We order once a week from Panda, and this location, for some reason, we can't change the location to deliver from another store in the area so we are stuck with them. Secondly the food was flavorless like they used too much water to rehydrate it. Orange chicken was soggy with no sauce. The girl in the drive thru had a bad attitude when she told us there would be a wait, we waited 20 min for our food and were not given what we wanted because the kitchen was "closed" even though they said it would only be a wait. I am pretty sure they gave us the scraps of what they had. We asked for super greens and gave us chow mein instead. Three people asked me what was the name and I kept showing them the receipt and telling them the name but they ignored me and started working on something else. I have been coming to this panda for over eight years. The customer service and the quality of the food has continually gone down. I don't always stop by because I'm afraid that the food will upset my stomach or the customer service will irritate me to the point of me walking out. My dad refuses to stop by because he got horrible horrible service the last time he was here and that was over year ago. He is not on Yelp, but he told me the story about the manager and how he would not help or attempt to accommodate the wrong order that was given by their staff. The manager could have apologized or at least given him the correct order but he refused and told my dad there was nothing he could do. Now that I know what is going on, as I mentioned before, I stop by only because there was no other place open in the neighborhood and did not want to drive further out into town for dinner. The bowls where they keep the food court touching other food that spilled over and it did not seem like it was being kept clean. I have two children and they had completely run out of small cup medium cup lids. So when I went to the register to pay, I specifically said to them since you don't have them I suppose you are going to replace it with the next available size so that my kids can have their drinks with their meals. The person at the register looked at me like I was crazy and I must have been the only person that had requested that option but they went ahead and gave me the next size cups. I ordered 2 sides 4 entree's which included fried rice, chowmein, broccoli beef, kung pao chicken, Beijing beef and fire cracker shrimp. The chow mein was so dry and had absolutely no flavor. I swear the broccoli beef had only 6 pieces of small beef and huge spears of un cooked broccoli. The kung pao chicken had no flavor and or any type of spice at all. The fire cracker shrimp was good but there were only 6 shrimps in the box. That's over a dollar a shrimp and It was full of veggies that had no business being in there. I still eat at this Panda but I am always a bit hesitant because the food often tastes slightly burned -- not completely inedible, but disappointing enough to avoid. Meanwhile, the spring rolls, egg rolls, and cream cheese rangoons are often seriously over-fried -- way too browned and crunchy rather than crispy. As a rule, I don't trust drive-thrus for buffet-style food service anyway, but here the drive-thru is exceptionally irksome. It is jury-rigged with traffic cones and chains to block much of the parking lot, making it difficult for eat-in diners to navigate in and out of the few remaining parking spots. It is easy to get trapped. Finally, the soft-drink selection is meh. So many places now have either the freestyle beverage machines, or a much better choice of soda and tea dispensers, but the choice here is basic. read more
