Phoned in an order and was told that the order would only take 15 minutes, when we got there the pizzas were made wrong and no one cared. After 35 minutes when finally got our pizzas and when we got home they were still wrong, burnt and cold. I emailed their corporate office but they never replied to me. read more

I've been here three times now. Everytime I go the food is amazing. They have a wonderful product. The staff however are very rude and distant. They are not welcoming and give you dirty looks if you ask for more toppings like you are bothering them. They rarely thank you and are usually talking and messing around rather than wiping down dirty tables. The only friendly person there was the second time I went and he was either the manager or the owner. He thanked me with a smile and took my plate. This is great food but I hesitate going more frequently since the staff are so unappreciative and clearly don't like their jobs. read more

Fired pie is our favorite of this type of pizza places. We have been to this location several times since it's the closest to home, and have always been very pleased. The service is always fast and the place is always clean. We ran into one seriously rude girl on the assembly line once and just laughed it off. I don't know her name but we haven't seen her since. I was a little surprised to see that this was a "Chipotle-style" pizza place as it has been described. I tend to look past details like growing pains of a new restaurant (the soda machine wasn't working), or small details that were specific to my visit (like dealing with a new employee who doesn't get the menu yet). So I'm giving 5 stars, because the pizza was really good and the ability to customize it for a static price was great. We, two people, spent $22 for two 10" pizzas and two drinks. Definitely worth the money. It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but the 5 stars are representative of the experience and the expectations I had. Plus, the best pizza I've had set me back $75 for 2 people, so not as accessible as Fired Pie. The manager was friendly and super attentive. The building your pizza process was neat. The pizza was great. The only thing that could be a drawback is a relatively small parking lot... But there was a construction dumpster taking up a lot of spots when we went, so that didn't help. Fired Pie is an easy alternative to the average ho-hum meal. It was easy in and easy out. You get to choose as many toppings as you want for $7.99, which means my stepson had a great time filling his pie! My only mild complaint was that the pizza was a bit over done which made the outside ridges extra crispier than a normal wood fired pizza. Next time I'll ask for a bit less cooking time. read more

Today was my first time eating fire pie and the pizza was amazing! I got margherita style and added veggies! Yum! When I came in no one smiled or seemed enthusiastic about their job. There were several dirty tables and the floors were dirty. With some many people on shift, it didn't seem understanding as to why there was a mess and it being so slow. I eat at this location 2-3 times a month. With a family of 4 that equates to 120+ pizzas in past year. Pizza is great (or at least it was) but they are clearly lacking a good manager. - Processes are broken. Confusion between cashier and kitchen. Use dirty trays for pizza tonight and had to ask them to get clean tray and start again. Prep area is a mess with food and floor is a mess with food. -Two visits ago they lost one of our pizzas....not sure how. Took 2 more attempts and nearly 30 minutes to get it right. By that time the rest of family had been done eating for 10 minutes. -Tonight they delivered my pizza to another patron who eventually returned it to the kitchen...then they brought it to me a minute later. I prefer that other patrons are not handling my food. - I would like to see this location and this company succeed but they need to increase cleanliness of kitchen and prep area and get their processes fixed. - going to find another pizza place for awhile. read more

