I had a blowout and could not get my lugs off as I had to ride to a safe spot to pull over. I called my insurance provider and they sent Fire Towing Services out to assist me. The mechanic's name was Brian and he arrived in 10 minutes. The lugs were frozen but he worked on them and used his physical abilities to free the lugs. I am so pleased with Brian and Fire Towing that I strongly recommend them as I am 75 yrs. young and have never used a roadside assistance service before but I could never have done this job myself or with any family assistance. This is a Five Star towing service, they came quick explained in detail what was going to happen, the procedure being used to place my vechical on the flat bed. Just an all-out terrible company. They told my mother's car twice and they know she was handicapped the second time because it was the same car that they told twice. The oldest thing they want is the money. I have proof because the handicap black fell but when I showed it to them they're still charged $218.50. I wouldn't recommend this company to the devil himself. read more
