We often visit this location as it's nearby our house. Today, I placed an online order for the convenience factor and was met with a ton of issues. My husband went to pick up the order and saw they made our order incorrectly. He spoke to the manager, Amanda, about it and she said the order was placed incorrectly and that she was not remaking it. My husband informed me of what was going on and I drove there myself to speak with Amanda. I stood there waiting for a while as Amanda was obviously avoiding us. When someone else acknowledged us, I said I needed to speak with Amanda. Amanda said she'll be with us in a moment and continued making us wait. When she finally came to speak with us I asked what was going on. She proceeded to say that I placed the order wrong. After a lot of back and forth she said "she'll correct it this time" lol. While they were re-making our order, another customer came up because they messed up her order too. Amanda started arguing with her as well. How many people are you going to argue with before you realize your mistakes, Amanda? The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because of the employee, Raegan, who handled everything beautifully. She apologized, corrected the situation, and offered a small treat as an apology. Meanwhile, Amanda went to hide in the back. Ironic because earlier she was cussing and talking about how busy they were and that someone else got fired (so unprofessional). To upper management: please look into proper training at this location. I have the entire interaction on video. Amanda is not a bad person, but she lacks training and professionalism. Everyone could learn a thing or two from Raegan (who IMO should be promoted as she leads by example). All in all, I wish this mistake was corrected in the first place when my husband initially brought it up to avoid this from escalating further. Please do better. Updated review based on response: I'm not sure how ignoring, cussing, and telling your customers "I'm not remaking your order" is a "great new addition to the team." This location will continue to struggle without proper training.

Food was yummy and fast service. Friendly workers and it was pretty slow for a 12:30 weekday rush. I'm happy that they were so accommodating with substitutions and they were free. Restaurant is nice and spacious with good music.

As many of you can tell from my reviews I eat a lot of pizza. I even make quit a bit myself at home. When I'm in a hurry and there are several of us all who like different things on our pizza Fired Pie is my go to, especially when meeting people for lunch. I always say it's like the Subway of pizza but that's not meant to be an insult. You pick a crust an then your sauce and type of cheese followed by meats and or veg. You can put on all or nothing if you like. You can even pick one of their suggested combinations if that's how you roll. While it's not what I'd call a proper pizza it is pizza and you won't be disappointed.

I did a build your own and have been absolutely loving fired pie. Inside is super clean and workers are friendly. As someone with severe dairy allergies they are very knowledgeable and understanding! Love the price, the speed is pretty fast, and the place is clean. Not much more to ask for.

Exciting new choice in the neighborhood. Very good food. Excellent service. Very reasonably priced. Definitely a notch above Mod.

The pizzas were always good, so we figured why not go eat there and try some other items. There were 12 of us, so we made sure to make a reservation ahead of time. Upon arriving, we had no issues. A couple of tables were ready and waiting for us. First impressions: The restaurant is big. There's a ton of space and seating. The vibes are nice. This location also has a big parking lot, so parking was not an issue at all. Once we were all seated, our waitress offered us drinks and gave us time to look through the menu. I must say, there's some pretty affordable happy hour items on there. However, I was really hungry and opted for a regular menu Toasted Da Vinci sandwich with a side of chips. No drink. The sandwich was delicious. I really liked it. The bread was toasted to perfection and it was quite flavorful. The chips were also excellent. They were perfectly crisp and seasoned. Probably some of the best I've had. The meal was a good portion and very filling (and I'm a big guy!). Overall, I had a good experience. I'd come here again for that sandwich.

The bartending really has taken a step backwards though. Instead of only one cheap Rye, now they have none. How do you make a Manhattan? Sazerac? I ordered an Old Fashioned and it came shaken with macerated luxardo and then strained. The pic below is a correctly made Manhattan from a couple years ago. The bartender gave us some great service and knows her stuff but the bar program doesn't get the attention it deserves. My wife says that it's a family pizzaria not a gastropub and to chill out. She is usually right.

I wish I could remember cause he was PHENOMENAL!!! I came in with both celiac and low fod map (food elimination). Upon sitting and taking drink orders, he also offered a gluten free bread for me to enjoy with my family while we looked over the menu. BEST GLUTEN FREE BREAD IVE EVER HAD! Must be made with rice flour or something because it was soft with a little bounce, versus the usual "dry and grainy" we are used to. Id fly back across the country again just for that bread honestly. Even if youre not gluten free, ask for it. AANNDDDD this is a scratch kitchen!! I was able to look over the GLUTEN FREE MENU!! And pretty much come up with a "diy" salmon entree. To say this place is phenomenal is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The staff, the food, the menu options... all just amazing. I will say it gets a little annoying when they try to push their wine membership, but whatever! We arrived at about 1pm on a Thursday and it was busy with a lively atmosphere. I ordered the Greek Salad with Gyros and my friend ordered the Lamb Kafta kabob plate. The person who took our order was friendly and helpful, answering a few questions pleasantly. This a counter service restaurant, so once we paid we were fortunate to grab a table with only two available inside. Our food arrived about 10 minutes later. My Greek salad was fabulous, fresh tasting, crunch of the cucumbers, brine of the Kalamata olives and the Feta salty funk. The gyro portion on my salad was generous. My friend enjoyed her Kafta kabobs, flavorful and delicious. We enjoyed dining at both the Mesa and Chandler locations. Looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Everything looked soooo appetizing on the menu and since I was going to meal prep this week, the Al Sham Chicken Combo caught my eye. For $15, you get little cute pieces of chicken shawarma with 2 dips! I was in love with the red sauce and wish the garlic sauce was more garlic-y but it was good either way! The kofta was great as well but would definitely come back more for their shawarmas but it's definitely the best bang for your buck I also got some baba ganoush on the side to dip my fries in but unfortunately, I thought the baba ganoush was too lemony/there was too much sumac added so it wasn't as enjoyable. Most baba ganoush I've tasted in my hometown also had a smokey flavor to it from the eggplant so it really couldn't compare.