Honestly I only go to this location because of moana, im not positive thats her name, but i saw another review like that & it sounded right, it was like some foreign chick with a good attitude. My pizza was made just right & honestly i've never been disapointed when I visit during her shift. I do have to say though that one other attempt to get her pizza, she wasnt working & my pizza turned out terrible. She's amazing. I've only had fired pie once before this visit and that was about 3 years ago at a different location. I always go to Blazed because they never disappoint and it's so good! I decided to try this place again because it's right next to my house. Before you order, there's a little board that gives you directions on how to make your pizza. One of the steps is to choose your crust so I decided to do thick crust. When I asked for thick crust I was told, "we only have thin". Okayyyyyyyy? Then why do they even have the option to choose my crust if they only have 1 option. Te most annoying thing was that none of the topping cheeses or sauces have labels on them so I have no idea what is what. So I had to to ask the employee what things were because I couldn't distinguish the different cheeses and sauces. She seemed annoyed to do so, even though that's her job. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars and not one is because the pizza was decent. But overall the staff was terrible. They seemed sooooo exhausted even though the place was dead at 3 pm. They had not once ounce of energy, couldn't crack one smile and seemed like they hated being there. What makes them think that customers would want to be there if they don't want to be there? If their attitudes were different, I would have left this place happy with plans on coming back and I would've left maybe 4 stars instead of 2. But I'm never going back, especially to this location. We're visiting from Utah for the holidays and were so excited to see a design-your-own wood fired pizza joint here. We've eaten at Mod Pizza in Colorado Springs and Riverdale, UT, a similar type of restaurant, and we love the concept. Fired Pie rivals Mod Pizza but has an even better crust! So happy I found this place! I just moved from California and one of my favorite places to go was a place very similar to this! I was so sad when I moved as I didn't think I'd find a place similar but here's Fired Pie! I love being able to build my own pizza and have it made fresh in front of me. There's build your own pizza (which are huge), specialty house pizzas, salads, desserts, fountain sodas, milk/chocolate milk, juices,and even Beer and Wine, which is great for parents when they bring the family here for dinner. Everyone was really nice, the place was clean, and I appreciate that they employ younger kids. The owner was there and he actually delivered my pizza to me since it was kinda slow when I went (the line grew as I ate). It's also right next to Starbucks, which is nice if you want to top off your meal with a coffee or something refreshing. I'll make sure to tell my classmates about this place, pretty sure they'll love it, thank you! read more

This is my favorite Fired Pie that I've been to. Most Fired Pies I've been to have lacked customer service and quality in food. I'm not a picky person and rarely give reviews. However, the experience at this place was outstanding! The cashier Lexi was so sweet and speedy! Meanwhile the woman who made our food made me and my sister laugh and related well with us! Also I really appreciated the action behind the man who called our order, he wasted no time at all! He even called our name while walking with the pizza to find us, which I've never seen at another location! We love fired pies food; but not a fan of this location/service. It is mostly run by high school/college kids. I am a nurse and one night after work I was so hungry after leaving the hospital I stopped to get my family some pizzas. There was a young gal behind the counter being so rude to the other staff and literally ordering them around with her bossy attitude. She was also cutting the pizzas as they came out of the oven with her long artificial nails AND NO GLOVES!! I tried not to say anything, but when our pizzas were done she was the one who brought me the food, literally plopped it on the table, opened it and said "we good here?" Last time I give my money to this place. Very poor people skills. read more

I love Fired pie! The food is delicious and the service was great. We had an incident where a bug was found in my moms salad which isn't their fault- it is what it is and could happen anywhere. When I told the workers they refunded my money and gave me a free meal for the future. I was not expecting that and thought that was a class act. I will continue to go here. We may have just hit this at the wrong time, but we ate on a busy Saturday afternoon and encountered somewhat clueless staff and a very dirty dining room. I like the concept but the execution was poor. Our pizzas were greasy and the crust surprisingly limp. Hopefully these are all growing pains and training issues and the place improves. Nearly $50 for a family of 4 to eat pizza is a bit outrageous. A child sized pie would be a wonderful addition. We may try again, but we will be waiting a while. read more

Wow my pizza here was great!!! I had two girls take my order, and charge me out. I can sometimes be a diva at fast casual places, because I like my food a specific way, but boy did these two get it right. I believe their names were Kelci, and Sydney ( hope i spelled those right). The staff had AWFUL attitudes and acted like I was an inconvenience. I thought I found my new favorite place to eat, but my experience tonight was horrible. I will not be returning. While Fired Pie still has a great pizza, the service has taken a nose dive. I witnessed a burned pizza being served to a customer (only to have it returned), slow service on the line creating the pizza, and utter confusion on orders. I had to clarify an order that wasn't mine for a team member and watched him create the wrong pizza twice. Finally, when I presented a gift card that apparently expired, management made no attempt to rectify the situation. He simply stated it was old, said, "they do something different now", and walked away. I am out $10 without even an apology. At this point, I would rather use Uber than witness this chaos again. It's sad to see this happen when they have a lot of competition in the area now. read more
