We got an appointment for the very next morning and the nail tech's were waiting for us. They were so nice and did an absolutely fantastic job. They took their time and really tried to treat us to a great experience. When complete our nails looked fantastic and we were relaxed and ready to have a great time in town. This nail salon is so nice! The decor is really pretty, and the manicure & pedicure areas are bright & clean. There are numerous nail polish shades to choose from, both regular & gel polish. I loved the pedicure I got. The nail technician was so sweet and made my feet look like someone loved them again. :) Both she & another tech made sure to offer me bottled water and even green tea. I cannot even give Finis a 1 star I wish there was a negative star. in my book, they are were very manipulative and took advantage of four fourteen-year-old girls!! Three of them had a manicure with acrylics and a pedicure. The other just had a pedicure. The three girls were charged 102.00 dollars for their service and the fourth was charged 70.00 dollars for a pedicure!!! Finis totally took advantage of these girls!! They left paying Finis 376.00 for services that were NEVER discussed with the girls. I called to verify pricing without mentioning what happened twice and each time I was given different prices! I showed up in person and they tried to explain why the girls were charged so much and the pricing never made sense to what was explained over the phone. They do not have ant prices listed anywhere in their studio. Totally unprofessional!! My daughter's acrylics were off in two days! Her friends had two nails off and chipped nail polish on her toes in two days. Lesson learned, WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My Director at work highly recommended going to the Canyon Nails across the street! She experienced the same thing at FINIS!! They totally took advantage of these girls! My mother and I received a gift certificates for Christmas and one certificate got into the wrappings of Christmas cheer and off to the land fill. Since we had the certificate number and proof of purchase we didn't think anything about it. Today, we went to get our treatments and the owner would not respect the gift certificate and reported, "someone else could come in and use the gift certificate and we would not know it!" He went on the report they don't check the gift certificate numbers and he would not honor mine, nor did it say on the gift certificate "not refundable if lost." So needless to say I will not be going back the spa, I feel it's short sided on the owners part and along with risky business practices. read more

This place was terrible. I came here because my regular place across the street (Canyon Nails, which is amazing) did not have any open availability. I got an eyebrow wax and spa pedicure. The woman that did my eyebrows was very friendly and did a great job. Since the eyebrows were first to be done on my visit I felt very good that the pedicure would follow with the same kind of service. It did not. I was rushed through the pedicure in about 20 minutes. I felt like the man doing my pedicure did not spend very much time on my nails or feet. He was rough while doing the filing and cuticles, and in about 5-7 minutes he was already preparing to do the massage. (Let me point out that while I do not like to be forced into upselling, I like to know if there are extra options, such as a sugar scrub or hot towels. Today I was treating myself for my birthday and definitely would have spent the extra money to have the whole experience. Nothing of the sorts was ever offered to me.) As he started to massage my left leg it felt great and I thought to myself that even if the rest of the pedicure was great, maybe the massage could make up for it. Well that didn't happen either. About a minute into the massage a teenage boy came in and took over the rest of the appointment. Switching technicians in the middle of a massage does not only ruin the relaxation of the whole moment, but it makes a customer feel like you don't care to finish the job. The boy did a terrible job with the massage. Not knowing how long the other gentleman had spent on my left leg he immediately moved to my right leg, where he did not once touch my actual foot. He rubbed my leg for a few minutes then moved to paint my nails. During the very short and completely unrelaxing massage, he was very chatty. While I welcome friendly small talk, chatting my ear off during a massage while I've got my eyes closed and head laid back is not welcome. I asked the boy to double check for any ingrown nails on my big toes and he told me I should have told the other guy while my feet were in the water. Well ya know what?? Maybe he should have thought to check that himself. It's part of your job to go through all of those steps. The boy didn't care to fix the issue with my nails so I told him not to bother. The only bonus to the pedicure is that he did a good job with the polish. Today was a special treat for me. I work on my feet for a living, plus I'm pregnant, plus it was my birthday present to myself, and I regret even walking into that place. They completely ruined my experience (even though they knew I was a first time customer) & I will never return. I'm so bummed I actually spent my money here. read more

I walked in for a color change. I had never been here before, but thought why not. It was the worst color change that I have ever received, they didnt even file my nails or clean them underneath . When i asked he said my nails would fall off if he filed them lol first time in 15 years of getting my nails done that I ever heard of such bullshit! They are Acrylic nails how can they fall off from shaping them. I just got fills a week ago he got defensive and rude . He knew I wasn't happy he didn't offer to fix them he just said it was the best he could do I needed a fill. If he couldn't file my nails or paint why would I let him fill them. color change was $10 fills are $15 money wasn't the issue it was the poor customer service. Never pay before you get your nails done here. Needless to say ill be making my appointment at Campbell nails where they care!!! read more

The shop is very clean and staff is friendly, but I've had much better mani/pedi elsewhere. The tech cut me 3 times, missed places with polish, cut a large piece of nail off the corner of my toenail. No attention to detail. Won't be going back again. read more
