The wings were super soft and chewy, had breading falling off on each bite, and had an off-putting texture inside. I also was not a fan of the sauce on them. The ranch was good but a bit too watery, however this made it last in its tiny container. The meal cost almost $18, which is very pricey and definitely a bummer when it's not a good one. TL;DR: Overall this place is pretty decent for wings, definitely a step above competitors like BDubs or WingStop in terms of quality for a comparable price. We appreciated the variety of interesting flavors, with the Asian fusion varieties definitely being the highlight of our meal. We opted for a 20 wing family pack, upgrading our fries to garlic fries for $1.50, and 10 wings a la carte. The total came out to about $48 and our party of 3 left feeling quite full. Here's the breakdown, rated from worst to best: GARLIC FRIES (2/5): To be honest, the fries seemed like they were straight from the freezer. Hard, cardboard-y texture and very little potato content. We also thought the garlic fries add-on wasn't very good: too much parmesan and very little actual garlic flavor. MALAYSIAN CURRY WINGS (3/5): This was the only dry rub variety we ordered. Pretty good curry powder flavor and moist wings, though it was really salty. A touch less salt and this would have been a great flavor. BBQ CHIPOTLE WINGS (3/5): Pretty standard barbecue flavor with a bit of a kick. A little boring compared to the other offerings but nothing wrong with it. My friend did complain about a bit of a buffalo aftertaste though. SAIGON STREET WINGS (4/5): Viet style sauce with chilis, kinda tastes like the wing was doused in a bit of fish sauce. We enjoyed this one! PEKING WINGS (4/5): Essentially what it would taste like if you crossed a wing with Panda Express's Beijing Beef. The sweet and sour sauce works well and makes for some great fast food cuisine. DRAGON (4.5/5): Our favorite of the bunch, this flavor is soy sauce-based and reminiscent of rich, sodium-heavy Chinese dishes. Definitely recommend this one if you ever stop here. Whoo congratulations Golden State Warriors. Who knew I would find a good sports restaurant right near my house. I had no idea this place is a good place for sports fans to watch very prominent games that Bay Area Sports Teams are in. It could be the World Series if the Giants or A's are there or the last game of the NBA finals when the Warrior win 3 games. I must declare the people who work here are really good with customers service. They are patient and always happy to serve customers. The food here is delicious and fits whatever you crave. Drawback: I don't like the prices here because they are higher than other places I know. I am still broke and cannot afford their hefty prices. The manager, Giovanni L is extremely unprofessional and robs people!! he overcharged my boyfriend $12 just to substitute simple beyond tenders into a meal when I spoke to him about the pricing he gave me the runaround that beyond tenders are smaller therefore he had to charge more so I asked him to please include the regular chicken tenders on the side since we were already charged for it, and he said he would yet never placed the tenders in when I called to Speak to him about the issue again over the phone. He kept lying and insisting that he put them in and that I was on camera, even though I'm sure the cameras can show that he did in fact, did NOT put the regular chicken tenders on the side. The manager word for a word called me a "fat fuck" OVER THE PHONE WHICH IM SURE IS RECORDED AND I HAVE A WITNESS and hung up on me. I called with another fire wings location if it was normal to charge $12 and they confirm that it is not normal for a $12 charge and provided me an email to speak to corporate about the incident. So excited that Fire Wings just opened on Saratoga! If you haven't caught onto the Fire Wing craze yet you're missing out. I came by to watch the warriors game, grab some yummy wings and the juiciest chicken sandwich ever all paired with a hazy ipa and a side of Mac and cheese and fries. There is a large outside patio area which helps if you don't want to be inside. Also, TVs all around the space which was makes it a great spot for warriors playoff watching and Giants games. There's also a really long bar where you can grab a seat and drinks and watch the game. Also this time we decided to try the Beyond chicken in Saigon and Buffalo sauce. Mind blown! Tasted like chicken with the perfect crisp and just the right amount of sauce. So all the non-meat eaters in your crew have an option to taste all the flavor profiles they have to offer. Soo good!! The wing flavors we for were garlic Parmesan, Jamaican jerk, teriyaki and Cali rub. All were on point, except I found the Jamaican jerk wasn't as spicy as we would have liked.
