I am a floor manager at Starbucks next door to this fire house and I was early so I decided to walk over. First of all Gisselle made my entire experience perfect. I was nervous because it was my first time lol She was so welcoming and knowledgeable she explained to me how they were different & how the subs come, my options and just made it a smooth ride. The sub is awesome ! The pickle on the side was delicious! And I rounded up to the nearest dollar being that my husband starts the fire academy soon it just felt right to be in there. I was greeted and then got a good bye in my way out. Just a feel good place. Also my sandwich was made in like 3 minutes! Lol love that. Extremely disappointed in the service I just received at this establishment. My boyfriend and I went out of our way to eat dinner here and walked in at 8:40pm the doors were unlocked & the website said closes at 9, the lady working waited until we got to the register to say "We are done for the night" I replied "don't you close at 9pm" She didn't apologize, she wasn't nice at all either and she just said we are done for the night because of tmobile Tuesdays or something like that. Well I'm here to tell you from someone who has been in customer service for over 15 years. This is so unprofessional. If they were out of food or closed early maybe put a sign up next time and or close the doors. Management needs to have a talk with these employees on how to properly and respectfully handle this in the future. I don't see myself returning to give these location my business anytime soon. read more

I placed my order I line at 8:30pm Sunday night with pickup time "ASAP". I drive to Colton firehouse and I'm told mobile ordering is not offered after 8:30pm so I check my phone and the cashier is right I guess it automatically placed my order for Monday 9:30am? I didn't think to check the time and date of pickup, fair enough. I got to the location at 8:45 pm so I tell the male cashier I'd like to order with him and he tells me "we're about to close..." and I tell him you guys close at 9pm right? He tells me it's too late and I'm thinking he's under the impression I'm ordering online? So I ask him nicely cant I place the order with you? He looks disappointed and takes my order. As I'm waiting for my order another customer comes in roughly at 8:55 pm and they tell him they're closed. Umm, I get it it's Sunday you want to go home, but you close at 9, you can lock your doors by your closing time and close up shop. I've been a restaurant employee, you can easily pick up/wipe up the "mess" made easily. I guess we can only order an hour before closing? Not a welcoming feeling. read more

This place continues to disappoint with customer service. The closing employees are always looking for an excuse not to complete your order even if you arrive well before closing and no other customers are inside. Happened twice with 30 minutes plus prior to closing time. Firehouse as a whole has good sandwiches but this location needs a serious come to Jesus moment with their employees. This place is a no go for me from here on out which is just fine cuz there is a competitor not that far away. Let me start by saying I got there at 830, they close at 9! MIRIAM, the lady at the register, greeted me and instantly asked if I knew what I wanted. At first I'm thinking she's being punctual but then I realize she has an attitude because her and her coworker already started cleaning up. So I start by telling her how I started my order on DoorDash but they charged me too much for large sandwiches so I came in (she unamused of course). So I told her exactly what I had ordered. Then when they called my name I received 2 medium sandwiches (eye roll) I confirm with the guy that they are medium and he says "I just made what the receipt said"! I should have stopped going to this location a long time ago after my string of bad experiences but my last straw was when I went in for a couple of sandwiches for me and my coworkers and the manager took my order. I mentally took note of the name tag his tag names Fher. I would expect rudeness from employees but to be treated so nasty by the manager? As if it couldn't get any worse my sandwiches were drenched in mayo they were soggy within 5 minutes and about one piece of meat per sub. I thought it was some kind of joke! Terrible customer service. Went in to pick up an order for pick up, not ready, said they never received. It was through door dash. I showed them the order, canceled it and they waited around while I asked to make me a new order (there was no one in the store) for 5 minutes.
