LOVE this mobile pizza, they save me from making dinner almost every Wednesday & some Sundays lol! They have a delicious selection, and the pizza is amazing! Ready in about 60 seconds, pizza is crisp to perfection. Every time we get pizza for dinner, we add an additional pizza to have for breakfast the next day. My son loves the pepperoni, but we pretty much get the whole menu because why not? They also drizzle a spicy honey sauce on top of the spicy pizza and its magic. I checked out fired pizza yesterday for the first time & I will definitely be back. At first, I was skeptical because of the location (KIND OF IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE) but once I entered the parking lot and saw the venue I all my fears went away. The ambiance was really nice and it gave off chill vibes. Customer service was 10/10. Our waiter was very attentive. I ordered a appetizer the "Rigot" which was 7/10 I wouldn't order it again the cheese was a bit over powering for me me but if you are a ricotta fan go for it. I ordered the rita which was 9/10 I drizzed hot honey over it and it was so yummy. Some of the other guest ordered the Lusty lady which seemed to be the tables fav (I don't eat pork so I didn't try it). I tired a slice of white light/White heat... I can't wait to order that next time I go 10/10! I can't wait to go back again. This place is overrated and overpriced. Service was horrible. We waited over an hour for our food. The pizza was bad, the crust had a foul taste and I could hardly pick the pizza up without the cheese and toppings sliding right off. Our appetizer was the only thing I actually enjoyed. Our server Jessica was so uninterested and emotionless, I could feel that we were not important to her at all. Drinks took probably around 20 minutes to get. The back yard was cute and had a nice fireplace. Overall the management seems sloppy and overworked. Get better if you're going to be charging the prices you do because I surely don't mind paying the price if the food and service was actually good. What an incredible experience. When you walk in, you can feel the positive energy emanating from the building. Every customer I saw when I walked in was comfortable and enjoying their meals. I was immediately told of the wait time and went to the bar to await our seating. The bartender very quickly took my wife's order for a drink and had it in front of her just as quick. Mine was a Serrano / Sausage that I added pepperoni to. When I tell you, it was a perfect tasting pizza, I am not exaggerating. The crust was thin, the sauce was the perfect amount and the toppings were plentiful without being overwhelming. I enjoyed every bite. After our pizza we both had some to take home for leftovers, but we also wanted to try the dessert. We decided on the cannoli. Once again I was impressed. The crunchy pastry mixed with the light, fluffiness inside was a perfect combination that ended our incredible experience on a sweet note. I ordered three pizzas over the phone. I was told they would be ready in 15-20 minutes. They took my name and phone number. Since I had time, I decided to take my 91 year old father home, instead of having him wait since I had time. When I got to the restaurant, I was told that they don't make the pizzas until you arrive. I told the hostess that I was told that my pizzas would be ready in 15-20 minutes. She checked and they had not even started them. I was upset because I live out of town and waited until 4 so I could try their pizzas. I could have left earlier but stayed in Stockton. I questioned "why" would the person taking phone orders would not mention that pizzas aren't made until you get there. That is a blatant lie and dishonest practice to tell a customer their order will be ready, knowing it would not be started until you arrive. Worse yet, another worker walked over and lied, again stating it would be a couple more minutes. I said that is a lie because the hostess told me they haven't even stared them. The rudeness and dishonesty of that woman was unreal. She didn't even apologize for their lack of professionalism, customer service, and dishonesty. I decided that I'd stick to honest places where their word can be trusted like Michaels in Stockton, Ferroni's in Manteca, and Gold Dust in Ripon. FIRED Pizza - The Rita - Pizza Near Me - Stockton, California

We had Daniel and Sarah cater our wedding at a private airstrip in Tracy. Because of the logistics of our wedding (no onsite kitchen and limited water/electric resources), traditional caterers weren't an option, so we started looking into food trucks. We just lucked into finding Fired Mobile Pizza Oven on Yelp and I am SO glad we did. We reached out to them about 9 months before our wedding, which was on a holiday weekend, and just managed to snag them as their calendar was rapidly filling up. We were happy to pay the deposit to secure the date, but Fired wanted to make sure we'd love the food, so they held the date for free while we arranged a tasting for the following month. The tasting was $100 for 12 people--still not sure how they made that happen, but it was fantastic! We went to their lovely home in Stockton, met their pets, and enjoyed 8 different pizzas, salads, wine, and appetizers. Only about 8 of us showed up for the tasting so they wrapped up the remaining pizzas and sent our guests home with them. As soon as we tasted the pizzas, we knew we had made the right choice, so we paid the tasting fee and deposit immediately to hold the date. Now, we've all been to weddings, and the food is usually forgettable. It's bland and under-seasoned, to accommodate those of us who can't handle much spice or flavoring. That's fine. No one talks about the food at a wedding. Not so with Fired! We repeatedly had guests coming up to us to marvel at the ingenuity and flavor of the pizza kitchen. Once they have the wood fire going hot, they can churn out pizzas every 90 seconds, which means you can get a vegan, or meat-free, or low-ish carb, or specialty pizza within minutes. All the food is fresh, hot, well-flavored, and fast! We never had anyone waiting for pizzas because they kept busting them out every couple of minutes or so. While they did warn me that our gluten-free friends might not be able to have pizza, their appetizers and salads were robust enough that no one went hungry. AND they had wood-fired s'mores for dessert! They also supplied compostable plates, napkins, and utensils, so our casual wedding didn't turn into a trash-fest. Not only that, Daniel and Sarah made sure my bride and I--and whoever else wanted--went home with a pie for ourselves. On top of that, they came out to the site a few weeks before hand because they knew it was an unusual place for a wedding, and made sure their truck would fit, that they had a place to set everything up, and that there was a water source in case of a fire. A few of our guests have already asked me to put them in touch with Fired so they can book corporate events! I am thrilled with how everything turned out. I can't say enough about Fire Mobile Pizza Oven! We hired Daniel and Sarah to cater our daughter and future son-in-law's engagement party. From the beginning I was impressed because their website, https://www.fired-pizza.com, was full of information. When I emailed Daniel I received an immediate response, and for every email thereafter I received a prompt response. They arrived on time and set up their oven and stayed until the party was over. The pizza was amazing! We chose 4 different pizzas to serve our guests. The buffet table that they set up with the pizza and condiments was beautifully presented.
