The food quality was terrible and nowhere near what you expect from Fatburger. Our first time trying them, even though we have driven past the location for years. It's inside of a gas station but that doesn't take away from how good they truly are. I tried the western bacon cheeseburger with the fat fries. My daughter had the original burger with the skinny fries and a strawberry shake. The cashier and cooks were very nice and patient ( I couldn't decide!). He added extra whipped cream to the shake for my daughter and she loved every slurp. The food was 10/10. This spot shares the same bulding as the mini mart for the gas station. Original 1/3 lb was ok, not amazing, and not bad. It paired well with the fries. I added American cheese for extra flavor. We got a second Original with American cheese and egg, which was well done with a cooked yolk. There was more skinny fries than fat fries in separate meals. The skinny fries were nice and crispy. The fat fries were not as crispy, but still ok. Both lacked seasoning, so dipping it in the ranch sauce helped consumption. The star of the meal was the Bone-in Lemon Pepper chicken. No batter so the skin was crispy. The seasoning was excellent, however, some pieces got more than others so the taste was not consistent. Service was excellent as the staff handed off my to-go order. There are plenty of tables to dine-in, and drinks are self-serve. Ambiance is simple. The gas station is the main destination for this address. Salty goodness went really well with the soggy/starchy fat fry. Skinny Fries - 4/5 - Generous portion compared to the fat fries. Very crispy and addicting! Honey Garlic Wings - 3/5 - they were out of Lemon Pepper so decided to try something different. The wings themselves were crispy and meaty. I had a grilled Cajun chicken sandwich and skinny fries. The sandwich was juicy but lacked Cajun flavor. It definitely needed some more seasoning. The fries were good. I don't see too much of them in Northern California, but I saw this one more than a few times. I remember being at a Casino and Resort drunk out of my mind one night, and I could've had Peking Duck or Steak there, but they brought me to a Fatburger instead. I've been meaning to go here a long time. The decor looks clean and the color tones are warm and easy on the eye in here. There's nothing more All-American than a Cheeseburger. Is this Cheeseburger better than the Marathon Cheeseburger on Melrose Avenue? This is a 1000 Island Fatburger Meal. Now this time I know it definitely got Thousand Island Dressing in it, and not a Secret Sauce, Spread Sauce, or Fry Sauce. I had to get it with Homemade Onion Rings and a large drank. The Cheeseburger is somewhat above average. It slightly reminds me of In-N-Out Burger, and might be slightly better than Sonic Drive-In. The Bun is descent. It uses quality Beef. The Veggies were fresh and fixings were good. The Thousand Island Dressing on it works out. I think the Onions Rings are somewhat better than Carl's Jr. It's all about the Batter, and the Breading feels homemade. It's light and crunchy. It somewhat reminds me of the Texas Roadhouse Onion Cactus Blossom. I think I like the Onions Rings slightly more than the Cheeseburger. This is somewhat pricey for this type of Cheeseburger, but it is what it is. I give this 4.0 stars. read more

We ordered the original fat burger combo to share and so glad we went this route. We were able to use the restroom which was well maintained and very clean. The food was brought to our table by the cashier which was nice and the place was very clean and welcoming. Thank goodness we shared the food because the burger was so disappointing. It was very peppery like maybe the cap fell off when they were seasoning it. We like pepper but not when it overpowers the beef. The fries were cooked crispy and piping hot and thankfully we liked. The burgers are good especially if you just want something new to try. I like the skinny burger which is no bread and instead of lettuce wrap they used the burger patties as the wrap. They we nice to deliver our food to the table we were sitting at but I know your usually suppose to go up and pick up your order. Fat fries are more for like if your eating a steak ribs or salmon. But it is fat burger so if you choose the fat ones that's on you. They are located inside a gas station shop with their own entrance but they are connected. The bathroom is located in the gas stations convenience store which seemed to have a lot to offer. I saw some alcoholic beverages available. Their slurpy machine was broken though and only offered coke slushees so that sucked. Also the location is far out where there really isn't much around but they seem to have other stores in the back that are still waiting for business to rent the space and open someday. Came with some co-workers for a quick lunch. It's connected to a gas station. It's not a huge place. Be careful of the frequent movement of cars. We were able to find parking easily. The menu has options. I stuck with their namesake though. I got an original burger with everything and the meal that came with fries and a drink. You can also add an extra side of wings if you're super hungry. They have 4 different sizes of burgers. Both my coworkers tried the XXL. One finished and one could not. Haha.
