The food was good but the cashier could not have cared less. She was the one with brown hair, nose ring & tattoos. She didn't bother to ask if we were a rewards member, just told us to pay & when I said oh I have a rewards barcode, she got irritated and told me to cancel the order. Except she had to because the button made an error noise on my side. So instead she said ok well I'm not cancelling so I guess just wait for it to time out. What?? That was so bizarre. There was a line so we said ok, guess we don't need the rewards. We ordered club on a sub & it was good. The bacon was very flavorful. Plenty of meat & also had chicken and dumplings soup - it came wrapped up in a crazy amount of plastic wrap so I guess no lids here but it was good. Lots of dumplings, a few pieces of shredded chicken & some peas/carrots. Creamy broth. Most tables clean, some had lettuce or other bits on them. The soda area was relatively clean. Bathroom could use some work, there was blue liquid or solid on the toilet and sink. Not sure what it was. The trash container was rusted? Paper on floor. Not as bad as it could have been. End of shopping strip, lots of parking

This review would be higher if the staff actually waited on customers. My husband was waited on, and shortly afterwards three other people came in. Two walked out without even being greeted after standing there for a few minutes. Customers will not come back if you don't provide service, and I don't only notice for myself.

I just moved here from Hawaii and haven't had Firehouse subs in 3 years. I forgot how good it was!! I had the Engineer and added black olives. It was GREAT!! The medium was a little too slow, next time I'll get the large. They had limited dining in seats available but I got mine to go. The two person staff was good though a little slow.

We needed a quick lunch as we were driving down this road that has every single fast food restaurant known to man. Someone suggested this chain which some of us had never tried. Two of us split their Italian sub. It was quite tasty given the extra Italian dressing and the fact that they serve it hot. The price was fair. Service was relatively fast given all of the current issues in the food service business finding good help. We will definitely give them another try when in need of a sub.

No pickle spear, funny this has happened at another Firehouse

What is it with customer service these days. You had one job! Now I gotta travel to some sacred place to get rid of this loud as pickle that nobody eats. Think I'll try Cali Subs/Jersey Mike moving forward.

First time visiting a Firehouse. Interesting menu of sandwiches, but they seem a little higher priced than comparable sub shops. Enjoyed the sandwich, although they skipped the lettuce, tomato, and onion condiments I asked for. Probably won't change my regular rotation of sub shops.

I am always happy with the service, food, and nice atmosphere. Furthermore, the restrooms are the cleanest in town.

Great service. Great atmosphere for the kids. They let the kids try on the gear and take pictures. Super nice staff.

3 Stars I am a…read morelongtime fan of Culver's and especially enjoy the frozen custard. I frequently visit the Murray, Kentucky location and have consistently had great experiences there. Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.

Yep. Monster burgers? Absolutely. Fried everything? You bet. The menu is honestly fantastic. Unfortunately, the execution felt like everyone sampled the product before clocking in. Walked in on a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was emptier than my fridge after a teenage sleepover. Ordered immediately and wandered over to the soda machine. No ice. That's a bold strategy for a restaurant whose entire vibe is "we know you're thirsty." Then the wait began. They said 10 to 15 minutes. They delivered on that promise with the dedication of NASA launching a rover to Mars. Fifteen minutes in an empty restaurant is impressive. Even the DoorDash drivers had that look of, "Bro... I could've grown the potatoes by now." Food finally landed. The burger was actually pretty decent. Fried pickles were solid. The breaded fries wanted to be great, but some were cold and the fryer oil tasted like it had seen every presidential administration this decade. The staff wasn't rude. They also weren't awake enough to be considered enthusiastic. The whole restaurant had the energy of a group project where everyone assumed someone else was doing the work. That's really the story here. Death by a thousand little details. No ice. Slow food. Cold fries. Worn-out fryer oil. Dark dining room. Zero hospitality. Nobody seemed to notice, and that was the biggest disappointment of all. Fat Shack absolutely understands stoner food. What it doesn't understand is that eventually the munchies wear off... and people start noticing the service. I'd probably order it again... through DoorDash... and hope they remember the ice.

Stopping here for supper, first there were the dark bathrooms that wouldn't light. Along with that electrical issue, an ear-splitting and head jarring smoke or other alarm went off every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Order taking was interrupted often when the counter employee shifted to incoming phone calls. That employee didn't know pulled chicken portion sizes in ounces and approximated with his hands. All of this created a dubious dining experience before we even finished ordering! This spot offers a variety of chicken recipes: roasted, BBQ, Caribbean, pulled, fried, and more. Sides includes Southern standards like mac and cheese, yellow rice, greens, coleslaw, and others. The pulled (shredded) chicken was overly seasoned with black pepper. Roasted chicken was a bit dry. The BBQ chicken laden with sweet sauce was the best of the chicken choices. Creamy coleslaw was 'meh' and lacked flavor. Rice, too, was just okay. Northern beans were nicely seasoned and well cooked. Pita triangles seemed an odd accompaniment since no sauce or dip was provided and they were too small to make sandwiches. Overall, the restaurant seemed understaffed, which could account for the messy tables and dirty floor.
