Oh this place knows how to sauce it wings! We got the 20 pack of wings. 7 Lemon Pepper, 7 Saigon Street & 6 Dragon which came with fries, large garlic noodles, & ended up adding 10 more wings (peanut butter & more saigon). The lemon pepper def tasted like wingstop, just less grease. Saigon Street was delicious! Love how they made the sauce kinda sticky like typical sauced Vietnamese Wings! Dragon was realllll good. According to the menu Saigon Street was suppose to have a kick to it (1 flame) but I didnt really taste that, imo, it can be way spicier. The peanut butter wings were really savory and sweet. It reminded me of getting chicken satay at thai restaurants. The fries were your basic frozen seasoned fries. But THE GARLIC NOODLES. They taste just like how the cajun restaurants in south bay area makes them. delicious! Visited this Fire Wings location for the first time last night with my boyfriend who has never had Fire Wings before (I know, right?). The girl behind the counter was super helpful and let him sample flavors before he decided. He ordered the jamaican jerk and saigon street with seasoned fries, and I ordered peanut butter (all bone-in). It took almost 30-45 minutes to get our food, but I'm not complaining nor am I knocking off any stars. It was a busy night and also, I'd rather my chicken be fully cooked, lol. To my surprise, the chicken had so much meat on them! I've been to multiple Fire Wings locations and the chicken was never this meaty. I was impressed and pretty full by my 4th wing. Everything tasted great! Even my boyfriends fries were crisp and fried to perfection. This location is quite spacious and even has a bar (even though I think it's just a seating area because I didn't see any cups or alcohol behind the bar). They have a few tv's playing the sports channels which my bf really enjoyed, lol. The only thing that bothered me was that the tables were a bit dirty and I had to get napkins and water to clean it off myself. This place is a hit or miss for me. When they first opened, I always had good experience with them but now, it's just okay. I always get the salt & pepper and stampede and will switch up some of the other flavors depending on my mood. Sometimes their chicken is cooked perfectly, sometimes it's over cooked, which makes it dry and hard to chew. Sometimes it's seasoned perfectly, sometimes it's not enough seasoning. The flavors they have for the chickens are definitely good though. Along with chicken, I always get garlic noodles. Sometimes the flavor is too overpowering and super greasy. Sometimes they just don't put enough and it's dry and not enough flavor. Another thing I always get with my order is seasoned fries. Not much negative things to say about the fries. It loses its crunch and gets soggy by the time I pick it up but that's understandable because it's closed up in a box. As for customer service, I don't eat there enough to really know how it is. I am really impressed with this spot and if they continue to be consistent with their food this will be one of my go to places to eat. We have tried just about every flavor wing and all have been really good. My favorite so far is the peking chicken. Their jalapeno poppers are the best I have ever had and the garlic noodles are a favorite of mine. But to be fair this one is a bit or miss with my family and friends. A couple of things I would like too see change is the online or call in orders should have a sign clearly stating where to go. This place gets super busy and the wait to order can take awhile. There is a reason the place was empty on a Sunday afternoon the customer service is lacking and the staff is rude and I would call them lazy. The girl at the register told me I could change my order of wings to boneless at no extra charge. Then she told me after she had already said I could change my order that the order was already made and they would not make the correct order which she promised. Very poor customer service. Finally talked to the manager who admitted he bagged my food and forgot and order then reneged saying it was my fault and then goes on to blame the dasher. I told him right away we were missing a meal he then admitted to it, and suddenly explained that it was me and the dashers fault. Came here right when they opened. Not a bad price for our meal. Wings were meaty and delicious. Thai chili- has that Thai chili sauce taste but not as sweet. Peanut butter - kinda tastes like the peanut sauce you get with viet spring rolls. Korean kick- delicious, not as spicy as I thought it would be. Louisiana rub- tasty with a hint of lemon pepper. Garlic Parmesan- taste like the same buttery garlic goodness in garlic fries and they use both grated and shredded Parmesan. Fire wing- not as spicy as expected. Underwhelming. I can say that we're happy that there is a wing spot closer to our home but there is some improvement that is needed before it can seriously compete. On our first trip last saturday we decided to check out the new hot spot that sells wings and we were not disappointed with the wing. We arrived and the line was literally out the door and I quickly grabbed a table to save us a spot while my husband waited in line. I kid you not he stood in line for a good 25-30 minutes and as he did many customers came and promptly left because the line moved at a snails pace. On top of that they had one man at the register and the other register sat empty. Finally my husband got the front of the line and ordered, our order came rather quickly... like within 10 minutes of ya waiting. The wings were good and fresh but our fries were lukewarm and once brought to their attention, they quickly brought us fresh ones within a minutes time. Round 2 today: I found