Smoked Gouda, jalapeño and crispy onion rings piled on top. A single bite containing most of my favorite things. I have no regrets. We saw a gorgeous dessert come out towards the end of our meal so naturally, I asked the bartender about it. She said it was meant to be an evening special, I would ask if it was available for sale. Mr bluesman you are correct, here in this dark, seedy, working class dive where all that matters is your improvised words, notes, sonic bliss... Reverberate the two odd centuries of strife, of worn hands, of working the mills. Lewiston has the blues.
