morning. Ms. Trahn said her family had been in business for 31 years. She was so pleasant even calling to see if I wanted to come in earlier. Her Dad took care of me and I was on my way in no time. Several days later my driver side window was unable to roll up. It finally caved in after months of giving me problems. I was so blessed to know exactly where to go. Ms. Trahn and her Dad welcomed me with open arms again. The forecast said the rain was headed for us the next day and Dad fixed it in no time! They were so awesome, I want the family to adopt me . I was elated to be taken care of again with love, efficiancy, quality service, and value I can afford. By far the cheapest priced window repair shop in Oakland after calling around, so I made an appointment to get my driver side window fixed. There was a car ahead of me so I walked around and got some groceries. The window felt fine, when I drove away, but when you get on the freeway, you can definitely tell the wind noise is much louder than the OEM. I guess you get what you pay for.