out that we could order online so we did that, it was a simple enough process. I arrived yet again to a long line and one man behind the register who looked exhausted. I saw tons of online orders on the counter near the bar and tried to wave down someone to see if they could check on my order. Finally I waved someone down and they found my order although a few items were missing, the young lady happily gave me what I needed. Wings were yet again good and I think they have a good thing but they need to figure out that closed register situation and how to move that line... no line should move that slow for wings. Until they get that under control, we will head elsewhere but in a few months time we will check back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME like I did ordering online ahead of time. I ordered and got an email saying my order would be ready in 20 minutes. This was my first time trying their food after hearing good things from friends about another location. I went to pick up my order about 35 minutes after I ordered, but it wasn't ready. The cashier seemed confused when she couldn't find my bagged order so she gave me a number like a walk in customer. I thought fine they're a little busy. I waited about 20 minutes and didn't hear anything so I asked a young man named Kevin about and he was very nice to explain that there was a mix up and they had probably given my order to someone else. He was very apologetic when I explained that this was my first time trying their food. We'll his shift ended and I waited another 15 minutes. I check with Kevin's replacement, Karen (I think), and she says they're working on it now. It wasn't even being worked on. In the hour and 35 minutes after I placed my order it hadn't even been started. I asked for a refund and got it without an apology from the shift leader. They advertise online ordering as a time saver, but it is really a time waster. My first time ordering from Fire Wings was a huge disappointment. I really wish I could've tried their food, but they made it too difficult. Something must be wrong with so much confusion behind the counter. I will avoid this chain in the future. read more

Then she doesnt even look at it, and continues her conversation with the other employee. Finally after about 5 minutes of this, we get our food. We had drinks with our order, but they did not have ice. Ok. Whatever. I then went to get straws and lids for our drinks. I couldnt find any straws and asked the woman at the counter for some. She was very rude when she pointed out the straws to me, which they only had about 5 left. She treated me like I was stupid. FOOD QUALITY: Horrible It's now about 11:07. When we get home to eat at around 11:10, we were highly underwhelmed. The mozz sticks my husband ordered where the same temp of regular string cheese with a soggy crust on it. My ranch was warmer than my wings were. I ordered 8 bone-in dragon wings, only got 7. My husband ordered 8 boneless wings, 4 dragon and 4 Louisiana rub. They gave him 5 dragon and 3 Louisiana. The Hawaiian rolls I ordered were crunchy. So in a matter of 3 months, my entire outlook on this restaurant has completely changed and they will no longer get my money when I'm down for a visit. Yeah......HELL NO! This locations staff mid day today 4/17/2019 where straight BS! Terrible customer service I mean rushing our order, the opposite of helpful and the whole time wearing that "HURRY UP" look on her stupid face, rolling her eyes with her hands on her hips. A 10 piece and an 8 both with fries, THAT'S ALL. they had a few folks dinning in already and maybe 4 people in line. 3 couples who came in and ordered after us, who were actually "dining in" (fyi to go orders are always priority) ours was to go. So we wait 35 minutes!!! While we watch 3-4 GROUPS of people who came in AFTER us and were dining in, obviously not on the same time constraints and I notice and say out loud "this is just ridiculous! 35 min to make 18 wings?!?" The girl hears and says across the restraint very rudely "were really busy sir!" LoL first off this restaurant only has 10 tables, 4 occupied at the time, there were 3 front counter girls and 4 kitchen staff. ‍ #1 that is seriously over staffed for a place that has only 10 tables, how do I know? My family owns 2 pizza and tap houses. We serve pizza (made when you order on the spot) pasta, sandwiches and wings and salads. We have 1 bar tender ever on staff at a time and 3 kitchen staff. The restaurants are 4 times the size of this fire wings location and they literally fill up to max capacity. On those days, with 3 staff the waits are NEVER more than 15 min for ANYTHING. SO! this Fire Wings location fucked me, made me late for my inspection, cost the company 108$ fee for a missed inspection and exhibited the worst work ethic and customer service I have EVER recieved from an establishment. Not only are they slow and rude but when I got to sit down and eat the box was literally FULL of grease and oil i mean FULL, what's wrong with that you ask? Ill tell you. Both flavours I ordered where DRY RUB ‍lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. Fries were soggy, cold and bland. But what would one expect after sitting for 35 min. This location is absolutely a nightmare. The reason why I am giving this rating is mainly because when I get my food it's usually cold and It is very disappointing. It is expensive so my expectations should be higher, but nope! The fries were stale and hard and not fresh. And this is the 3rd time it has happen. When they say my food is not ready that means that my fries is getting cold and while waiting for my wings I prefer cook the wings first then cook the fries so I can get some hot fresh food!
