Had an excellent lunch here. It was our first time here and wouldn't be the last because their food was amazingly good. We had the Pappardelle Bolognese , Scampi À la Marin and lemon cheesecake. We're glad that we discovered this really good Italian restaurant in Clayton.

Felt like eating at a nice restaurant in Italy. Our sever was great and very attentive. While we didn't love the spinach artichoke dip, it was still good just felt like cream can spinach was used to make it. Our meals were fabulous and we loved them. We will be back!

First time guest here and walking through the door I was impressed and eager to try this place. The environment was nice and cozy and lit very well. A warm inviting feeling. Our waiter was nice but seemed like he was a bit overloaded with tables to attend to which was fine cause we were in no rush. My old fashioned was decent, not the best I have ever had but would get it again. I ordered the airline chicken risotto and it was tasty. The chicken was cooked very well the risotto was good. Next time I would be sure to get it without the peas though because those didn't really fit in the dish. Overall not a bad experience but just didn't blow me away at all.

What a fantastic upscale Italian spot in Flowers! We came with some friends for dinner on a weeknight and loved the food, service, and ambiance. I got the Rigatoni a la Nonna which was a hearty, flavorful pasta with roasted eggplant, sausage, mozzarella, broccolini, and crushed tomato. My husband got the shrimp risotto which was a special of the day. It was rich, creamy, and hearty with perfectly cooked shrimp on top. For dessert, we got the tiramisu. The waiter let us know that they have an in-house pastry chef who comes in and makes the pastries fresh each day! They have a full list of delicious cocktails to try as well. Our friends really enjoyed the espresso martinis. Their whole menu looks so good and I have at least 6 more dishes that I really want to try next time. Can't wait to be back!

The Fiori Old Fashioned is one of the best I've had. Meal comes with bread and an olive oil dip. I had the Rigatoni Vodka and it was great. I'll definitely eat here again. The service was great and my meal came out quickly. Great ambiance with low lighting and music.

Flori Italian is located in a shopping plaza with other businesses so there is shared parking out front. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of indoor seating & some outdoor seats as well. There is also a bar inside. We came for lunch on a Saturday, the day after Valentine's Day so there were still cute decorations up from the holiday. We were seated right away by the hostess. The hostess & our server were friendly and helpful. Our server did check on us but did not automatically refill our waters when they were empty. We were brought out bread & oil after we were seated. The bread was ok. A little harder than I prefer. I ordered the chicken Marsala. It served differently than I've had in the past but I enjoyed it. The sauce was really good and flavorful & the chicken was tender.

As comical as it is, Fiori means "Flowers", I can only assume that was intentional. So.... Welcome to Flowers, Fiori, it appears that feeling is mutual. With standing room only I am happy to hear they will soon be taking reservations. A nice addition of a restaurant that focuses on higher end Italian cuisine while delivering a consistent level of exceptional customer service. Based on the actions of the front house staff, it is quite clear the ownership has implemented a training and quality control program that sets this place a level above the rest in the area. The Rigatoni a la vodka comes with an excellent al a vodka sauce, it is a creamy, flavorful blend of Italian-inspired ingredients that strikes the perfect balance between richness, tanginess, and umami. A fresh basket of bread without any elementary level surcharge is a step in the right direction as well. And what's a dinner without desert? A Tiramisu that is "over the top" lives right here, and it can easily feed more than one, Caring is Sharing. The Chicken Parmigiana is next on my second go around at Fiori. Cheers!

We dined at Fiori and had a great experience! I was torn between four and five stars but I truly feel that it would be a 4.5 for this spot! I made a reservation for 4:30 on a Monday and we were seated right away. I dined with my husband, in-laws, and daughter. I love the atmosphere; not overwhelmingly "fancy," but nicer than "no frills." Cozy, spacious, decorated tastefully. My husband and I already talked about how we will have a date night in the bar area next time, it was lovely! Our server, Danny, was great! He greeted us immediately and brought waters. He was friendly, funny, and great with our baby girl! He was also able to tell us about any menu questions we had. Additionally, he loves dogs and has a golden retriever, so extra points there. I opted for a glass of the Cabernet. I had never tried an Italian Cab before but it was great. We started with an order of their meatballs appetizer; three large meatballs served with Pomodoro sauce and seasoned ricotta. This was amazing. They were obviously premade (typically they are at restaurants), but tasted fresh and were cooked perfectly. Pretty sure our 1-year old ate an entire one. We ordered a Caesar Salad to share and this was also delicious. We went with the anchovies on the side, since they were full on anchovies. Meh! Danny was sure to tell us though and ask if we wanted them on the side prior. For our entrées we ordered the Short Ribs, Baked Cacio e Pepe, Orecchiette, and Eggplant Parmigiana. My husband ordered the Short Ribs; it's always a go-to for him. He loved it and so did I! One of the best we've ever had. Served with broccolini and also, some of the best we've ever had! Crispy. Charred. Delicious. He was unable to have the polenta that is served with it due to a dairy allergy, but they kindly substituted that with roasted potatoes. I ordered the Baked Cacio e Pepe and it was yummy! It was definitely not a typical Cacio e Pepe, as it was baked but the menu did state that. I felt it was more of a baked Fettuccini Alfredo, but not too rich, in a good way! It was, however, yummy. I added grilled chicken and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly! My in-laws ordered Baked Eggplant Parmesan & Orecchiette; for the most part they were enjoyed! The Orecchiette had good flavor but the pasta was a bit stuck together; this that could have just been not having enough butter or oil. The Eggplant was good but not as crispy as a normal Eggplant Parmesan dish, however, Danny did let us know this would be slightly different than that typical dish! Overall, everything was pretty stellar. Atmosphere, food, and service! We are already planning our next dinner and would highly recommend!

