Hmmm, I wanted to like this place but something is off. I walked up and a lady found a hair in her food and asked for a full refund. I felt bad as the cashier was very apologetic and even offered to make it fresh again but she unfortunately didn't have that was the first red flag. I ordered my food and the cashier was very friendly and kind, also gave recommendations. I got a fry bowl with some spiced chicken and my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich. It took about 7-10 minutes to make. Honestly, I didn't like my dish.. I kept trying to but it wasn't for me, the chicken was a bit soggy and the flavor was okay but overall it was just a "meh" choice. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and he felt the same, presentation is okay but flavor is a big lack luster. Everything was sauced but the food underneath was bland. The employees were fine to me, no attitude, kind.. but of course the prior interaction with that first customer wasn't a great look. I have ordered from Kiki's Chicken many times because my family and I like it a lot. The chicken tenders are very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They also give a good amount of seasoned fries. However, the service is not always good. Sometimes, the staff is great, and everything goes well. But other times, there are problems with communication, and our order is wrong. I think there a staff who don't speak English very well. One time, when we ordered from home, some items were missing, including the sauce. Overall, the food is usually good, but the service can be better. read more

This review was supposed to be done last week. Life was lifing so here you go! Hung out with a friend and her broke best friend (her son who loooves to spend her money). We ended up at Old Navy when we decided to grab something quick and tasty. A few doors down was Kiki's! From the moment we stepped in until we finished and stepped out, the young ladies at the counter taking orders and cleaning up tables were WONDERFUL! I ordered loaded fries that came with chicken, mozzarella cheese, sauce if your choice and ranch dressing. I had no idea what I was setting myself up for because I don't eat loaded fries. Ketchup, mayo or honey mustard sauce is enough for me. On a good day I dip them in ranch! Because they cook things fresh to order we knew we'd have to wait a bit for our order. No problem. Music videos and a flower wall for pictures kept us occupied while we waited. Hot glistening fries under a blanket of chicken, BBQ sauce and ranch dressing was delivered and I stopped everything I was doing. Because they were cooked fresh to order, I had to let them cool for a minute. When it was safe to do so, I stabbed my fork in the middle of the mound of goodness and came up a looooser! I couldn't believe they forgot the mozzarella. I took another bite and...nothing! Remember I said the young ladies at the counter were wonderful? Well they truly were because when I showed them my order had no cheese they kindly apologized for the mistake and insisted they make another (fresh to order) batch. Kind and polite are understatements. They were no more than 16 years old and had manners better than many adults. As promised, they delivered the correct order. This time I came up a...WINNER! The cheese-pull was amazing (should of taken a picture)! I enjoyed every frie. It easily could have been shared BUT nope! I ate them all by myself. I cannot wait to get back out there. Whenever I'm in the area I am stopping by without a second thought! The dish comes in different sizes. The medium size, in my opinion, is shareable, generous portions. The meals had a good balance of flavors. We enjoyed our meals. I normally come here once a week. This week, I ordered my usual eight piece, tender and six piece flats barbecue ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. Once I got home, there was no ranch no buffalo sauce and barbecue sauce all over my chicken tenders. My wings were damp in buffalo sauce. Everything was very soggy. I called immediately and spoke to Angel, and she said that she will credit me and to just come in. I came in today. Originally the guy denied me until I showed him proof of purchase on my phone, angel notified me that she will let her staff know about the transaction. The gentleman got on the phone with his manager Jan I waited for 10 minutes to be notified they are only compensating me for my chicken tenders. I can say there food has always been good other then the chicken sandwich but due to me having to go out of my way and the employee being very stuck up handing me my bag without acknowledging me while handing me my food. I made sure I was respectful and said thank you to him, and asked him for his name Mathew. I will not be coming to the Fairfield Kiki fries again. Vacaville gained a new Customer. This place is awesome, it takes about 15-20 min for the food so just be aware, we usually call our order in and pick it up. We have come to the mall just to pick up Kiki's Chicken guys! You need the loaded tater tots with garlic and you probably need the chicken sandwich combo with show string fries and you need to ask them to put the sauce on the chicken and you're going to have the best mall food ever. We've been fans of Kiki's but rarely got to have this since it was only in Sac. read more
