I have to say the zucchini definitely hit the spot for my taste buds but the ranch dressing they accompany it with did not! The ranch was very bitter tasting and I couldn't palate it. As for the famous star it was a solid "Meh"! It had way to much ketchup and mayo on it so the inside of the wrapper was slimed all over and that got on the outside of the bun everywhere so it was impossible to try and eat it in the car. By the time I could get a few bites of it the lettuce was soggy so I'll give it a pass. Service was polite and prompt. He was a friendly young man at the counter. Love me some smiling customer service. I did see several staff members wiping counters, tables, glass doors so I liked seeing that! Bathrooms were also clean.

I ordered dinner through the app, but it hadn't updated to my current location and sent my order to a restaurant in another state--4.5 hours away. Just like that, I was out nearly $50, unable to cancel the order through the app, with my family at home waiting for dinner. To make matters worse, it was the last bit of money I had until payday. Thankfully, the team at Carl's Jr. stepped in. They were able to verify my purchase at the other location and honored the order at their store. What could have been a really awful evening turned into a reminder that genuinely good people still exist. Not only was the food great, but the customer service, kindness, and willingness to help were exceptional. If for no other reason than the fact that the people working there are honest, compassionate, and truly care about their customers, this is a place worth supporting. The staff member demanded to see the order on my phone. I had my phone at the table, playing videos for our grandkids to keep them busy. My husband had to retrieve my phone and return to the counter. The staff member told him that 'The Manager wanted us to produce the receipt ' . As it turns out, the 'meal' selection on my order didn't work , and the drink was left off. Then, they proceeded to have my husband pay for a separate transaction for one drink. This is extremely short-sighted, and I have never experienced this at any other McDonald's I've ever been to. We have given this restaurant chain so much money through the years, as it's normally our favorite take- out restaurant. This just felt very punitive and was interrupting our efforts to try to keep our grandkids quiet. I'm not sure if the manager has ever tried to bring a 1 and 3-year-old into a restaurant, but It's not easy. To be so petty over the cost of one drink just didn't feel like good customer service at all. Our order was almost $20, and they wanted to focus on a drink costing about a $1.00.

It seemed like it was missing some of the peanut butter, which made the flavor less enjoyable. We know ice cream prices have increased over the years, so we were grateful to use our rewards and coupons, which brought our total to $12 for all three mixers. That definitely made the visit more affordable. We're not sure if the ice cream recipe has changed or if this was just an off day, but the mixers didn't seem as thick or creamy as we remember. They also melted much faster than they have during previous visits, which was disappointing since this was meant to be a special family treat. Overall, we'll be back because we've enjoyed this location in the past, but we hope future visits are more consistent. I understand restaurants get busy, but customers should not have to wait 35 minutes and then go inside just to follow up on their order. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue.

Need a manager on the floor instead of hanging out with the younger kids behind the counter (high schoolers) , could use more attention to detail, asked for a combo to be modified but they didn't seem to care, lack of accountability in what I think who was the manager, couldn't tell by the way how they were horsing around tho. When I asked about the modifications they just said sorry, and turned around horsing around, maybe a different team together moving forward for supervision, they also didn't even give me a bag actually, had to ask for the basic things too. read more
