The last few times my husband or I have either sent or received flowers from Fiori, we were not happy. The flowers start dying after two days and in most cases were not the colors we asked for. Recently, I sent flowers for Administrative Professionals Day and asked for pink peonies and dahlias; instead I got gerber daisies. Fiori did tell me peonies and dahlias were not in season but did not tell me they would use gerber daisies in the arrangement, which really cheapened the look. When I sent a note providing feedback that I spent $180 and expected more premium flowers, I got a defensive response saying I only spent $130. Tax, tip and delivery fee brought it to $180. Took a fun course from Leigh with Miles helping on how to make one of their beautiful texture bowls. Had a wonderful time with my friend bonding over the experience and creating our texture box. You get to use a wide a variety of quality stems and flowers. They encourage you to find your own design but help you along the way. There are cookies ant nuts to snack on, most classes are on a Thursday evenings this one was supposed to be from 6-8 but ran a little longer mostly cause this was the first time this particular class was taught. I ordered a Medium Texture Box for my mom's birthday, to cheer her up (not even being able to putter in her garden, due to the smokey conditions, had been hard on her). She loved it! They delivered on the day I requested and there were zero issues. They sent me voice of what they made and I was disappointed BUT my mom sent me a pic and it was gorgeous- they just hadn't captured the complexity of the arrangement well in the shot they sent. They included roses, hops, succulents, orchids, and other things. It was pricey, but the textured box includes live succulents, so the beauty lasts beyond a week. Dann (the Manager) - super helpful and friendly. I got a red cactus there to gift to a friend. There were a couple getting bouquet at around 8pm. He was so patient and knowledgable. He was still attentive while helping them. Since I wanted to grab something from Nordstrom before closing, I told him that I would be back and placed the plant on his table. When I was about to exit nordstrom and back to the Fiori, I saw him there looking for me. Where can you find service like this these days?! Anyways, when I got to his table, he already put the plant in the nice wrapping plastic and box. After I said ok, he wrapped it up with green ribbons. I like his attitude. Two stars *ONLY* because they provided a refund without me having to call and request one. Ordered flowers 16 days before a courthouse wedding, with notes that we'd be there the day of to pick up. Ordering was great - Dann was helpful in making sure the flowers that we wanted would be included. The correct date and time were on our receipt for when to pick up. On the scheduled date we showed up an hour past our stated pick up time due to an accident earlier in the day, but we thought for sure that the flowers would be ready. The person there had nothing for us. No offer to provide anything immediately as a substitution. I'd have been happy to have a few random flowers to hold, but instead they offered to deliver something to us at our destination (courthouse), given the timeline we didn't expect to get anything in time. Instead I got an emailed credit invoice putting the money back on my card 10 minutes past the time that I needed them (no phone call/text/email saying "sorry, we can't make it to deliver", just the email credit). Married without a bouquet. If you order flowers and need them on a specific date - Call the day before, call the morning of, and show up early to ensure that they have something for you. Lesson learned - glad that the $$$ was sent back painlessly, but honestly I'd rather have had the flowers. read more

I have worked around the corner from here for a LONG time, and just recently went in when a work plant needed some TLC. This place is GREAT! A little pricey but it's downtown, and in Nordy's so I won't ding them for that. The staff was great, on both trips in the past month, and while they are tiny, they have fun/weird stems to choose from, potted plants and orchids, and even fun little plat-like trinkets (annuals to bloom on your office desk for a week or two). Bad customer service!!!!!Spoke to an older lady. She said she was busy and would call back in five mins. Which was fine. 20 mins later i call back 3 times with no answer. Call back again for a 4th time from a different telephone number and she put me on hold for 20 mins!!!! I dont ever want to deal with her again!!