I had yet to visit and the dining room was small but separate from the bar area which was nice and the wine as decor was unique. Met my daughter and roommate for lunch and while it was "fine" I'd leave it there. The water didn't have ice which is fine. That said our server never refilled it and only after a switch of servers were we offered a refill. I got the Brie and Prosciutto on Focaccia and it was fine. When one upgrades to fries I expect it to be an upgraded fry. It was fine. Our second server was very sweet but the service overall left something to be desired. There was no table visit at any time and I was grateful for the incredible company because outside that, this spot didn't make the grade.

We were only in Raleigh for a short family trip and wanted one memorable dinner. After reading the…read morereviews, we decided on The Crunkleton--and it exceeded our expectations. We arrived on a busy Sunday evening without a reservation and were told the wait would be about 40 minutes. Instead of simply putting us on a list, Alfredia, the host, immediately made us feel welcome. She even offered me a cup of ice water after noticing we'd walked over in the summer heat. A few minutes later, she found a way to get our family seated much sooner than expected. That small act of kindness set the tone for the entire evening. Our server, Toni, was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic, he guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations. Every suggestion was spot-on, and it was obvious he knew the menu well. The food was outstanding. The Duck Flautas were a great start. The She-Crab Soup was rich and flavorful. The Wagyu Burger with caramelized onions, truffle aioli on brioche was excellent--my son says it's the best burger he's ever had. The Mediterranean Chicken Piccata was beautifully prepared with confit fingerling potatoes, charred asparagus, goat cheese, sun-dried tomato tapenade, and piccata sauce. We were so busy enjoying dinner that we completely forgot to take photos until dessert--which probably says everything. The Beignets with cold brew icing were excellent, and the warm Brownie with salted caramel ice cream was the perfect ending to the meal. What also impressed us was that Chef Jonathan stopped by our table to check on our meal, and Ravin, the General Manager, took time to welcome us personally and make sure everything about our visit was going well. We never felt rushed. Great food may bring people through the door. Great hospitality is what brings them back. The Crunkleton gave our family one of those dinners we'll remember long after the trip is over. The atmosphere is stylish without feeling pretentious, the service is genuinely warm, and it's clear that everyone there takes pride in what they do. If you're visiting Raleigh--or if you're fortunate enough to live there--I would absolutely recommend giving The Crunkleton a try. We left talking not only about how much we enjoyed the meal, but also about the people who made the evening special. Thank you to Alfredia, Toni, Chef Jonathan, Ravin, and everyone behind the scenes for making a simple family dinner into such a memorable experience. We absolutely will be back.

I'd heard so many positive things about the Chapel Hill location after moving to the area, but never made it over there. When they opened a location much closer to home, I was thrilled to finally give it a try without having to trek across town. The food has been consistently good, the cocktails are well-made, and the service is generally solid. That said, the experience can be a little hit-or-miss at times. I've visited several times now, and there have been occasions where the pacing felt off. Shareable dishes sometimes arrive at awkward intervals, creating a game of table Tetris, and I've seen situations where most of a party receives their meals while one person is left waiting. I suspect it's largely dependent on how busy they are and perhaps still some lingering growing pains. Pro tip: I've had some of my best experiences sitting at the bar. Service tends to feel more attentive, and it's a great spot to enjoy both the food and cocktails.

For starters, our waiter(if I'm not mistaken was also the bartender) was very attentive and gave excellent recommendations since it was our first visit. I ordered the rose water lemonade and my son ordered the strawberry lychee. Both were delicious so much so I asked could the two be combined without the carbonation that the lychee drink had. It was a hit!!!! For appetizers we ordered the Duck Egg rolls and asked the waiter to surprise us with the second appetizer. He chose the Pork Bao. The egg rolls were our favorite out of the two but both were great. For our entrees, my son ordered the General Tso Chicken. I couldn't decide between two dishes so I asked the waiter once again to surprise me. I ended up the whole fish(black bass) entree which was a phenomenal choice. The flavors were like a party in your mouth. It was seasoned to perfection and the sauce: OMG!!!!! Both entrees came with a bowl of fluffy rice. For dessert we got the mooncakes. They were ok. The ambience was nice and welcoming. I don't drink but was informed that it was a place people go to take part in their amazing drink selections. That it is also a great place to read a book which they have plenty to choose from if you forgot your own and a good meet up or date spot.
