Stopped in for a burger and fries the other day. I recently went to BurgerFi on Glades near 441 and I have to say the food here was a bit better. I got a double with lettuce, tomato, extra raw onions and no Fi sauce. I have to say, the burger was pretty good. It was fresh of the grill, hot and delicious. The fries were pretty good too, not as fresh as could be, maybe a little overdone, but not bad. One similarity between the two BurgerFi branches was that there was nobody at the counter the entire time I was there. Everyone was in the kitchen and slowly they would come out with people's orders. The only reason I bring this up is that I asked for no sauce on the burger at the kiosk, and of course I got sauce on it when it was served. I feel like if I was dealing with a human, perhaps it would have been correct. Wasn't the biggest deal but yeah, it was a little annoying to scrape it off after the fact. Overall, three stars. Just like with the branch on Glades I probably wouldn't come back here again. read more

I've never had BurgerFi until this visit and I like the quality of their burgers. I can tell it was freshly cooked and the meat was absolutely delicious. We waited about 5-7 minutes for our order but it was worth the wait and it was fresh off the grill. I got the rodeo burger and it was so good! I love the bbq sauce that was on it. When we walked in, it was self-order at the kiosks, but the machines glitched out three times and we had to keep re-entering our order, which was frustrating. There was no one available to help manually as all of the staff were in the kitchen preparing food. The food itself was a mixed experience. Our burgers were very salty, but the fries were excellent--which is really the reason this review gets three stars. Our toddler, however, loved the chicken tenders from the kids' meal. The atmosphere was another downside. The music was loud, and the TVs were playing continuous clips of people falling and injuring themselves from America's Funniest Home Videos. It was more disturbing than entertaining and took away from the dining experience. There was also a frustrating situation with drinks. My husband ordered a soda and I ordered water, but the staff gave us both soda cups. I assumed it was complimentary, so I poured a small root beer while we waited for our food. The manager came by, looked at our receipt, and I thought he was just checking our order. But when our food arrived, our toddler's apple juice--part of his kids' meal--was missing. When we asked about it, the staff member explained the manager had specifically told her not to give it to us because I had taken soda instead of water. This felt incredibly passive-aggressive and petty, especially since they gave me the soda cup in the first place and never said a word about it. I even offered to pour out the soda (which I had only taken a few sips of) so my child could have his juice. The staff member said she couldn't because the manager had instructed her not to. I asked to speak with him, but he disappeared to the back and never returned. I eventually poured out my drink, showed it to another staff member, and thankfully she gave us the juice. At no point did the manager approach us to discuss, clarify or apologize. It was very unprofessional, immature, and poor customer service overall. While a few things were enjoyable, the way the manager handled our situation left such a negative impression that we won't be returning. read more

No "in-person" ordering with specialty named items that lack description so you do not know what you would be getting, and no one to ask. The Coca-cola was completely out from the fountain drink machine. Ketchup dispenser was completely out of ketchup. Poor overall brand management, staff training, customer service level, and lack of consistency expected with this type of dining experience. I would not be surprised if this location closes once the Shake Shack down the street opens. read more

I'm a big fan of BurgerFi in general. Our family all likes their food. I have switched from getting burgers w/no buns to getting the Burger Bowl. It is big enough to be two meals for me. My wife and daughter both like the BurgerFi cheeseburger. The French fries are very good and the onion rings are yummy. At this location, I always manage to see Halle taking orders. She is a delight. She is a great person to be the face out front. My only complaint is your technology. It is maddening that I have to order in person to get what I want (and what I want is not difficult, or strange, at all). So, instead of ordering via the app and having the food ready when I walk in the door, I have to walk in, stand in line, order, sit and wait for it to be ready. You would think a company the size of BurgerFi would be able to get technology to actually help them instead of hindering them. Fix your technology. ***EDIT*** It got worse...LOL. I went to a different location and was unable to use my gift cards. Apparently, there are six stores in the chain that don't accept BurgerFi gift cards and I found one. Yet another technology fail. There were multiple other people there who had also preordered and prepaid. I've sent two online forms, called, and Instagram messaged them. Haven't heard a thing back despite the "you'll hear back within 2-3 business days". 13 days later and still can't get a response, nevermind the refund for the $20 I spent. First time at a BurgerFi and this location was a great choice to go to. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean everything looked and smelled. The ultimate bacon cheeseburger was so good. The bacon was crispy and not rubbery like other similar places. The onion ring side could have been a meal by itself. I had no complaints going to this BurgerFi location in Delray, where I enjoyed an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and contemplated my existence. The interior is very clean and neat; quite spacious. I went to BurgerFi reasonably early in the day, so there was no line, and I could easily order what I was seeking. The staff were friendly and took my order correctly. I waited a few minutes before receiving my food and savored every bite. I could have gotten away with having a milkshake, but I decided on just the burger for this recent trip. But I do want to order a shake on the next go-around for sure. A shake would complement the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger wonderfully. And a side of urban fries; can't forget that. read more

