The staff at the counter was friendly and helpful. It was fairly busy on a weekend afternoon but they seemed well staffed. Everything moved along quickly. They even had people actively keeping the dining area clean, wiped down, and tidy. That made finding a clean spot to sit so much easier during the busy lunch hour. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a nugget combo. One of the combos included a pie as well. Everything came out quickly and served hot. My favorite side with chicken is always mashed potatoes with gravy and these, fast food style potatoes covered in gravy, didn't disappoint! Great flavor in the gravy! The nuggets and sandwich were both very good. Not overly greasy and not buried in breading. I'm not a fan of hot pocket type pies but my husband said it was very good. There was absolutely zero sign (or taste) of anything that even resembled marshmallow, which is the whole point isn't it? In closing the kids had a great time...running around in the grass afterwards probably trumped the dinner. I however much prefer Five Guys...their fries and shakes are superior imo as well. I was celebrating the teams win, however the food and pricing gets a "L". Would not return unless they won STATE, and then i would bring Five Guys from across the street.

The house sauce was a little lacking for me as it came across more like ketchup only, but hey-o, I like a mayo/ketchup with a tiny bit of mustard sauce. I'm a pickle gal and LOVED their pickles. I usually buy both of the BOGO offers, and I've done this a few times in the past, and they've all gone fine, no problems. I get my 4x10pc wing orders without issue. Yesterday I did the same thing - I ordered 2 BOGOs, expecting my usual 40 wings. But when I walked into pick it up, the Asian lady at the counter (I think she's the owner, maybe?) chastised me and told me to limit myself to just 1 BOGO order in the future. Huh? I only got 2 BOGOs, and it's not like the price was so cheap that the restaurant was losing money or something. And besides, I've ordered these 2 BOGOs numerous times in the past. That's when I saw that the restaurant was treating any SINGLE 10pc order as a BOGO. So when I checked out with my 4 10pc orders, the restaurant took that to mean 4 BOGO orders, or in other words, EIGHT 10pc orders. No wonder the lady was upset. Of course, it's not my error, as the restaurant was interpreting the order incorrectly. I even tried my best to explain this to the lady, as well as explain that I've ordered these BOGOs multiple times in the past (and this same lady was at the desk when I picked them up!!), and it's never been an issue. Still, the lady kept insisting she was correct, and that 1 10pc order constituted a BOGO in itself, which makes absolutely zero sense, and not how literally any other merchant I've ever bought from on UberEats has done their BOGO promotions, which I also told her. Anyway, in the future, I'll still continue to order as many BOGOs as I want, I'll just probably order delivery so I don't have to deal with this nonsense. EDIT: I see the owner has responded to my review. I can certainly see how someone exploiting multiple BOGOs to order 100+ wings at a time would be harmful to the company and completely against the spirit of the promotion. But I did nothing like that. Two different BOGOs were being offered, and I simply purchased 1 of each. I've done this multiple times both at this restaurant and at numerous other restaurants that offer different BOGOs, and this was literally the first time that any restaurant worker has mentioned a word about it. The biggest issue is that the Chimcking workers are apparently a bit undertrained when it comes to processing ubereats BOGO promotions, which is why I received 80 wings instead of the 40 I was supposed to get.

(7/10) For context: I'm primarily a Togo's person and subs aren't really my thing -- most of my experience with them has been gas station or Subway-level, which sets a low bar. Wanting to branch out, I gave Firehouse a shot, and I'm glad I did. The ham is the star of the show. Genuinely impressive -- it tastes like real, flavorful ham, not the processed stuff you find at the supermarket. They're clearly sourcing something special. The provolone complements it beautifully, coming through as a strong second note. The salami, unfortunately, gets completely lost in the mix. If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't have known it was there. The bread is pillow-soft, which some people love. I'm personally more of a hard, crusty French roll person, so that's my one ask -- if they offered that option, this would easily be an 8 or 9. The ratio of bread to filling is spot on, though. Nothing feels skimpy or overstuffed. Pricing is fair -- not a deal, but reasonable for the quality of the meat. Firehouse isn't going to replace Togo's for me, but it's earned a spot on my rotation for when I'm in the mood for this style. Worth trying. read more

This is a great sub place. they way they cook their meats makes every sandwich super juicy and flavorful. Its a little bit spendy for my taste, so I can't go there very often. But when I do feel like it's okay to splurge, it's always a treat. The atmosphere is clean and bright and inviting, and the staff are always very welcoming and cheerful. Just my kind of environment. The only person who doesn't have the same kind of energy is the girl that has been running the register the last few times I've been there. She's not unpleasant... she just seems bored, and it really kills warm greeting you get when you come in. They really should think about giving her something else to do, and putting a sunnier person behind the counter to take customers orders. But other than that, it's a great place to get a sandwich if you can spare a little extra change. read more

I recently went to Firehouse Subs, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the visit enjoyable from start to finish. The sandwiches were delicious, made with fresh, ingredients and packed with flavor. I especially loved the Hook & Ladder sub - the combination of smoked turkey breast and honey ham was perfect. Delicious sandwiches. We tried a whim, and boy are we glad we did. Service is good, slightly obnoxious the loud greeting. But hey, at least they welcome you. The #23 on Togo's menu -- Genoa Salami and Provolone -- is the sandwich that changed my mind. The salami brings real spice without tipping into overbearing, and the sandwich comes stuffed generously, no skimping. What really sets it apart is the proportion of everything -- meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pepperoncini. Even with strong flavors from the salami and pepperoncini in the mix, the provolone still comes through clearly in every mouthful. You know exactly what you're getting, bite after bite. And somehow, the first bite, the middle bite, and the last bite are all equally good -- most sandwiches have a sweet spot somewhere in the middle where everything lines up, but Togo's figured out how to hold that all the way through. The bread is the other standout. It's not a hard French roll, but it's got substance and chew to it -- you know you're eating actual bread, not the soft, flavorless balloon bread that ruins most subs. I always order mine without mayonnaise, and honestly, most sandwich places get that wrong about half the time -- it's practically a coin flip. Not at Togo's. Every single visit, they've gotten it exactly right. No mess-ups, no forgetting the customization. When I'm craving a sub now, this is the only one I think about. My only real complaint: there aren't enough Togo's locations around here, and no drive-through, which would make it even easier to grab this sandwich more often.

She asked for my phone number, and tried to see if she could locate it that way. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. She went to a manager who tried to check on my order. I showed my email of the transaction, she tried scanning the QR code again and still no order showing. She disappeared to the back for a while. When she came back she asked for the order number again. In the end she said my order was claimed, and picked up. I mentioned that I was the sole person on my order to pick-up. I did not share the code with anyone. In the end she did give me a ham. She said it was slightly bigger than what I wanted. Yes, a pound bigger. The sad thing is whomever picked up the initial ham, scammed the store and also was able to charge $4.13 on my card since the ham they picked up weighed more than the initial ham I pre-paid for. The difference was not mentioned to me by Meekins (sp?) who tried her best to help me. Another issue of concern is if a receipt was issued to the scammer, then my identity has been compromised by this store. I think the company needs to revisit how online orders are handled when customers pick up. They need to have better checks and balances then. I've been a customer for years and today's situation has me disturbed.