My boyfriend and I were craving a burger but didn't want any McDonald's or Wendy's. Thank god we drove by. I ordered a basic burger fi cheese burger with grilled mushrooms. My boyfriend ordered the CEO which apparently has wagyu in it. As Robinson brought our food, My bf didn't realize it doesn't come with any toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onions. We came in the restaurant ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, and a small fries on one of the computers, we sat and waited for our food 30-45mins for 3 items no one came over and asked how we were and apologized for the wait I had to go up to the counter and asked where was our meal and then they proceeded to say the system was down when we watched other people come after us and ordering there food and eating before us. The manager even walked by my boyfriend as he was walking out didn't acknowledge us or apologized. We ordered for here and they brought us our food for to go, they just threw our fries in a brown bag, the bag had oil stains all over it, you can tell the fries weren't fresh. Me and my boyfriend felt like our food was rushed and not once did anybody come and acknowledged the fact that they messed up! Burger & Fresh Cut Fries. GOOD. Distinctive taste when concerning the flavor of the burger which was more than satisfactory. My only gripe being that the burger patties are not that large. In my opinion their Fries always taste good. An acceptable portion of their Fries are now served in a paper sleeve. I could be wrong but it seemed like BURGER FI used to serve more Fries when they were packaged in a box. I've always liked the taste of BURGER FI'S food with my only criticism being the meager portions served when concerning their American Wagyu Beef Hot Dog, Fi'ed Chicken Tenders and Onion Rings. First came across BURGER FI in LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA (2011) when it replaced a landmark BURGER KING on A1A/NOB. However I did not eat at that location. A year later I ate at BURGER FI for the first time in CORAL SPRINGS (2012) on a JULY 4th evening. Their Burgers tasted much better than those that were served at ELEVATION BURGER down the block which tasted bad and gamey. I don't believe ELEVATION BURGER even exists in the state of FLORIDA anymore. There is an ELEVATION BURGER in YONKERS, NY (2012). Fortunately BURGER FI is ubiquitous in the state of FLORIDA. In my neck of the woods there are at least two locations each in BOCA RATON, BOYNTON BEACH and DELRAY BEACH. If I'm correct there seems to be only one location in the NYC area in BAY RIDGE (2016). But then again NYC is home to SHAKE SHACK. In general BURGER FI is a bit pricey and I'd RECOMMEND coming here occasionally. read more

We love BurgerFi, but this location doesn't really make their guests (that are physically at the location) a priority. We waited for over 25 minutes for our meal, and the restaurant was completely empty. They were also out of a few items, including ice cream containers and drink containers. When the food finally came, the burgers were undercooked, cold, and pink. We had to send them back. Sadly, we won't be coming back to this lactation. I love coming to this BURGERFI location when we are passing by. They will always greet you. Out of all of their locations, I think everyone here is super friendly. Clean ambiance. Fries and food are always hot, as should be. Today, Latoya was super kind, friendly, offered meal deals instead of just getting individual item. It saved us money that way, too. I hope BurgerFi never goes out of business, of course since everyone needs a job, and of course because of their veggie burger-:). My fav! Can we know a secret to BurgerFi sauce?
